Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The owners, Fara and Miley, are very courteous and made us feel right at home. Miley set us up in "Tinkerbelle's Snug", a perfect room with a view of the Cliffs of Moher. I wasn't expecting it, but the room had two robes, & a mini fridge with complimentary waters & a couple chocolates. The breakfast area had tea and cookies at all hours, and there was even an upstairs reading nook. Miley gave us a menu to select breakfast from, and we were amazed by the amount of food that was brought out the next morning. It was all delicious! If we can come back to the Doolin area, we will definitely rebook. We also loved saying hi to their two adorable dogs while we were there. Miley provided a map of the area & told us about different experiences we could have while traveling around. I wish we could have seen everything he mentioned!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Ruhige Lage, auch wenn direkt vor dem Haus eine Straße verläuft. Wir hatten das tolle Dachgeschosszimmer mit einem ausstellbaren Balkon und Blick über das Meer inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Das Frühstück gab es in einem separaten Zimmer im Dachgeschoss und war sensationell. Das Frühstück kann man sich am Vorabend auswählen. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an Aufschnitt und der Obstteller lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen in allen Fragen weiter.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Herrlich gelegen und bei gutem Wetter mit direkter Sicht auf die Cliffs. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer und waren mehr als zufrieden. Das tägliche Frühstück konnte man täglich auf seine Wünsche anpassen und war ausgezeichnet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr angenehm und freundlich.
Man benötigt eigentlich für alles ein Auto, aber das wussten wir natürlich schon vorher.

We had our own private breakfast table and access to the front lawn/patio. We are not B&B people but will now consider them in the future. Die Unterkunft ist 1,5 km vom nächsten Pub entfernt. Das sieht man aber ja vorher auf der Karte. Zum zu Fuß gehen ist die Straße nicht wirklich geeignet. Die Autos dürfen 80 fahren und die Straße ist eng ohne Bürgersteig.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Total nette, herzliche Inhaber. Das Frühstück einfach nur phänomenal. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, mit herrlichem Blick Richtung Cliffs of Moher.
Leider waren die Fenster nicht komplett zu verdunkeln. Die Matratze war für unser Empfinden zu hart. In dem tollen stylischen Bad hätten wir auch gerne noch kleine Ablageflächen für unseren Kulturbeutel gesehen.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Prima locatie (rustig en dichtbij Doolin waar veel restaurants zijn) Prima ontbijt (echt geweldig goed!). Prima douche. Prima bed. Vanuit onze superior kamer op de 1e verdieping een geweldig uitzicht op de kliffen en de oceaan.
Het grote probleem van onze kamer was dat deze is gelegen onder het schuine dak dat is gericht op het zuiden en is voorzien van twee grote dakramen. De dakramen hebben zonwering aan de binnenkant (en dus niet aan de buitenkant) en dat werkt niet. In de kamer was het bij aankomst ruim 30 graden. We hadden gedurende ons verblijf van drie nachten continu een ventilator aanstaan om het draaglijk te houden. De gastheer kende het probleem van de warmte maar wil geen airconditioning aanleggen want niemand in Ierland heeft airconditioning (ik zeg: en niemand heeft twee grote dakramen op het zuiden zonder zonwering aan de buitenkant). Tips: Zorg dat beide ramen geheel verduisterd zijn zodat je geen last hebt van de koplampen van auto’s vanuit Doolin die recht in de kamer schijnen. Zorg voor meer planken in de badkamer voor je toiletartikelen.

Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming with lots of tips and advice on walks and where to find good music. Breakfast was generous and super fresh, continental style. There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like, it was a lovely stay (5nights)
Nothing, it was all great. We were very fortunate with beautiful weather, so maybe some comfortable seats in the garden would have been nice, but that's being fussy!

The location is ideal, especially for visiting the nearby Cliffs of Moher. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. As an added bonus, there were two adorable dogs who made the experience even more special and truly pitch-perfect. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and would happily stay here again.

Vom Zimmer und dem Frühstücksraum aus hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Felder und Ponys. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern eingerichtet und die Besitzer überaus freundlich. The family room was immaculate with all of the amenities needed along with great bathing products! The view and the spectacular breakfast was beyond expectation! We were provided unlimited fresh choices and large portions! It was nice being able to walk to Doolin and while living in the quiet countryside with animals and a fabulous view of the sea. Also an extremely convenient location to visit the cliffs from as well. The pubs and music scene was top notch! We wished we had more time there …but we will certainly be back! Thank you so much for a very memorable stay! ❤️Visiting from Alaska and Austria!

Nicht gefallen würde ich nicht direkt sagen, aber eine kleine Anmerkung. Es ist eine Unterkunft in der Haustiere erlaubt sind. Die Besitzer haben selber 2 kleine Hunde die frei rumlaufen. Also wenn man selber Angst hat oder einen weniger verträglichen Hund, sollte man das wissen. In die Stadt zum Essen haben wir knapp über 20 Minuten gebraucht und der Weg geht an der Hauptstraße entlang. Das ist ein bisschen unschön zum laufen.
