Location is great

Small rooms, loud aircon, wifi router in my room, bathroom extremely small, shower cady broken, work desk not suitable to work on. not enough secure parking. door was hard to open, lock was brocken.

We booked a double room with 2 X double beds, we received 1 X double bed. The reception blamed us for "booking online" No sorry, no discount for the inconvenience. They were actually quite rude about it.

Breakfast OK

The towels are disgusting! Very noisy guests No key for security gate at no.5 Gate motor not working. Had to open and close manually. Surely this would be a priority for the safety of your guests and your property!

They did not mind packing a lunchbox as employee was not there for breakfast due to an early start in the morning. Booking was available on short notice. Will be back soon. Thank you

The room was clean and adequately furnished.

I thought that the Restaurant Staff were untrained and my eggs weren't cooked as I requested.

Very tastefully decorated and with everything you could want in a room. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great

A bit of black mold on bathroom ceiling which we did point out. Neighbour's dog barked incessantly from around 7am which was very annoying

Maybe a little smaller than normal places. But more than ideal. Parking was quite limited

Room was small but cosy

Breakfast wasn't nice at all. Didn't even finish mine. I asked for eggs, sunny side up soft, got cold hard eggs that had been turned, my wife sent her food back because it was very salty. She had scrambled eggs.
