Perfect location and view. The room was clean and big. Great balcony. We also had some treats and coffee. Amazying reception by Margarita.

If I could rate this stay more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Everything was amazing, from the beautiful location to the wonderful hosts. They were incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and always very communicative. We felt so well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The place itself was spotless, cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful view was honestly one of the highlights. And the cats were the absolute cutest! 🥹 I couldn’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again in the future. Truly a 100/10 experience! ❤️

Piękny i czysty apartament z widokiem na morze. Bardzo wygodnie nam się mieszkało podczas naszego pobytu na Milos. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni, a ponieważ byliśmy wcześniej na wyspie, umożliwili nam wcześniejsze zakwaterowanie do pokoju. Około 10 minut pieszo do głównej atrakcji Sarakiniko.

Nic. Jedyny komentarz, że apartament jest oddalony około 10 minut pieszo od przystanku autobusowego Sarakiniko, rekomendowane jest wypożyczenie samochodu lub innego środka transportu jezeli podróżuje się ze znaczną ilością bagażu.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarakiniko Rooms. The host margarita was lovely, very accomodating and made us feel welcome. The room had a beautiful view of sarakiniko beach (only a short 5 min walk) and a lovely sea breeze to sit outside. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch and replenished daily. The room was spotlessly clean. Cannot recommend enough! You will definitely need to hire either an ATV or car to get around, but this was easily sorted through Sarakiniko Rooms with Manu for us.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, molto comoda per muoversi. L’accoglienza è stata molto gentile e abbiamo ricevuto diversi consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Tutto molto pulito e curato; inoltre la struttura è nuova, ben rifinita e piacevole anche esteticamente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la consigliamo sicuramente.

Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The location is excellent, only a few meters from Sarakiniko, one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in Milos. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the island!

Πάρα πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, καθαρό, άνετο και μεγάλο. Σε τέλεια τοποθεσία, λίγα μόλις λεπτά απο όμορφες παραλίες (όπως το Σαρακίνικο) αλλά και για την επίσκεψη μας σε μέρη όπως ο Αδάμαντας και η Πλάκα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ ευδιάθετοι και εξυπηρετικοί να μας προτείνουν ή να μας καθοδηγήσουν για διάφορες δραστηριότητες κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας στο νησί.

Το κατάλυμα είναι μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση με την κ.Μαργαρίτα να ξεχωρίζει από την γλυκύτητα και την βοήθεια της. Το κατάλυμα είναι πεντακάθαρο και προσφέρει αρκετές παροχές!! Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!! Θα το λατρέψετε!!

Siamo stati una settimana in questo residence e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Margarita è un host fantastica, sempre con il sorriso, gentile e pronta ad aiutare con i suoi consigli. La camera pulita con arredamento nuovo e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (aria condizionata, frigorifero, bollitore, macchina caffè espresso) aveva un balcone vista mare, piccolo ma grazioso in cui si possono stendere i costumi. Disponibile il parcheggio gratuito per il mezzo che si noleggia (noi avevamo un ATV), fondamentale muoversi con un mezzo, intorno non c'è nulla. Posizione strategica a pochi minuti dal porto, da un supermarket, dal benzinaio ed equidistante per la parte nord, est e sud, tutte assolutamente da visitare.

Costo un pò alto ma ci siamo trovati molto bene I lavori in corso per la costruzione di una nuova palazzina rovinano un pò l'atmosfera magica

The cleaning lady threw all the food from the fridge which was good withoit asking and changed all the towels after half a day which we did not ask for, also the shower cabin is extremely small

Kind and welcoming hosts, a cozy and modern room, and everything was exceptionally clean. Fresh towels were provided every day, along with complimentary coffee capsules and a basket of treats that was refilled daily. Mrs. Margarita even provided us with a beach umbrella, which was very useful for our beach trips. The view of Sarakiniko Beach was absolutely stunning, and it was only a 10-minute walk away. A supermarket and bakery were just a 3-minute drive from the property. The location was excellent—most of Milos' main attractions were just a 10–20 minute drive away. A car is definitely recommended, as it makes getting around the island very easy. The property offers a peaceful setting away from the crowds while still being conveniently close to everything.

Personnel extrêmement gentil et très très accueillant. Emplacement idéal pour une la plage de Sarakiniko, mais aussi pour tous les lieux d’intérêts. La location de quad/voiture directement avec eux est un énorme +, et le prix est très honnête. Je recommande à 100%

It had the most amazing view, was close to Sarakiniko beach and not far from the port and Plaka. Our gorgeous host was exceptional and so welcoming :)

Such an awesome stay. Staff are super lovely. It’s so close to Sarakiniko beach and you have a view of the water. The room was a really nice size. We were in the older part of the property but it was still very well looked after and lovely to stay in. This was our second visit to Milos and we loved it here, will be visiting again and recommending this stay to others.

the property was only a short walk to any bus stop and prime location to the stunning sarakiniko beach. The room was clean and serviced daily alongside an amazing view and our host Margarita was so efficient to helping us out with anything we asked of.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything was spotlessly clean, the location was perfect for exploring Milos, and the hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Manos, from whom we rented our car. He provided an excellent service, picking us up from the airport when we arrived and dropping us off at the port when we left, which made our trip so much easier. He was reliable, friendly, and professional throughout. We highly recommend staying here and renting a car with Manos if you’re visiting Milos. It made our experience even more enjoyable. Only thing I would recommend - adding safes to the room and providing beach towels.

The property is on the most scenic place on the island. The views from the balcony are absolutely incredible, you could just stay in your room all day and enjoy your vacation from there and it would already be amazing. The hosts and the family running the place were the sweetest and most caring people, definitely recommend renting the ATV from here, we did it last moment and it was a very simple process. Towels were changed every day and the room was clean. There were snacks and water in the fridge - a simple touch but really helped upon arrival as it was hot outside. The area was calm and quiet. BIG thank you to the hosts, don’t miss out on this place and stay a bit longer, you won’t regret it one bit.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay here. The hosts are so kind and lovely, which made us feel very welcome! They helped us book an ATV which was brought straight to the property and was a super smooth process. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the water. It’s also in a great location, very close to the port and felt easy to explore the whole island from there. Make sure you give some love to the cats that hang out on the property, they are so sweet and we loved hanging out with them each day as well :)

This hotel is the perfect place to stay while visiting Milos. It is ran by the sweetest people ever who are so very helpful. Renting a car through the hotel was a great decision and super easy. Our room was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the island and water. This spot made our trip to milos very special. 12/10 place!!!

This property was a 10/10 for us! From the very beginning the hosts were so kind and responsive to any questions we had. In addition to that they'd also share recommendations and give us great tips The location of the property itself is fantastic with the views of the sea and Sarakiniko just a 7-8 mins walk away. The rooms are super clean and quite spacious. They're also thoughtful with giving snacks, toiletries, keeping cold water in the fridge etc. I will definitely recommend this to everyone and can't wait to be back :)

Terraço com vista mar. Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Camas confortáveis. Local tranquilo com estacionamento. Tivemos direito a uns snacks, sumos e cafés diarimente. A anfitriã era super agradável e deu-nos boas recomendações de restaurantes e locais para visitar. Sem dúvida, uma ótima experiência!

Todo perfecto, la habitación grandes bonitas vistas, la dueña Margarita es muy amable y nos ayudó con todo. Puedes ir andando a Sarakiniko aunque es recomendable tener coche o atv para moverte por la isla.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue la ducha que se sale el agua, pero todo lo demás perfecto.

The room was in walking distance to the Sarakinko Beach which is most fascinating beach I've ever seen. It wasn't within walking distance of restaurants and shopping but it was a very nice room and since we rented a car, we were able to drive where we wanted. The hostess was fantastic, helping us get a rental car and a taxi.

It was perfectly clean, the room service freshened the room perfectly every day with clean towels and amenities. Although it is mentioned that there is no breakfast, there were some snacks that were offered daily. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The room was is general very comfortable. Everything is good quality and this makes the stay very enjoyable.

La proximité avec Sarakiniko beach qui est vraiment à deux minutes en voiture était super! Environnement très calme. La vue est top. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et sont tres propres. Ill ne manque rien. Il y a même quelques biscottes,madeleines, thé et café à disposition pour s'improviser un petit déjeuner. L'accueil était très chaleureux.

El complejo era muy estético, limpio y acojedor. Te reciben con comida en la habitacion, tu propia nesspreso, un balcón con una vista excepcional. La cama muy comoda y con mucha privacidad. A tan solo 10 min caminando tenes la iconica Sarakiniko. Fuimos a ver el amanecer, una experiencia increible.

Fue todo increible, nos hubiese gustado que haya smart tv en la habitacion y no unicamente tv griega. Por otro lado, el baño se mojaba bastante al bañarte debido a que tiene una mampara muy abierta.

就在著名景點旁邊，早上去看日出很方便。房間簡單乾淨有海景，還有很多小點心，整體而言不錯，有個小插曲是我們的船班被取消，無法退款但住宿方同意延後住宿日期，最後我們少住了一晚但他們幫我們升級了房間，算是有誠意的處理方式

離市中心較遠，周圍沒有食物，建議有交通工具再入住。

La habitación estaba realmente bien, muy agradable, limpia, luminosa y con una terraza con vistas al mar. El trato de Maragarita, la dueña, ha sido excepcional. Había una cafetera, un hervidor de agua y una nevera en la habitación, además de un pack de desayuno que se reponía todos los días. Se limpiaban las habitaciones todos los días y se cambiaban las toallas. Destacar que el alojamiento no está en una población como tal por lo que hace falta coche pero en 15 min se llega a todos los lugarea de interés, y Adamas queda como a unos 10 min.

De tudo, localização, quartos, funcionários, vista, a Margarita é uma pessoa de uma amabilidade incrível. Bastante próximo da praia de Sarakiniko, muito próximo de Adamas, Plaka, Mandrakia e Firópotamos, para usufruir a sério, aconselho a ter transporte próprio, carro ou ATV. Localização excelente como ponto de partida para conhecer a ilha, e que ilha linda e espetacular é Milos.

Nada a apontar, foi tudo excelente e caso regresse a Milos irei tentar marcar para este alojamento.

Can’t ask for more. Really courteous and generous hosts. Went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Authentic greek island home. A few snacks and juice/water were included and restocked every day. Rooms were cleaned and bed was made daily. Great view of the ocean and a 10 minute walk to Sarakiniko beach.

It’s hard to find fault with this place. A few minor things- You will need some means of transportation (car, ATV, etc) to get to and from the property. The location and roads make it inconvenient to walk from Adamas. Though this is true for most of Milos. I would highly recommend renting an ATV or car through the property (Manos - great guy!). They offered excellent service and competitive rates. The nearest restaurant and grocery are a bit of a walk. I would not recommend walking to them, especially at night.

The shower could have some boundaries so the water doesn’t spill out onto the floor of the bathroom(not a major issue because there is a drain hole in the floor)

L'emplacement est idéal : situé à proximité du port, il se trouve également à seulement 10 minutes à pied du magnifique site de Sarakiniko, ce qui permet de le visiter facilement et de se déplacer de façon optimale sur toute l'île. ​L'accueil a été chaleureux. La chambre est très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable, et bénéficie d'une terrasse avec une petite vue sur la mer. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour ici et recommandons vivement cette adresse !

De behulpzaamheid van de hosts met tips over het eiland. De eenvoud in het huren van vervoer. En de ontzettend schone kamers die iedere dag verschoond en opgeruimd werden en voorzien van schone handdoeken.

We stayed here for two nights and everything was absolutely amazing! The place was very clean, comfortable, and had such a beautiful view. The location is also perfect — very close to the famous beach and easy to access everything. Most importantly, the host, Margarita, was incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful. She helped us so much during our stay and made us feel truly welcome. We are really grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Thank you so much for everything! Great location with a nice view. Friendly staff. Very clean. There were nice outdoor seating areas in both sun and shade. Plenty of parking for the time I did rent a car. Also the snack basket is replenished daily -the muffins were tasty.

It is a bit of a long walk to town down a pretty busy road. Bus service is not very frequent, so a car is benificial.

Déco super sympa, chambre et SdB. Ménage top. L hôtesse Margarita est géniale, donne des conseils sur les visites et les restos, loue voitures et quads mais pas de scooters, organise transfert port et aéroport. ( Pas possible venir à pied du port ou aéroport).Vraiment top.

Chantier d un grand hôtel à proximité, surprenant qd on arrive, mais pas dérangeant concernant le bruit. Idem, agrandissement de l hôtel en chantier mais aucun désagrément. Juste le savoir pour ne pas être surpris.

A localização é simplesmente incrível — na praia mais bonita que já tive a oportunidade de conhecer! O amanhecer é algo imperdível, um espetáculo à parte. A acomodação estava impecável: tudo muito limpo, cheiroso e confortável, proporcionando uma estadia extremamente agradável. Sobre o anfitrião, como viajante sozinha, posso dizer que não poderia ter tido uma experiência melhor. Fui muito bem recebida desde o início. Aluguei um carro com eles e tudo ocorreu perfeitamente. Durante a viagem, passei por uma pequena emergência médica, e a anfitriã foi de uma gentileza indescritível — me levou no próprio carro para que um médico pudesse me avaliar. Não tenho palavras para agradecer tanto cuidado e atenção. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo de olhos fechados!
