Emplacement dans une rue calme le soir et animée en journée à proximité des restaurants et de la vieille ville ainsi que de la gare et de l'aéroport (taxi en bas de l'mmeuble). Je recommande cette location.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026We booked this place because of the reasonable price and taking under consideration the cost, our stay was excellent. We received clear instructions on how to reach the place and do a self check-in - easy and simple. The apartment has a luggage storage you can book for a small fee (6Eur), which is great. I think the room is best for people who plan to explore Napoli and do not plan to spend a lot of time in the room. We had booked 2 rooms - with and without balcony). The room with a balcony is a great choice as you have a place to sit in the evening. A lot of choices to eat, close to the train station, easy to get there form the airport, close to the busy centre, but if you'd like to see more of Napoli, you can use the subway (3 minutes walking from the apartment). It will also get you to the port - great when you plan to take a ferry to Capri or Ischia.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Siamo stati per il ponte del 1 maggio io e il mio compagno. Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella struttura. Ottima posizione, camera pulita, silenziosa. Se si chiama per qualsiasi problema o info sono veloci nel rispondere. Solo un consiglio: ci vorrebbe un bollitore in camera e una macchinetta del caffè. C'è nella reception, ma personalmente nn mi piace che l acqua che devo consumare anche sottoforma di tisana o caffè, resti più giorni nei recipienti, senza sapere da quanto sia lì. Il resto molto bene Grazie

Durante la doccia, l'acqua usciva fuori perciò il tappetino scendi doccia l'abbiamo dovuto utilizzare per non allagare il bagno.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Great location, across the street is the legendary Michelin rated pizzeria. Walk to old town and the bustling streets of it takes maybe 5-6min. Maradona murals are around 15-20min depending on speed and amounts of people in the streets.
One small detail, room 106 has a weird shower where the door does not close off completly making you flood the room. This should be fixed for the comfort of other travelers.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Stanza bellissima e super accogliente, con vasca idromassaggio matrimoniale in fondo al letto. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Duomo e a pochi passi dalla centro.
La stanza nonostante fosse molto bella non era pulitissima, ed era anche poco insonorizzata. Inoltre il termostato era veramente alto e si moriva di caldo, non siamo riusciti a modificarlo.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025posizione eccezionale tra corso umberto I e forcella, a meno di mezz'ora a piedi dalla stazione centrale, via toledo, quartieri spagnoli, teatro san carlo. istruzioni per l'ingresso facili e puntuali, interazione con il proprietario/receptionist molto gentili, ho chiesto ed ottenuto senza aggiunte di costo di poter accedere prima alla camera. comodissimo il deposito bagagli in loco. pizzerie sotto casa ottime!
la vasca idromassaggio ruba molto spazio alla camera e la doccia con le variazioni cromatiche non serve se poi la doccia funziona male! arredamento datato. scomodo il distributore di caffe all'esterno che essendo rumoroso disturba gli ospiti, avrei gradito un banale bollitore in camera

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025La posizione ottima puoi muoverti tranquillamente a piedi ,comunque sotto il palazzo c’è la fermata dei Taxi e per ultimo ma non meno importante c’è una delle pizzerie migliori di tutta Napoli.
Purtroppo abbiamo trovato la camera non proprio pulitissima questo non vuole essere una critica alla struttura che davvero non lo merita ma una segnalazione all’Host Giuseppe di verificare che chi fa le pulizie le faccia nel modo adeguato.
