The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and considerate. From here, you can easily walk to everywhere within Dingle. The rooms are nicely laid out and we were very comfortable there. It was warm and the staff member brought us an extra fan before we even asked. That was so thoughtful and much appreciated.

Loved the location, very central. We stayed on the top floor and so it was warm but not too loud. A tip is to leave the bathroom and bedroom doors propped open for better airflow. Loved the location, was really cozy.

Perfection! elegant cosy and very clean room, many nice details in interior design, wooden furniture, LOVED it! the place itself ideal - the famous pub with national Irish dance champion performances next door! quiet at night nevertheless. many thanks, enjoyed every minute ❤️

Thank you to the hosts for putting chilled Prosecco and a box of chocolates in the room for our arrival. This was a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday, which he really liked.

Unfortunately, breakfast wasn’t being offered during our stay so perhaps the host should make that clearer earlier in the booking process.

Placed in the middle of Dingle's main road you can easily walk to every place in town. The accommodation itself is nothing outter space, but it is very clean and cozy! There are some pubs in the street but the windows are well soundproofed. It is my second time and defo it will be a third :)

It is true that the wifi is not the best.

Leider haben wir das Personal überhaupt nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, noch nicht mal beim einchecken, nur telefonisch kontaktierbar. Und Frühstück konnte man auch nicht dazu buchen. Die Zimmer sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen....

Super bien placé, en plein cœur de la rue principale. le chauffage en cette période humide (octobre) a été très apprécié.

Nous n'avons croisé personne à notre arrivée, il a fallu appeler un n° sur un tel dispo à la réception. J'ai été réveillée par des voix qui parlaient très fort issues d'une chambre voisine durant la nuit.

Zorg dat je niks achterlaat in dit hotel. Ik was iets vergeten, informeerde er nog dezelfde dag naar en het lag al bij het vuil dat ook al was opgehaald, zeiden ze. Had het graag nog opgestuurd gekregen. Vind dit geen goede service.

The location was 10/10 and I’d stay again for the location alone. The room was extremely comfortable and a decent size. I’d highly recommend!

The location was perfect for walking around Dingle. We had a lovely view of the mountains out of our room #4 on the backside of the building. The beds were comfortable with good quality pillows. They are a kind and friendly staff.

No internet, no tv , no Netflix No bottled water €138 single occupancy for one night on Thursday in October ( off peak ) no direct parking , no breakfast ,no simple necessity’s shampoo conditioner body lotion mattress was dated pillows old

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Place was very clean.

I was warned about the noise on the busy street, but with the windows closed it 100% helped block it out. But unfortunately the room was pretty warm and stuffy so we wanted to sleep with the windows open. For the price (our most expensive stay in Ireland) I was a bit disappointed. If it was more budget friendly I would be giving it a higher rating.

Great location. As long as you leave the windows shut (which we did at night) it was very quiet. Only woke up for the early morning garbage truck.

No one greeted us at the front desk. I talked to one woman on the phone and she said the key was in the door of our room (OK with us). The next morning there was a middle aged man at the desk who barely acknowledged us and had a scowl on his face. The morning we a checked out there was a pleasant young man who informed us we still owed the bill (our only hotel stay that was not paid in advance through our booking.com reservation).

Great location in town by several Dingle Pubs. We did the Slea head Dingle drive which was an awesome drive with lovely views. We got lucky with nice weather too

A group of 13, we booked 6 rooms. Everyone said this was our best accommodations. The location was very nice and the towns people were super friendly. Definitely want to return!

Fantastic location. Loved the large room on the second floor. Very accommodating.

There is street parking only, but I already knew that. The parking lot next door is not usable. (That is not their fault obviously, just saying so no one makes the same mistake I did when planning)

Location great. Not noisy at all even though on Main Street. Easy to deal with, comfortable and clean. A great experience would recommend to others without hesitation. Breakfast not available but easily purchased from the supermarket deli over the road.

AL personal no le conocimos, dejaron las llaves en la puerta puestas. No había desayuno. Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones en la ultima planta (3-4, no recuerdo). AL ir con niños y maletas, la subida y la bajada complicadas. El baño estaba fuera de las habitaciones y el descansillo no tenia puerta, por lo que ir al baño de noche, era bastante singular si asomaba otro cliente por la escalera

Rooms needed fans due to summer heat wave but once requested the staff quickly supplied us with them.

Great location, similar experience to and air bnb as no contact with staff, key was left in room.

It was quite close to everything. Really a nice setup with the extra bed in our room. Loved the large bathroom.

One of the rooms (we rented two) experienced significant noise in the wee hours due to bar patrons arguing.

The Lantern Townhouse is located right in the centre of one of the busiest streets in Dingle, with fabulous restaurants, bars, cafes, shops etc right on the doorstep. The room and ensuite were top quality - the shower was just amazing! We felt so comfortable just coming and going as we pleased during our stay. We will definitely be back!
