Les chambres sont propres et ont été repeintes récemment. Elles donnent sur un balcon. La salle de bain est tres bien. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Le petit déjeuner est bon et les jus de fruits frais préparés par Jo sont excellents! Possibilité de commander à manger midi et soir, n'hésitez pas c'est tres bon! La piscine est tres agréable, nous en avons bien profité. Ibrahim qui gère la guesthouse est toujours disponible pour nous aider, il nous a organisé le trajet jusqu'à Hurghada en voiture a un prix tres correct. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Le propriétaire et le personnel sont aux petits soins. La piscine est un réel plus à Louxor. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à maison. C'est un logement que je recommande à une famille visitant Louxor. Il est situé sur la rive ouest qui est bien plus calme que la rive Est. Cela n'empêche en rien de visiter la rive Est sachant qu'une traversée du Nil avec un bateau privatisé coûte moins de 3 euros. Si nous visitons Louxor, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excel.lent zona, tranquila en un bon guest house amb una bona piscina! Staff molt hospitalari i et faciliten excursions i trasllats. Gran ambient amb hostes de diversos llocs del món.

Nous sommes restés que deux nuits mais le personnel était très agréable et au petit soin pour nous le responsable nous a organisé une super journée avec un guide français nous avons mangé un magnifique repas le midi à l’hôtel la piscine est parfaite merci à l équipe

The property is very nice, located in a nice and quite area on the West side of the river. If you want to go to the city center you have to take a boat. The rooms are nice and there is everything you need. Also the pool is small but very nice. The staff has been really nice to us, making us feel like home

Abbiamo alloggiato qui in bassa stagione e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è molto pulita e la camera con vista piscina era bellissima. Ottima anche la colazione! ​Il proprietario Ibrahim è stato super gentile e accogliente. Ha organizzato tutti i nostri spostamenti per la Valle dei Re e delle Regine, tempio di Luxor, Karnak e per Abu Simbel a un prezzo davvero conveniente. Lo consigliamo caldamente a tutti! Aggiungo foto del viaggio. Quando arrivate conviene chiedere direttamente a lui per organizzare ogni cosa, risponde immediatamente su whatsapp o su Booking e vi procura il necessario se avete bisogno di qualcosa.

Se desarmó la cama y al levantar el colchón encontramos mucha basura y olor a orina, como solo reservé una noche para luego ir al aeropuerto no lo comenté con el dueño, no me sentí cómoda en este alojamiento. Cuesta encontrar el alojamiento.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend - wir sind nachts nach 1 Uhr angekommen und haben noch frischen Zitronensaft im Pool serviert bekommen (ohne danach zu fragen). Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Außerdem bieten sie Touren zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Luxor und Umgebung, sowie Transfers vom/zum Flughafen und/oder Bahnhof zu sehr fairen Preisen an. Das Restaurant im Haus bietet sehr leckeres Essen zu günstigen Preisen an. Wirklich außergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Every time you went downstairs, one of the staff asked you 5 questions. It was very annoying. Check-in took an hour. There was no shampoo or body soap. The location is between 2 mosques that do a very loud call to prayer at 4:30am AND 5am. Not a good place for a guest house.

Tout était génial. La localisation, la propreté, la nourriture... mais j'ai surtout aimé le personnel. Ils sont tous géniaux <3 Je voyageais seule, j'avais donc forcément des appréhensions; au final ça s'est très bien passé et en prime, je me suis faite des amis incroyables. J'ai eu un traitement de pharaonne.

Nos facilitaron una habitación para ducharnos antes de que estuviera lista la nuestra

La piscina sucia, el desayuno (pero no me gustó en ninguno de los hoteles donde me quedé en el viaje a Egipto) y que la habitación que le entregaron a mi hermano estaba durmiendo un chico de los que trabaja ahí, lo hablé con el dueño y lo solucionó cambiandolo a otra habitación, pero porque vimos al chico saliendo de la habitación, no sé si harán siempre lo mismo de irse a dormir a las habitaciones desocupadas y luego se las entregan a los huespedes

Overall, my stay was not pleasant, and the main reason is something you should already expect in Luxor, people often try to take advantage of tourists whenever they can. Unfortunately, this was no exception. Because of a mistake on my part, I arrived thinking the stay had already been paid by credit card, but it hadn’t, I had to pay on the spot. In Egypt, payments are usually expected in dollars or euros, but I asked to pay in the local currency, Egyptian pounds. At that point, the owner used a highly unfavorable exchange rate, around 20–30% above the normal rate. Since I didn’t have foreign currency, I had no choice but to accept it. As for the accommodation itself, it’s very basic and not particularly comfortable. The bed, mattress, and pillows weren’t good, and there’s no minibar in the room. One important tip: don’t book a guide through the accommodation. I asked them for help finding one, and while the guide was knowledgeable, his attitude was quite unpleasant, impatient and always rushing. In the end, I even decided to leave one day early. My experience there, unfortunately, reflects a bit of what Luxor can be like. While the place has an incredible history, part of the local approach to tourists can make the experience quite frustrating, as there’s often an attempt to take advantage of visitors.

the owner son. has a low class of interest addressing guest. can you imagine going down to check the pool in the next day and this guy shouted that breakfast is finish in front of the guest ( near the stairs and people who’s eating beside the pool ) like why don’t need to embarrass me? you don’t need to prepare me breakfast if you are lazy because i did not ask for it. all those people looking at me like wtf? so i just went back to my room and instead of extending my stay for another 2 days id rather go back to steinbeerger. i didnt sign up to be humiliated. i will not recommend. ( even in my check in - I message them before that day but still i waited for an hour ) - he blame his cousin calling him shermuta.

Super accueil par Ibrahim et Youcef. Nous avons été très bien conseillés et ils nous ont aidé pour des reservations et l’organisation de notre séjour à Louxor. Très bon déjeuner au bord de la piscine. J’espère revenir une prochaine fois en famille.

La Guest House était très agréable avec une piscine, une belle vue et des lits très confortables. Mais la meilleure partie reste de loin l’hospitalité des hôtes, qui nous ont même invité à un mariage dans le quartier.

Le jet d’eau des toilettes était légèrement cassé mais rien de grave. Aucun point négatif.

Struttura accogliente e pulita, colazione ottima, possibilità anche di pranzare e cenare a richiesta. Situata sulla sponda occidentale del Nilo e collegata con Luxor con un traghetto pubblico con un servizio H24 o volendo ci sono anche molte imbarcazioni private che si proporranno spendendo qualcosa in più. Piacevole la sera rientrare da questa parte del Nilo che sicuramente è più tranquilla rispetto alla confusione di Luxor. I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sempre gentili e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi richiesta.

A very pleasant place in a great location. Delicious breakfast and a welcome drink. Very helpful stuff. There was a pool, but I didn’t get a chance to use it because the manager helped organize all the activities (hot air balloon ride, sailing trip, etc.)—I just didn’t have time for the pool :)

Overall the guest house is a very warm place, owners got me a transfer from the airport, offered me tea and were quite nice, they even bought me water on the way. The house looks very beautiful and the breakfast was really good too.

The only thing and that's why I even book it is because I thought west bank was calmer for the people to sleep but somehow the balcony door didn't close well or it wasn't good insulated, idk what was the reason I could hear everything from the street, the motorbikes, then the mosque at 4:30 am so I didn't sleep at all even with earplugs :/

​I very much liked the open space, the pool with waves and lights and comfortable seats near the pool for breakfast. The atmosphere finally was "normal" compared to other places in Luxor. Mohammed - the host - of European culture (at least he knows!) and you are free of whatever you do there! They also have alcoholic drinks and an understanding of freedom. A place which is safe from harassment and financial exploitation at every step - Oasis! I could invite a local friend... ;). Room - large with air-con, clean, en-suite. I've seen families there and groups of friends. If not for my tight sight- seeing schedule I might have stayed the whole day hiding there. The host - really appreciated and welcome to study in Europe soon!

Workers shouting at each other in their own language - sometimes. Not a fan of singing from the Mosque - but this is unavoidable. This accomodation is on the West side of the Nile - there is a ferry to get you to the East side (25 EGP one way). Plenty of private boats to go to other side, even straight to Karnak. Train to Asuan - frequent for 43 US dollars. Do not listen the locals... bargain as much as you can, don't be the ATM machine for them. I had lollies for children but better to have pens.

Un séjour formidable ! Séjour à 5 avec 3 chambres confortables, avec petit balcon pour déguster un petit café le matin. La piscine est fraîche et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est abondant et très bon. Le personnel est très serviable a disposition, près à vous décrocher la lune ! Ils sont très attachants. La restauration est bonne et il est possible de déguster une petite bière fraîche au bord de la piscine. Nous avons organisé toutes nos visites avec Ibrahim, le gérant de l’établissement, il nous a fait notre programme à la carte, avec guide dans notre langue, en van climatisé, pour découvrir les plus beaux sites de Louxor, le tout avec des prix attractifs. N’hésitez pas à le contacter.. En résumé 4 jours inoubliables. Bravo !

Mohamed Adnany, his brother, and all the staff provided truly excellent service. They were very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Conversations with them were so enjoyable, and they always did their best to assist us. We felt comfortable and truly valued. Thank you for everything!!

La salle de bain de notre chambre avait un problème technique. Nasser, le propriétaire très accueillant, nous a donc relogés dans un studio en face de la guest house. Nous avons apprécié la démarche, la jolie piscine très propre et bien rafraîchissante aussi ! Jus de fruit d'accueil, bon petit déjeuner égyptien. Localisation très proche des restaurants, du quai et à 10min du ferry.

Le personnel et le propriétaire sont adorables, on peut manger sur place ou aller à pied manger dans un des nombreux restaurants au bord du Nil. Ils organisent la réservation d'un taxi pour tous déplacements.

L'emplacement et le calme est vraiment appréciable après le tumulte du Caire. Tout le personnel est serviable et attentif ! Mention spécial à Osama avec qui nous avons eu un vrai échange !

Very nice guest house on the Western Bank of the Nile, so it was away from the hustle and bustle of Luxor proper. The property is very nice, with a small swimming pool. Breakfast was very good too. The team was very helpful and arranged trips for me to various sights as well as to Aswan.

Wifi did not work while I was there. It seemed there was only one router for the entire building, so that made signals weak. Otherwise, everything was very nice. The trips the team arranged for me and another guest were somewhat pricey, but I guess that was offset by convenience.

It’s missing a wardrobe for guests staying more than one night, but it didn’t bother me. They should also add a sign to make the place easier to find

スタッフの人がみんな親切でした！予約してからの連絡の返事も早く、Whatsappではさらに細やかな配慮が感じられました。最終日はAM3:30に出発でしたが、AM3:00ごろに準備ができているかとリマインドもくれました。遅いのにお見送りもしてくれました。

トイレの水のタンクがなくなって給水される時の音が、寝ていて飛び起きるほどの大音量でした。廊下まで聞こえるくらい。あとは入り口のドアノブが取れやすかったり、鍵をかけるのにコツが必要でした。

The room was very new and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Despite staying in a quieter room the prayer calls from the nearby mosque were still painfully loud. Although my room seemed new, there were some flaws, like the windows having a massive gap in which sand could enter during the sand storm as well as bad small from smoke. Also it didn't keep the noise out. The staff was trying to be nice, but it felt very insincere and breakfast was served slowly and sometimes incomplete (without bread).

The clean large bedroom with accompanying secluded pool side seating area. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The green nature of the area enhances the courtyard. Quiet compound. Relaxed atmosphere and poolside retreat. Close, 3 minute walk, to the Nile for ferry and restaurants. The clean bathroom. The pride in which the staff take in their hotel. Better value for money than others I have used. Would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely use again. Has the facility for lunch and evening meal if required.

The WiFi is intermittent at times but that seems to be all over Luxor. Although some people may get put off about a shared bathroom there was absolutely no issues. It was akin to living in a house with an adjoining bathroom. Also there is two large bathrooms for three bedrooms and I have not had to wait once. To be fair it is better than a usual small ensuite. Could have a kettle and a TV in the room but that is a matter of opinion. There is a loud mosque nearby but as the hotel is in an Arabic country what else would you expect.

On est malheureusement restés qu’une nuit mais c’était un super logement, le personnel est adorable, super accueil et c’est propre et mignon (avec piscine). La prochaine fois on restera plus longtemps.

Really nice place. The furnitures are a bit old but whoever cleaned it took good care of it. This is the cleanest hotel I've been in in Egypt, this is a bit sarcastic because it's also the cheapest. Other hotels with newer furniture and renovation are all a lot dirtier.

Could be nice to have a small sign on the road, or send some pictures as instructions to find the hotel.

they only suggestion would be to install some kind of closet or something or hanging up clothes. there was a neighbor with a loud motorcycle that was irritating but of course the staff has no control over that.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. De kamers waren erg schoon en de locatie op de Westbank is perfect: lekker rustig, maar toch overal dichtbij. Absoluut een aanrader!

Muhammed was a great host, he was very helpful and took care of us very well, the conversations we've had was very pleasant as well. They offered us beverages constantly. Even though the restroom was public, it was very clean.

I didn't notice they had common bathroom when I was booking, but it was kept clean and the breakfast could be more extensive. Other than that both the tea and coffee they served was great and continues.

The customer service here was truly exceptional. Even though we arrived well before check-in, the staff graciously offered us breakfast and made us feel right at home. Their team is incredibly accommodating—they even went out of their way to lend us a phone charger when we were in a pinch.

I really enjoyed this hotel, beautiful comfortable quiet room and nice swimming pool and ambiance . Most of all the wonderful staff are so attentive and speaking English. Also for the tours organised ThankYou all
