This place was great. Quick 10 min bus ride from Galway. Nice comfy bed , room and shower. Would recommend for people dropping by for a night or two while visiting Galway. Host was amazing and great value for the cost

Good value for money. Room was big enough for solo traveller. Public transport right outside the door. Caught the bus into Galway for dinner. Bed comfortable.

NO HEAT! The radiator cannot be turned on by the resident. We froze and it is only September. The bathroom lighting is terrible and the shower is very small. No onsite management.

Location is great in the middle of Galway, easy parking out the front of the BnB. Room was tight but comfortable. Our host made several recommendations which we followed, leading us to good food and amazing 1000yr old ruins. He also makes great poached eggs in the morning.

Because of regular Air BnB I’m to shampoo & conditioner supplied; Shower gel supplied. Bin in the toilet, but it’s unfortunately not in the room..

We had no breakfast because we have a hospital appointment at 7.15.

I T could be a little a little cheaper when we had no breakfast. I still go back again. It was very convenient to the galway clinic.

Lovely B&B type guesthouse, check in was easy and quick, room was comfortable and facilities were clean, host responded quickly and was helpful. Great place to base yourself on a night or two in Galway.

Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom, with a powerful shower. Nicely decorated. One of my fellow guests is a regular visitor and spoke highly of the hosts and the B&B in general.

The bed reached the far wall and cut the room in half, leaving little usable floor space. The tea cup and spoon were dirty when I arrived although they were cleaned the next day. It's a long way from town: there's a bus stop directly opposite but coming back it's a few minutes' walk. (€1.90 each way.) Very little in the way of amenities nearby. There was traffic noise from early in the morning.

Really nice house BUT it was segmented into tiny rooms. Owners were really nice though. Area was convienent for us, just a short ride to the town and a grocery store for snacks was a short walk away.

We booked this guesthouse very last minute and were lucky to find it. We were out and about all day, so we really just wanted somewhere comfortable and quiet to sleep before heading across the country the next morning - and this place was exactly what we were looking for. It ticked all the boxes. There was plenty of parking available, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The room was exactly as described / as per the photos. It wasn’t a huge room, but it was more than big enough for us and was very comfortable. The bed was large and really comfortable, and the TV was actually bigger than we expected! The ensuite was a great size and absolutely spotless. The location was ideal for us. You can get accommodation closer to the city centre, but we wanted to stay a bit further out in order to skip city centre traffic the next morning. There’s a bus stop directly opposite, making it easy to get into town, and there’s a shop and Supermac’s just a few minutes’ walk away. We had a great night’s sleep and would definitely stay here again.

The shower pressure wasn't amazing, but was standard for a guesthouse / B&B - and it wasn’t an issue for us.

We felt truly welcome! Rooms were clean and inviting. Hostess was very friendly.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Very close to the bus into town which was great. The room was serviced daily which was really nice.

Although you couldn't hear the traffic from our room, being on a main road it made it a little difficult when attempting to leave the premises. However the cars and bus drivers were very kind and patient.

Patricia was very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean. Easy check in. I forgot a clothing item and Patricia was very good to get it mailed off to me.

Das Zimmer ist schön groß und mit dem Erker gab es sogar eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Auch die Nähe zur Stadt und die Anbindung mit dem Bus sind top.

Es liegt direkt an der Straße was es nachts etwas lauter durch den Lärm gestaltet.

The location was excellent, facilities excellent, beautiful house, owners were great ,friendly, any questions they answered, informative on nearby tourist attractions , 10 out of 10 for all would stay here again .

Visiblement personne n’habite la maison, il n’y a que des chambres à louer, donc pas d’échange ni de petit déjeuner sur place. Je trouve que c’est trop cher pour ce que c’est.

The most comfortable beds we’ve slept in since being in Ireland!

The room was large with a big bed. There were a couple of chairs. A glass bottle of water was provided. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. There is a bus top located across the street and the buses go to Eyre Square.

Room was very small & bed very small and no breakfast offered. Cleaner was banging on the door at 10.30 am and was quite rude

Really enjoyed another return stay at Woodhaven Manor. Ideal location near Galway city. Spotless clean warm accommodation with Parking. Hosts Yvonne and Liam are most welcoming and offer excellent hospitality.

Comfort of the room the location near public transport not too far away from the city. Owners were lovely people allowed me to park up at the house and leave my bag before check in.

Nothing on the list I can think of. I do think an upgrade to the curtains and decor could make it feel a bit more fresh and modern but that's me being picky.

Wonderfull hosts cozy place

The owners were friendly and accomodating. There was the option for a cooked breakfast. Make sure to let them know the night before! I was frazzled when I came in, and missed that instruction. When I came down in the morning, the owners were very thrown off. There is a bus stop right across the street that will take you into the main area of Galway city.

The location is a bit difficult to find. It is in a sort of neighborhood with multiple homes that say "BNB" on the building. When you arrive in the neighborhood, make sure to go straight to the back to No.12. I arrived after dark around 6pm and in my difficulty finding the home, received some very disgruntled responses from the neighbors. This BNB was also not as clean as I would have liked. There was still hair and dirt in the bathroom along with debris on the desk from the previous guest.

The location was great since we were taking public transit; bus stop only a long block away or across the street, depending on our destination. The managers (owners) were very pleasant and had helpful hints. Even though the manor is on a busy street, the room was quiet.

Since the manor was labeled as a bed and breakfast, we were disappointed that a morning meal was not included. Our room was pleasant but quite small with no counters; we felt that it was overpriced due to the lack of breakfast and the room size.
