George, Marius and Lilla were so welcoming. Their property is absolutely gorgeous and located inside the castle walls so it couldn't be more convenient. But it really was this staff trio that went out of their way to answer questions and make us feel at home that made such a difference. Would not hesitate to go back as soon as possible!

Lovely quiet location in the middle of the old town. The hosts, George and his brother, were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was good which we ate in the outdoor seating area.

Het was een super locatie, midden in het oude centrum. Het hotel werd gerund door 2 broers. Deze waren heel vriendelijk en gaven goede tips. Het hotel zag er super mooi uit. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Wij waren zeer tevreden, en zullen het zeker bij andere aanbevelen.

Alles. Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber und das familiäre Hotel lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein echter Geheimtipp.

The cosy atmosphere and quiet.

Η σύντομη διαμονή μας στο Castrello ήταν εξαιρετική. Πρόκειται για έναν πολύ όμορφο ξενώνα μέσα στο κάστρο των Ιωαννίνων. Συνολικά μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και με πολύ άνετους χώρους. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική καθώς στην απογευματινή μας βόλτα προλάβαμε να δούμε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος εντός του κάστρου και να κάνουμε τον περίπατο μας στη λίμνη. Σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα ο χώρος στάθμευσης που διαθέτει το κατάλυμα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Πρέπει να ευχαριστήσουμε ιδιαίτερα τον Γιώργο για το εγκάρδιο καλωσόρισμα και όλες τις πληροφορίες που μας παρείχε από την πρώτη στιγμή. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα στο μέλλον, για περισσότερες μέρες.

Everything at Castrello was perfect. From the very first moment we parked our car, one of the owners came out to welcome us, provided all the information we needed, and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The location is excellent, as it is very close to the lake and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with a stylish, modern design. The room was spacious, with high ceilings, and the windows had insect screens, allowing us to enjoy the fresh morning air comfortably. We will definitely be coming back. A special thank you to George and Mario for their wonderful hospitality, which made our first visit to Ioannina even more memorable :)

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα, καθαρό, προσεγμένο, όμορφο και σε καλή τοποθεσία στην πόλη.Το πρωινό πλουσιοπάροχο και καλό Οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλικοί και πρόσχαροι άνθρωποι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν, να σε βοηθήσουν στο οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς εντός και εκτός καταλύματος. Το σύνολο αυτού του καταλύματος από τις υπηρεσίες του μέχρι τους ανθρώπους του είναι ότι το καλύτερο έχω δει τα τελευταία χρόνια. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Υπέροχη διαμονή στα Ιωάννινα! Το ξενοδοχείο ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ο ξενοδόχος μάς υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικός, ευγενικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει και να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικά πανέμορφο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο. Η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη και φαινόταν ότι δίνεται μεγάλη προσοχή σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για όλους τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, οι οποίοι ήταν εξαιρετικά προσεγμένοι. Η όμορφη αυλή ήταν ένας υπέροχος χώρος για να χαλαρώσει κανείς και έδινε μια ιδιαίτερα ζεστή και φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα στο ξενοδοχείο. Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία και για το ότι κάνατε τη διαμονή μας τόσο ευχάριστη. Αν επισκεφτούμε ξανά τα Ιωάννινα, η επιλογή μας θα είναι σίγουρα το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Очень отзывчивые владельцы отеля-бутика на 6 номеров. И о достопримечательностях рассказали, и проводили на парковку ,и с вещами помогли, и рестораны посоветовали. Завтрак очень эстетичный и вкусный. Такого чистого номера я еще не видела, все в идеальном состоянии. Прекрасно провели время, спасибо большое Джорж и Мариус.

I like everything about Castrello. It is located inside the castle, which makes it close to the landmarks . The old town is very charming, so Castrello fits perfectly in the atmosphere of the city. Every detail of the interior and the exterior is tastefully designed. The room is spacious and cozy, the bathroom has interesting design. The entire place is extremely clean. The owner and the staff make you feel welcomed! I would highly recommend Castrello to everyone.

All Fabulous. Practically brand new. Everything was so well thought out.

Google maps took us on a merry jaunt to get there, but really, it was a simple process once you go your bearings.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’appartement est très agréable, propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le personnel est également très sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider ou donner des conseils. L’emplacement est idéal et tout a contribué à rendre notre séjour parfait. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Rund herum ausgezeichnet. Lage top in der alten Burganlage. Von dort alles Sehenswertes inerhalb von 10 Fussminuten erreichbar. Zimmer modern und sehr sauber und fein. Ruhige Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr hilfsbereite Inhaber und netter Service. Hier kann man nicht nur übernachten, sondern auch wohnen.

Superbe endroit, décoré avec goût. Chambre super équipée, matelas confortable, personnel accueillant, souriant et très serviable, vraiment adorable. Très bon petit-déjeuner et parking privé gratuit à proximité. Emplacement idéal, près du centre, mais au calme.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were so kind and helpful with everything we asked and even more. We will return for sure.

Sehr zentrale Lage, bewachter parkplatz,sehr hilfsbereites Personal,ausgezeichnetes hausgemachtes Frühstück ,schönes Zimmer mit Holzboden und Heizung!

Es ist alles sehr neu hier, sauber und das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig. Die Besitzer und das Personal sind extrem freundlich. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist schön ruhig. Der Parkplatz ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir haben direkt um eine Nacht verlängert.

The location was excellent, right inside the castle town of Ioannina. The facilities were wonderful, and even better was the hospitality of George and Marios! They made us feel at home and gave us the best recommendations for our trip to Ioannina and the Zagori villages. We will definitely visit again.

Πεντακάθαρο σε φανταστική τοποθεσία! Εύκολη πρόσβαση τόσο στο κατάλυμα όσο και στο parking. Το πρωινό είχε από όλα και πολύ γευστικά μιας και ήταν σπιτικά. Το δωμάτιο καθώς και όλο το κτήριο έχει υπέροχη αισθητική και είναι πολύ άνετο!!!

Το δωμάτιο ήτανε πεντακάθαρο και οι χώροι άψογα συντηρημένοι κάτι που για εμάς ήταν προτεραιότητα.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε.

Είναι πλήρως οργανωμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις, καθαρό, ζεστό, άνετο, το πρωινό ήταν τέλειο. Η τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ καλή και ήσυχη γιατί είναι όλα κοντά. Υπάρχει χώρος για δωρεάν πάρκινγκ και η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες άψογή. Σίγουρα θα συνιστούσα μια διαμονή και ελπίζω να το επισκεφτώ ξανά στο μέλλον.

Very nice place to stay, right inside the old town, within the walls of the castle, excellent location, very close to everything you want to do and see, very close to the lake, walking distance to everything. The included breakfast is really nice with homemade items made by the mother of the two brothers that own the property, everybody was very friendly and helpful, make our stay very enjoyable. We included a picture of the inside entrance with the two brothers that own the place in the background.

מלון בוטיק אנחנו לקחנו יחידה מפנקת ומושלמת שהייתה מעוצבת להפליא. הכול חדש ומטופח, נקי ואסטטי. ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת. בעל המלון העניק לנו המלצות לכל דבר שבקשנו. ודאג לנו לחניה בסמיכות למלון. מאוד מפנק

The property was conveniently located. The room was immaculate and the staff were extremely kind and helpful, keen to provide support in any way possible even when our car broke down. They helped with jump starting our battery and making sure our journey was not interrupted. Would happily recommend the hotel to all family and friends!

Hermoso sitio dentro del castillo, decoración e instalaciones muy bellas. La habitación muy amplia, limpia y bellamente decorada. Amenities de calidad, atención de bienvenida y buen desayuno. Lo mejor la atención de George que fue súper simpático y amable, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones. Pasamos muy linda estancia.

Fantastic hotel with excellent hosts and perfect location right in the old city. Outstanding design, superb bed and overall fabulous experience.

Beautifully designed rooms. Most comfortable bathroom. Thank you to our host Mario for all he did for us. Hotel a very short distance from the entrance to the castle from the main road. Host has secured a parking lot for his guests very important with the parking situation.

Υπέροχο, διακόσμηση και χορούς που αφήνουν αίσθηση πολυτελείας. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί οι δύο κύριοι. Νιώσαμε πολλή οικία. Θα το προτιμήσουμε και την επόμενη φορά.

Janjina je veoma lijep grad za posjetiti i uživati. Odsjeli smo u fantastičnom hotelu u centru starog grada. Lokacija je odlična, privatan parking u blizini, udoban i miran smještaj. Domaćini su bili izuzetno ljubazni i uslužni, uvijek su bili spremni da nam u svemu pomognu. Doručak je jako ukusan sa puno domaćih proizvoda. Ovaj hotel preporučujem svima koji dolaze u Janjinu!
