Lots of good pizza restaurants in close walking distance (one exceptional pizza restaurant almost opposite - La Figlia del Presidente - very good value). Walkable from main train station (for Pompeii) and Beverello ferry boats to the islands and Sorrento.
Area has a lot of graffiti and rubbish nearby, but this is true for the whole of Naples! Amazingly you get used to it. A few homeless people can congregate outside but it's not an issue.

The furniture in the rooms is a bit obsolete, many visible small or bigger damages, the breakfast has limited options. Our flight was departing in the afternoon, so we solicited a late check out (14:00 instead of normal 11:00). The lady from the desk office (Barbara), didn't even checked the schedule and told us that is impossible. We would have paid the inconvenience but unfortunately she said no. Nevertheless, she let us stay in the lobby until we left.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Muy buena ubicación junto a Spaccanapoli, cerca de via Duomo y via dei Tribunali. Tampoco queda lejos via Toledo, los Quartieri Spagnoli, MANN. Buena habitación, sin ruidos, cama cómoda. Buen desayuno.
La plaza en la que se encuentra el hotel, pero no hemos tenido ningún problema, via San Biaggio dei Librai está a un paso.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Lage: sehr zentral, mitten im Centro Storico und doch ruhig nachts. Einzig die Piazzetta vor dem Hotel wird Nachts von Obdachlosen "bewohnt", die aber kein Problem sind. Wir fühlten uns nie unsicher. Zimmer: Geräumig, schalldichte Fenster, gute & ruhige Klimaanlage, sehr hohe Decke. Badezimmer adequat mit Bad/Dusche, Bidet, Waschtisch, WC. Ein zusätzlicher Griff an der Wand im Bad wäre hilfreich. Ein Bademantel im Superiorzimmer war nicht vorhanden - bei Nachfrage an der Reception wurde einer problemlos geliefert. Frühstück: reichhaltig mit Rühreier, Speck, Würstchen, Käse- und Aufschnittauswahl, Cerealien, Früchte, italienische Patisserie - alles täglich frisch. Einzig die selbstbedienungs-Kaffeemaschine ist eine Katastrophe, mit Jacobs Kaffeesirup :-( ein postmix Automat - für mich ein No-Go in Italien; sogar die Mitarbeiter hatten Mühe die Maschine zu bedienen. Echter, italienischer Cappuccino oder Espresso wird hingegen auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet und serviert. Mitarbeiter: alle immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :-)!
Siehe oben- Postmix-Selbstbedienungskaffeeautomat zum Frühstück. Bei später Abreise am Abend, gibt's nur die Möglichkeit sich im winzigen, öffentlichen WC im Erdgeschoss, umzuziehen.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt und damit nahe am Geschehen. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Minibar und Klimaanlage. Leider fiel zweimal der Strom aus, weil die Sicherung auslöste. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung für italienische Verhältnisse. Es gab einen guten Espresso und Capuccino. Die Sitze sind jedoch unbequem und die Sitzfläche ist sehr niedrig.
Bei den Stühle im Frühstücksraum ist die Polsterung durchgesessen, die Sitzfläche ist sehr niedrig, so dass man als kleinerer Mensch unbequem frühstücken muss. Sauberkeit vor dem Hotel und herumlungernde Menschen, die Tag und Nacht vor dem Hotel sind.

The bed was not very comfortable. A new mattress would have been great. The room could have been newer. The fixtures in the bathroom are outdated. Overall, the hotel (like much of the neighborhood) feels like it needs a renovation. Lots of noise early in the morning from garbage truck just outside the hotel. Other than breakfast, the hotel has zero facilities. No gym, hardly a lobby. It's very minimalist.

The area is essentially a ghetto. Faeces and rubbish everywhere outside, with homeless sleeping on the benches outside. Did not feel safe at all leaving the hotel at any time of day. However, after walking around, this appears to be the situation everywhere in Naples - very poverty stricken. The bay seemed like the lesser of the dangerous/dirty areas. The arranged taxi tried to scam us into paying more for the fixed rate €21 airport journey. Only after we produced google and fact checked him did he honour the rate.

La foto del hotel en Booking, no tiene ninguna relación con la realidad. La entrada al hotel está muy sucia, había homeless durmiendo literalmente fuera del hotel, y el barrio no se condice con lo que la foto en Booking transmite. El desayuno es muy pobre.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026La ubicación, muy bien. Cerca de la mayoría de los sitios con interés turístico y con un supermercado a 50m para pequeñas urgencias. El desayuno podría ser algo mejor en lo que se refiere a salado y cereales, pero suficientemente variado y el personal de la sala muy amable. Y la habitación, amplia, cómoda (fijándome en el plano de evacuación era una de las dos más grandes de la planta). El baño fenomenal. Limpieza de 10. Unicamente que la puerta de la habitacion cerraba un poco mal y había que tirar con fuerza.
Los dos tramos de 3+3 peldaños de la entrada, que cuando llevas una maleta de 20kg son bastante inconvenientes.

The location is awful. Every day you find numerous homeless sleeping infront of the hotel. The area is in the historic center, which in itself is quite dirty. The hotel needs remodeling, including new pillows and mattresses.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Hotel muy céntrico, se llega a todos los sitios andando y en poco tiempo. El personal es muy atento y profesional. La habitación es grande y cómoda. Todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno, aunque no hay mucha variedad, es correcto y todo estaba bueno.
El wifi llega con poca señal a las habitaciones

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Værelse med meget begrænset naturligt dagslys. Bookede og betalte for balkon - ikke en mulighed ved indtjekning. Fik filibuster om værelse med balkon nat 2 og 3 men ud til en trist grå mur. Bunker af affald bare 2 meter fra hotellets hoveddør. Opholdsområdet i lobbyen med bar var lukket og lys var slukket. En skam for der var ikke et sted hvor man kunne sidde andet end på værelset. Hjemløse lå og sov lige udenfor - der var beskidt og ikke særlig spændende. Det er muligt forpladsen ikke er hotellets ansvar men skal man føle sig velkomne ville det klæde hotellet at snappe et par gange om dagen.

Think it was slightly overpriced as there wasn't a restaurant and the bar was pretty basic.

Reviewed May 26, 2026מלון ברמה גבוהה ברובע ההיסוטרי של נאפולי קרוב למסעדות , בתי קפה, חנויות כמה דקות הליכה מויה טולדו, מיקום מרכזי אך שקט, רעשי הרקע מהרחובות לא נישמעים במלון. הצוות שירותי ואדיב מסייע בכל מה שיכול כולל טיפים הזמנת מוניות שמירת חפצים לאחר צי'ק אאוט. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומפנקת.חדרים גדולים יחסית למלונות באיזור בונוס-יש מעלית בונוס שני- יש מזגנים בחדרים
הייתי מחליף את המזרונים במיטות ודואג לאטימה של הדלת כי שמענו המון רעשים מהפרוזדור

Não há acesso para deficiente (meu caso) e o staff não se oferece minimamente para ajudar a suplantar às dificuldades. O s acesso à recepção, elevador e sala do café da manhã têm escadas sem corrimão! Tive que me apoiar em minha esposa, que se recupera de uma cirurgia de articulação do quadril!! Carros não chegam à porta do hotel.

Reviewed May 23, 2026J’avais réservé très en avance de mes dates de séjour : nous avons eu notre chambre au 1 er étage : nous entendions ta voix stridente de l’accueil.. à côté de notre chambre y a l’office de stock pour les femmes de chambre….. brefs pour plus de 300 euros la nuit j’espérais quelque chose de correct……..

Reviewed May 16, 2026Good and central location to the Historic Center, train station and everything. Liked our room a lot with double French doors that opened at the front of the hotel. Bright and breezy … Barbara who greeted us on arrival was fantastic at the front desk. Also another female member of the team was very helpful with recommendation etc. breakfast was very good too. The towels and linens all clean and white. Room was always clean and perfect.
The hotel was exactly what we expected. It is not in a posh area … it is the real real in Naples.

Il y a beaucoup de marches dans les zones de circulation communes : entrée, accueil, salles du petit déjeuner. C’est une difficulté pour les personnes handicapées ou se mouvant difficilement.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Hele goede ligging. Mooie kamers. Netjes. Verzorgd ontbijt. Alles prima geregeld. Maar bovenal de verwelkoming door de receptioniste bij aankomst! Met een Napolitaanse kwinkslag gaf ze ons een instant thuisgevoel. Gedurende ons verblijf kregen we zowel toeristische tips ter aanvulling op onze planning als praktische adviezen. Daarnaast leidde ze ons ook naar hele goede lokale adresjes. Of gaf ze gewoon een duidelijke uitleg bij historische of typische feiten van Napels (als we daar om vroegen). We volgden haar advies en hebben genoten van Napels!

Reviewed May 5, 2026Great location, just a few steps from the main street of the historical centre, yet quiet enough. Rooms are of a good size and nicely appointed with high ceilings. Staff is friendly, yet not very visible outside of the reception area.
The hotel has a nice small lobby and bar area, yet it is not staffed with the exception of a few late evening hours. They try to compensate this by stocking up the minibars in the rooms, but that is still not the same thing.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Sijainti oli erinomainen. Aamiaisella tarjotut kakut olivat hyviä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Palvelu toimi hyvin aamiaisella. Huone oli tilava ja erittäin siisti, eikä mitään kaupungin meteliä kuulunut huoneeseen.
Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Miinusta oli leipä joka oli esipaistettua sämpylää eikä pekoni ja nakit näyttäneet kovinkaan houkuttelevilta.
