Excellent location. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, and they made me feel at home. The property has a swimming pool, everything looked very clean, and the room was very comfortable.

Nothing. Just a small suggestion: the bathroom could be improved by adding a shower partition to keep the rest of the bathroom dry.

Staff were lovely ☺️ Great location 📍📍📍 Facilities were great. A lil kitchen area to cook and seating area. Hot water dispenser. The room is lovely and spacious. Comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Fridge, and Smart TV which was awesome. I had the lower level room, swimming pool right there. Very quiet even though the main road up the front. 100m walk down to room. Definitely would stay here again. So glad I found this Guest House. Has be one of the best I've ever stayed at.

Majiteľ bol veľmi milý, je tu klimatizácia,pri bazéne je nádherne,pomerne dostupné k pláži a ostatným atrakciám v seminyaku napriek tomu,že sme to neplánovali sme sa sem na jednu noc ešte vrátili keď sme si objednali hotel v Kute a ten neexistoval ! Toto sme už mali overené a páčilo sa nám tu

Sedačka pri bazéne mi úplne zničila nohavice :(

Guest House ini Super Strategis. Di oinggir Jalan Legian tapi tidak berisik karena masuk dalam gang. Bli Yudha yg menyambut juga super ramah dan mudah komunikasinya. Next Time ke Bali pasti bakal menginap disini lagi.

Was close to everything we needed

Lovely staff, I felt welcomed upon arrive. Near lots of bars and restaurants.

Fantastic price with all necessary amenities and friendly host. No issues with stay! Great location on the high-street with loads of shops on your doorstep including popular places to eat like Brunch Clubs “porncakes” and Miya Social. 10 min bike to Seminyak.

Very much nitpicking but bed could have been slightly comfier, however still a pleasant sleep.

Bellissima struttura, pulita, comoda la posizione, silenziosa e fornita di tutto (asciugamani, frigo, dispenser saponi, acqua). Il ragazzo che la gestisce è immensamente disponibile e gentile, una persona squisita. C’è anche l’aria comune con cucina e piscina ben tenuti.

I think it can be cleaner. The fridge was dirty and the cutlery in the room was also dirty.

Der Besitzer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die nahe Lage zum Strand war ebenfalls sehr angenehm zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Leider waren einige Stellen unsauber, vor allem das Badezimmer hat uns leider etwas unwohl fühlen lassen.

These are the nicest, friendliest and most accommodating family/hosts I've ever stayed with in Bali. Shoutout to Yudha, always smiling and willing to help. It made my stay worthwhile. The pillows were perfect and the location was excellent. Great value for money

I stayed in an upstairs room with balcony, and it was quite run down. The bathroom is outdated and the front door does not seal gaps properly. If I was paying extra, it would be something to complain about. But for what I paid, it's nothing to complain about. It didn't affect my stay, but keep this in mind if you are expecting a glamorous room

洗面器が小さい　シャワー浴びて2分で水 ドアの隙間とカーテンが汚い　改善できると思います

Location is perfect. There are shops and eateries within walking distance. And near the beach. It is great value for the price as the room is comfortable and clean. Although the furnishings and appliances are dated, they work perfectly.

Amazing place to stay. Located right on the Main Street close to great cafes and shops! Also a close walk to the beach 🏖️ Rooms were perfect with AC and we were also offered a mosquito repellent plug even though we had no issues with mosquitoes here thankfully. The staff also allowed us to keep our bags there after checkout which was so handy!

Location is fabulous. Although on a main road it is quiet as you go down a small lane to the accomodation. Super clean and tidy.Staff are friendly and accomodating. I love it so much I have booked in for another stay already.

O quarto é enorme e tem até uma pequena cozinha. Limpo. O dono é muito gente boa. Ótimo custo benefício.

A porta de entrada do quarto é de correr, então não tem vedação. Entram muitos mosquitos e perde a eficiência do ar condicionado.

The property had great facilities, explained well by the host, who was so lovely and accommodating the whole stay. It’s in a great location :)

Bathroom was not cleaned had someone else's soap still there the walls where filthy ...I felt dirty after having a shower there.. the main door was flimsy and as a solo female traveller I did nor feel safe i did not stay i checked out and got a better hotel

Loved the owner - Yudha was very welcoming and always had a big smile on his face. Rooms were clean and everything was in good condition.

Séjour sympa dans un endroit proche de toutes commodités. Je recommande.

Netter Empfang, Unterkunft entspricht Bildern, Platz zum Aufhängen von Sachen…man kann zu Fuß viel machen. Kein Straßenlärm, dadurch, dass es ein paar Meter entfernt gelegen ist.

Morgens kräht ein Hahn :) und es wurde einmal gefegt um 6 Uhr. Das war etwas störend. Ansonsten gepflegt bis auf ein paar Staubfetzen an der Decke. Leider kein Kostenloses Wasser, was oft Standard ist.
