Reviewed Sep 13, 2026זה לא מלון, אלא בית הארחה. לקחתי חדר עם מקלחת ושירותים צמודים (יש במקום גם חדרים עם מקלחת ושירותים משותפים). החדר לא גדול, אבל מספיק למי שמגיע רק בשביל לינה. מחוץ לחדר יש מטבח מצוייד מעל ומעבר שמשותף ל-2 חדרים. החדר והמטבח מאד נקיים, ומחליפים מגבות כל יום. הצוות לא היה במקום בזמן שהתארחתי, אבל היה זמין לכל פניה בוואטסאפ. אין במקום ארוחות, אבל יש ממש ליד כמה מסעדות שמגישות ארוחות בוקר טובות. בית האירוח קרוב מאד לגנים הבהאים, וואדי ניסנאס ובמרחק הליכה קצת יותר ארוכה לנמל ולכל האזור השוקק שמסביב.
הערה: בדף התיאור של המקום מצויין שהחדרים כוללים מיקרוגל ומיני בר וכך זה גם נראה בתמונות. בפועל לא היו בחדר מיקרוגל ומיני בר , אבל כאמור היה מחוץ לחדר מטבח מצוייד המשותף לחדר נוסף. כדאי לתקן את התיאור והתמונות.

Might be somewhat noisy on weekend nights since it's located on a main street full of hangout venues - yet once again, the upside is these venues can be easily accessed.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026מיקום מעולה, חדר נקי ונעים, תקשורת טובה עם בעל המקום שאפילו עדכן אותי ששכחתי את מטען הטלון ותיאם איתי את קבלתו. למטרה שלי, מקום ללינת לילה במהלך סדנה של יומיים, המלון הזה התאים.
מקלחת ושירותים משותפים עם חדר נוסף, אבל ניתן להבין זאת ביחס למחיר הזול.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026מאד אהבנו את המקום. פשוט אבל נקי ונעים. זה מקום שחזרנו אליו אחרי פעמים קודמות. הבעיה היחידה הפעם היתה בעיה בחשמל, מנורות הלילה יצרו קצר חוזר ונשנה. זכינו להתייחסות מצויינת מצד המארח אך הבעיה נשארה לתיקון בהמשך.

The boiler wasn't turned on so we had to wait about 45 mins to heat for a shower so inconvenient; street noise; thin walls

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026בעל העסק נדיב - נתן לי חדר עם מקלחת שירותים צמודים למרות שהזמנתי חדר עם שירותים ומקלחת משותפים. החדר שקבלתי היה נקי מאוד ונוח מאוד.
כדאי לשפר את בידוד הרעש מהרחוב - הרחוב שוקק חיים והיה מאוד רועש...לי אישית לא הפריע כי הייתי עייפה מאוד ונרדמתי אבל יש אורחים שהרעש עלול להפריע להם. המקום מאוד מטופח ומושקע חבל שבגלל רעש מהרחוב חווית האירוח תיפגע.

Ми зупинились в Ізраїлі в Хайфі, Ієрусалімі і Тель-Авиві, саме в Хайфі найдорожче житло з меньшим комфортом. Номер маленький, для двох було тісно. Він знаходиться на останньому поверсі і стеля під скосом, високим людям там буде не комфортно. Щє хочу відзначити звукоізоляцію, дуже шумно, коли хтось користується ванною кімнатою. В цілому, на одну- дві ночі гарний варіант, на довгий срок не рекомендую

I suffered a lot and Not Rest at all. From the noise outside, the motorcycle keeps on playing on the road in the middle of the night, the footsteps of people upstairs and also why people keep on barging in my door, trying to open it up all the time. I regretted it a LOT why I Accepted the Room you gave me, near the Entrance Door .I wonder if you give a a room Inside or Upstairs. Maybe..maybe I suffered Less

גרם מדרגות בכניסה. ישן תלול וקצת מסוכן. החדר סמוך לכביש, שומעים את התנועה. רמזור, צפירות. שומעים גם את הצעדים של האורחים מהחדרים למעלה. כדאי לשפר אקוסטיקה.

Очень шумный кондиционер, а без него очень душно. Ступеньки очень крутые, даже где-то опасные, но с этим ничего не поделаешь. Туалет общий на две комнаты, но это тоже невозможно улучшить.
