Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The hotel is at the best possible location in seminyak and has beautiful rooms with the best possible bed mattresses, very simple but well designed place, top tier cleanliness and beautifully maintained by the staff, who are very professional and polite. Easy access to all parts of bali from this place, and a number of warung (local restaurants) and supermarkets right outside on the road. Great value for money.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026I saw a few complaints on here about the roosters or that it was loud or the water being too cold. I need to debunk this, the roosters were NOT loud. I slept so so well, yes the water is cold, but they tell you to just wait a few minutes and then it is piping hot. The room was clean and they come to clean every day if you want. There is nothing I can fault about this place. I even extended a day because it was so good

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026The stuff was very nice, the only thing that bothered me was the internet connection. Internet felt many times a day and that was the reason i did NOT extend and i would not return. I tried to do some work, i couldn’t. I suggest they change the internet supplier or they make better internet speed. But for people who don’t work and just go to relax the place is ok, also very clean.
Stuff was nice and friendly

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026The place is perfectly pleasant and nice. The hotel shared spaces and the rooms are definitely older now than the photos, it could use a bit of upkeep or updated photos, but it was clean, the location was great, staff was wonderful, and the rooms were perfectly fine for the cost
A bit worn out, my TV didn’t work well, the shower didn’t have consistent water pressure or hot water.
