Ótima relação qualidade-preço. Boa localização.

O pequeno almoço poderia ser mais variado e seria ótima poder usufruir de Wlan no alojamento.

Que estaba céntrico y sin ruidos.El desayuno.Y el que te arreglen todos los días la habitación.Mu recomendable. Lo peor un tramo alto de escaleras que subiendo con las maletas.Y olor a humedad al principio nada mas .Gracias repetirías.

La struttura è fatiscente (phon rotto, pavimenti rotti) e trascurata (lenzuola e bagno sporchissimi); peggiora il soggiorno la scortesia dell'host, il quale ha "rimandato" al giorno successivo la sostituzione del phon, non ritenendo che fosse un problema il suo mancato funzionamento, e poi se n'è (volutamente) dimenticato, sostenendo che io, come ospite che aveva già fatto la segnalazione, avrei dovuto ricordargli la questione in orario diurno.

Conforto da cama, travesseiros parecia uma toalha dobrada. Café poderia ter opções para evitar desperdício já que é um combo sem opção de escolha.

Wow, we had such a great stay at Little Break Guest House! The room was very clean, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and the towels were changed every day. We also had breakfast included in our stay and it was really good. We asked if it was possible to make a small change to the standard breakfast option, and they were happy to accommodate us without any extra charge, which we really appreciated. The staff were all very kind and welcoming and they also kindly kept our luggage for free on the day of check-out. A special mention to one of the guys on the staff, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

Very outdated rooms, furniture needed deep cleaning. Everything was slightly worn down.

The location was great, the breakfast was delicious, the air conditioner worked very well, and the space was very well cleaned. Check in was clear and easy.

After check in, communication decreased. We did not have working wifi and someone else broke a bottle onto our patio, and there was minimal responsiveness about either issue.

Ottima posizione, centralissima. Camera pulita, asciugamani cambiati e letto rifatto tutti i giorni.

Bagno piccolo, nessun appoggio. Muro un po' scrostato in camera. Poco insonorizza, versi dei gabbiani udibili a tutte le ore.

Struttura centrale, nel pieno centro di Lagos

Struttura abbastanza sporca, a partire dalle lenzuola e dal copriletto. Trovato una bottiglia vuota sotto al letto e delle calze usate nel cassetto. Asciugamani strappati. Il telecomando per la tv non c’era e aria condizionata andava quando voleva lei. Ho contattato l oste, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. E ovviamente mai nessun problema risolta a partire dai calzini a finire col telecomando. check in non me l ha effettuato nessuno, ho semplicemente trovato un foglietto in stanza da riempire, quindi non ho mai potuto parlare personalmente con nessuno. Spazi esterni non curati assolutamente. Colazione imposta, ma non male

Por poner un pero a modo constructivo, diríamos la puerta de entrada a la habitación. Tenía un poco de holgura y con el aire o cualquier movimiento cercano, hacía que sonase. Las almohadas mejorables

Prostorné a bezpečné ubytování v krásné části.

Está muy bien ubicado, llegas fácil a cualquier parte pero por lo mismo es que durante la noche hay muchísimo ruido.

Hay algunos artefactos como una lámpara que estaba oxidada, no tiene secador de pelo ni shampoo por ejemplo. Además, le faltaba una de las cortinas roller a la ventana que da hacia la calle, tuve que solucionarlo con una toalla de esas de mano, porque además de mermar la privacidad, por la mañana, el ventilador de techo del departamento de enfrente comenzó a reflejar el sol sobre las almohadas, mientras giraba. Las almohadas están desgastadas.

Ubicación y desayuno

El aire acondicionado no bajaba la temperatura aunque así lo indicara el mando a distancia. Pasamos bastante calor durante las dos noches ya que el sol daba durante todo el día en el tejado de la habitación. La habitación secundaria es un auténtico horno, ahí no había aire acondicionado y nuestra hija apenas pudo dormir.

Great location, nice and central. Nice big room with decent shower and general room storage etc. Easy access instructions and I very safe. Fresh towels were provided every day which I was not expecting. Shared kitchen for some of the rooms and I liked the shelf per room idea for the fridge. Bed comfy, pillows not so but that’s probably just preference.

The layout and design of the building seems to emphasise noise and if you don’t have considerate neighbours in the house at the same time as you, you do hear a lot of noise - I heard every room door slam and conversation when people came home at night/the early hours of the morning.. I appreciate the noise is down to the other guests but I think the layout doesn’t necessarily help.

la camera si trova in pieno centro storico. offrono, compreso nel prezzo della camera, una colazione al bar di sotto. la colazione e molto ricca ed abbonata (colazione principalmente dolce). il personale del bar dove viene servita la colazione è super gentile e davvero disponibile.

Alojamiento muy céntrico, todo estaba limpio, dispone de nevera, aire acondicionado, la ducha con mampara de cristal, la atención fue muy rápida e intuitiva. Aunque estaba céntrico la estancia es bastante silenciosa no escuchando ruido exteriores. El desayuno incluido fue una pasada, no es buffet libre pero está muy muy bien servido y el personal muy amable.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt

Die Anlage war teilweise stark verschmutzt. Möbel auf der Terrasse waren voll mit Vogeldreck. Unser Zimmer (Nummer 6) war feucht, muffig. Schwarzer und grüner Schimmel waren sichtbar. Teilweise war viel Staub auf den Ablagen. Farbe blätterte von der Wand ab. Es gab keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Check-in ging über WhatsApp. Auf meine Beschwerde bzgl. des Zustands des Zimmers wurde einfach nicht reagiert. Keine Chance, sich auszutauschen oder ggf. in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln. Wir wurden einfach geghosted. Zufälligerweise trafen wir später auf eine Reinigungskraft, die uns dann auch erzählte, dass sie den Chef schon vor einiger Zeit auf die Zustände des Zimmers hingewiesen hätte.

The first night we didn’t have AC or electricity and couldn’t charge any devices after landing. They quickly fixed this the next morning but made the first night almost unbearable. There was also NO WIFI in the unit - only the main areas and breakfast area. We also didn’t receive any check in instructions for arriving there and were only able to check in through the help of the breakfast staff. Our room wasn’t ready at that time either (already 3 PM)

We stayed at this lovely apartment in Lagos and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the old town center, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful historic streets. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, which made us feel right at home. The included breakfast was a real highlight — very good quality and surprisingly abundant, with plenty of fresh options. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, we felt very comfortable and happy during our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lagos. Thank you!

Comfortable, clean room. Common kitchen. Very kind, caring host. We got a huge breakfast downstairs in the caffee, the staff there was extremely kind and supportive.

Great location! Quiet spot in the middle of town. The rooms were big and the rooftop was relaxing. Super clean and comfortable.

The wifi did not reach our room

The breakfast was fantastic. The terrasse where you can sit outside was nice. The place is located directly in the center. The check-in worked smoothly with the key code. Bottles of water in the room for the guests.

The place could be a 10 with a little TLC and renovation (e.g. floor and bathroom). The place was mostly clean but the clearing of remnants of former guests (fridge, pots) had obviously been forgotten. There were also a few ants in the room.

It was in a great location with a great price and everything was super clean! The owner is lovely and really friendly.

The only thing that was slightly annoying was the wifi didn’t reach our room.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt neben dem gleichnamigen Café. Komisch war nur dass die Leute im Café erst überhaupt nicht verstanden haben (schlechtes Englisch) dass wir das Guest House suchen. Das Zimmer ist recht groß und hat eine Klimaanlage. Der Innenhof ist sehr nett, aber nicht sonderlich gepflegt.

Es gibt so viele Mücken im Zimmer aber keinen Mückenschutz am Fenster!!! Auch Ameisen und leichten Schimmel an den Wänden. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

il n'y avait pas de rideau ou de volet ( il était cassé) donc de la lumière très tôt le matin . le ménage pas très bien fait il y avait du sable des clients précédant

The location can’t be beat! We didn’t know that breakfast was included, and it was excellent! Our room was cleaned and we received fresh towels every day. The staff at the cafe were amazing!!! The guest house was well equipped and very quiet. The courtyard was a lovely spot. We really enjoyed our stay here!! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The wifi didn’t reach our room so we had to go into the common area anytime we wanted to use it. Our room seemed a little run down at first, but we realized it was still being renovated, so we didn’t mind.

Cela n’était pas propre, la fenêtre ne se fermait ps j’étais obligée de fermer le volet et donc d’être dans le noir si je voulais être enfermée … Il n’y a pas de rideau donc tout le monde pouvait me voir puisque la chambre donnait sur une terrasse commune. La lumière passait à travers le volet et la lumière de dehors s’allume tout le temps …. Ce n’est pas un endroit paisible et la douche n’était pas propre.

It is located in the center of the old town, very accessible. The free breakfast was massive.

Eravamo un gruppo di cinque amici in due stanze della struttura. Le stanze erano molto carine e proprio nel centro di Lagos nella zona pedonale ma comunque il taxi che ci ha portato dalla stazione ci arriva comunque vicinissimo. Le stanze sono al primo piano con una bella zona comune in un terrazzo al primo piano ombreggiato da alcune piante. Nonostante non fosse previsto nel prezzo, da parte della simpatica signora che oltre agli appartamenti gestisce l’omonimo bar sottostante con affaccio su strada, ci è stata offerta una colazione completa con dolce e salato e anche crêpes e spremute d’arancia!

Mancava un oscurante da una finestra, quindi all'alba ci siamo svegliati. in più la posizione della struttura era estremamente rumorosa. Si sentivano gli schiamazzi fino a notte fonda e sono riiniziati la mattina all'apertura del bistrot sottostante

Bit of street noise, hearing loss and wine meant I slept well, wife not so much.

Tutto molto bello e pulito. Cucina in comune con tutto l'occorrente. Terrazzino che ci ha stupiti in positivo. Colazione compresa molto abbondandate e buonissima! Consigliato!

Ligging in het centrum is perfect en geen last van de geluiden van de stad. Beschikking over een centrale keuken/koelkast en binnentuin. Binnenkomst dmv code, maar goed geregeld.

Beviel niet is zwaar uitgedrukt, maar er hing een typisch luchtje bij binnenkomst. Hoge vochtigheidsgraad binnen? Spullen werden een beetje klam. Raam lekker open doen en pas dicht doen als je de stad ingaat.
