Bed not comfortable. Dollar store vibe throughout. I would not put my family in this place, unless it was my sister, because she isn’t a nice person. Horrible value and leaves one more depressed than when you started.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026The Cloisters provided us with the convenient haven we needed for our 2 day stay. Modern, spotlessly clean, very well appointed room, spacious bathroom and really comfortable bed. The accommodation has ample parking and is centred within easy walking of most of Dingle town. The real bonus for us was the common lounge, dining, kitchen area where we could cater for ourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The instructions for working the door keypad could be a little more detailed or assisted by a visual/picture. We found two couples struggling to get in and one so confused they locked up the system so that we couldn’t open the door for them from the inside. All that is needed is a careful explanation that one must first touch the tiny box (scarcely viewable) in the centre of the keypad, not other more visible possibilities. A picture identifying this in your communication would be. Ideal. Thanks.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Our room was spacious, with lovely views over Dingle Bay and the surrounding countryside, and it even had its own dining table. The location couldn’t be beaten — right in the town center. We also appreciated the communal area, which had a fridge and microwave, so we could bring in food and eat in the shared space. There were a few issues with the room at check-in, but our host responded quickly and got everything sorted. Special thanks to Michael for cleaning our room promptly and being so attentive to our needs.
