Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Comfortable room not far from the harbor. We paid extra for a balcony with a nice view of a nearby church steeple The rooftop terrace also has good views and outdoor furniture.
We arrived at the hotel after a long hot walk from the ferry with our luggage. There is no staffing or reception desk so we didn't know how to get into our room. After many texts and emails requesting help we were instructed to go to an office a block away to get a key. It would have been ever so helpful to receive check in instructions prior to our arrival. While the room itself was comfortable there was never hot water in the morning (and sometimes no water at all.)

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Καθημερινά έμπαινε καθαρίστρια και φρόντιζε το χώρο και άλλαζε πετσέτες. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό, απάνταγε αμέσως και υπήρχε δυνατότητα φύλαξης αποσκευών.
Δυστυχώς υπάρχει τεράστιο ζήτημα με την ηχομόνωση. Επίσης, ο χώρος της ταράτσας ήταν απεριποίητος και δεν λειτουργούσαν τα τζακούζι. Τέλος, δεν υπήρχε πουθενά χώρος για να στεγνώσεις πετσέτες και μαγιώ.

Nothing to critisize except maybe the closeness of adjacent buildings seen from windows.

The air-condition when we turned it on there was a sound and sometimes it was turning off. Also, at the bathroom, the rain shower didnt work for us - i dont know if we had to push a button or something else but we did tried it.

1. Il y a beaucoup trop de bruit les chambre ne sont pas biens isolé sur le couloir ainsi que sur le rue. 2 les stores n’occulte absolument pas la lumière et sachant que les appartement sont sur la rue il y a de la lumière dans la chambre toute la nuit. 3. La chambre avait des traces de moisissures sur le plafond de la salle de bains ainsi que celui de la chambre.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Καθαριότητα. Τζακούζι. Κοντά στο λιμάνι - κέντρο της Σύμης. Καλός εξαερισμός στο μπάνιο. Η ταράτσα είναι διαμορφωμένη σαν καθιστικό και έχει ωραία θέα στο χωριό.
Δεν είχε ούτε ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι να απλώσουμε ρούχα. Έπρεπε να πάμε στην ταράτσα και κάποιοι άλλοι είχαν χρησιμοποιήσει σχεδόν όλα τα μανταλάκια για δυο πετσέτες. Μικρή πόρτα για την είσοδο στο κτίριο. Από το δωμάτιο καθόλου θέα. Θα το χαρακτήριζα ακριβό για αυτά που παρέχει.

One small matter was just that the shower not having enough glass shield, meant water did end up on the floor of the bathroom. But this did not detract from our lovely stay.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Location is great, loved the roof terrace to relax in. Most of the time we were the only people up there. Very clean with a lovely cleaning lady looking after the place. Handy universal plug located in room too.
Sound insulation wasn't great, you could hear people coughing/snoring in adjacent rooms. Also had some inconsiderate guests banging their door and talking loudly at 1am. May need to bring earplugs !!

Jakuzzi no estaba encendido con suficiente antelación como para q el agua estuviese suficientemente caliente. En abril hacía frío. Falta un armario, El perchero es poco para 2 personas, si estás más de 2 días.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Ήταν πολύ καθαρά 10/10. Έχει περιποιημένη ταράτσα για να χαλαρώσεις και να πιεις τον καφέ σου ή το ποτό σου . Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό.
Η θέση της τηλεόρασης ήταν στο πλαι του κρεβατιού ενώ έπρεπε να είναι απέναντι. Δε βόλευε να παρακολουθήσουμε τηλεόραση. Το παράθυρο δεν είχε σίτα. Αν το ανοίγαμε έμπαιναν κουνούπια.

Die Zimmer sind alle unerträglich hellhörig, man hat keinerlei Privatsphäre. Alles! Wirklich alles aus den Nachbarzimmern ist hörbar .Warum im Buchungstext „Schallschutz“ steht, ist eine Täuschung, hat mich nämlich zur Buchung „überredet“. Fakt ist: Zunächst war ich im unteren Stockwerk. Leider aufgrund feiernder „TikTok-Girls“ somit noch lauter als ohnehin schon. Die Damen von Symiholidays waren sehr bemüht, ich konnte in den oberen Stock wechseln. Es schien ein wenig besser, doch die Dachterrasse über mir hatte ich vergessen: Alle Möbel sind aus Metall, jedes schieben und rücken sowie der stetige brummende Whirlpool verursachen eine Dauergeräuschkulisse: Und direkt am Abend kamen neue Gäste, die eine kleine Party auf der Dachterrasse veranstalteten. Zum Haare raufen.

Maison d'hôtes a plusieurs chambres et votre nuit depend du respect de vos voisins. Notre premier sejour a été calme; mais malheureusement , lors de notre deuxième nuit les voisines ont écouté la télé et parlé jusqu'à 4h du matin et nous n'avons pas réussi à les calmer. Personne sur place pour faire respecter la tranquillité des lieux.

Καλό θα ηταν να ρυθμιστεί ο αυτόματος μηχανισμός εξώπορτας, κλείνει απότομα και δυνατά, και λόγω του εσωτερικού χώρου η ηχώ κανει τον θόρυβο τρομακτικό. Ξυπνήσαμε λογω του θορύβου μεσα στα νύχτα,ηταν λες και έγινε έκρηξη 💥

Tumšs, loti mazs numuriņš. Aprīlī tur ir vēss un dvieļi nežūst. Bet vienai naktij ir ok. Nepatika, ka nav sega, bet jagul ar gultas pārklāju, uz kuru sēžam ar drēbēm uzliekam koferi un pie tam tas bija jau no sākuma netīrs. Bet es saprotu, ka šis viss ir paredzēts vasaras sezonai, kad segu nevajg un pietiek ar palagu.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Taras z widokiem i jacuzzi :) W pokoju było czysto, dostępne kosmetyki pod prysznic i ręczniki. Na ciepłą wodę trzeba było spuścić trochę wody z kranu ale była :) ogólnie to chciałbym kiedyś tam wrócić, najlepszy nocleg w jakim byłem w życiu :)
Nie wiem czy to wifi było tak, wolne czy po prostu telewizor, ale niestety nie dało się korzystać z YouTube ani Netflix na telewizorze, nic nie chciało się załadować.

Δεν είναι αυτό που κλείνεις στο booking , πρέπει να είναι πιο ξεκάθαρο στο τι παρέχει και τι προσφέρει το κατάλυμα , τα δωμάτια δεν έχουν ηχομόνωση και το jacuzzi προσπαθούσαμε να μπούμε από το πρωί και μπήκαμε το απόγευμα προς βράδυ αφού ήρθαν οι κοπέλες να μας το φτιάξουν μετά από 6 τηλεφωνήματα επίσης το παρουσιάζουν σαν Airbnb ενώ είναι μικρά rooms ..

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025Ήταν καθαρό, άνετο, στο κέντρο, συγκεκριμένα ένα τετράγωνο δίπλα από την εκκλησία του Ιωάννη Προδρόμου.
Στο δωμάτιο που μέναμε υπήρχε ένα μεγάλο καπάκι μεταλλικό το οποίο ήταν ανάμεσα στο ντουζ και το νιπτήρα και έπεφτε νερό και γέμιζε στα κενά που είχε. Δεν υπήρχε νεροχύτης να πλύνεις τα πιάτα οπότε τα έπλενες στο νιπτήρα του μπάνιου. Η κοπέλα που καθάριζε τον χώρο έκανε και αυτή την δουλειά μαζί,ε τις καθαριότητας. Κατά τα άλλα ήταν άριστο.
