Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Great location - easy walking distance from Stephanplatz center, train station and so many walkable tourist destinations. Easy to get to other locations on transport too. Property was clean and comfortable, the AC worked well after arriving from Zurich and other areas!!! The bathroom was well appointed as was the property easy to get in and out and felt very safe.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Konumu cok iyi sehrin tam merkezinde. Oda tertemizdi, cok guzel kokuyordu. Büyüklüğü gayet ferahti. Check in saatinden önce gelince çantalarımızı aldılar. Odamiz hazır olunca da hemen mesaj attılar. Self checkin yapmasi cok kolaydi. Bir daha gelsem yine burada kalırdım.
Odalarin yalıtımı biraz zayıftı. Yan odadaki sesler cok net duyuluyordu.

LE SITE EST PRESENTE COMME UN HOTEL, Mais attention, il ne fournit pas du tout les prestations d'un hotel. C'est donc une arnaque, car vous pensez être accueilli mais en fait vous n'êtes qu'un code et une carte bancaire. JE DECONSEILLE FORMELLEMENT CET ETABLISSEMENT A TOUTE PERSONNE NON HABITUEE A CE GENRE DE FONCTIONNEMENT : PAS D'ACCUEIL "HUMAIN", tout passe par des codes... Automatisation de l'accueil et de toutes les fonctions hôtelières. On peut joindre quelqu'un par téléphone, mais comme le personnel change tous les jours, il n'y a aucune continuité dans la prise en charge des problèmes. Par exemple, on a été stressé à cause du dysfonctionnement de l'ascenceur, sans que personne ne s'en aperçoive ! Impossibilité de recourir à un conseil ou a une aide, ni de demander un oreiller supplémentaire ou quoi que ce soit ! Pour le petit déjeuner, une bouilloire dans la chambre... bien sur, on ne peut pas demander l'adresse d'un resto, ni un conseil de visite, ni un taxi... Pour le jour de départ, le stockage de la valise à partir de 11 h se fait dans un local situé à 15 minutes à pied.... On vous prévient que le lieu n'est pas sécurisé (ce qui s'est avéré faux...) Et là, on rencontre enfin un humain qui gère plusieurs "plateformes hôtelières". Cette personne fait ce qu'elle peut et effectivement elle répond au téléphone mais comme elle reçoit de nombreux appels, dans toutes les langues... les informations sont obligatoirement peu compréhensibles. Le seul point positif est la localisation géographique. EN RESUME, LE SITE N'EST PAS CORRECTEMENT DECRIT ET LE PRIX EST EXHORBITANT AU REGARD DE LA PRESTATION SERVIE.

Reviewed May 6, 2026A Stephansdom melletti utcában volt a szállás egy gyönyörű épületben. A bejutás teljesen logikus volt. A szoba tiszta, a bekészítés hibátlan. Az ágyak kényelmesek, és süti volt a párnán. A fürdő tiszta és szép. Imádtuk a helyet. Ráadásul lemerült a telefonom, és a tulaj pillanatok alatt kerített töltőt. Legközelebb is itt fogunk megszállni, ha Bécsbe megyünk.
Szerencsére erre semmit nem tudok írni. Minden tökéletesen tetszett.

Pas de chance pour nous, le chauffe-eau était en panne. L'eau était glaciale. La dépose des bagages quand la chambre n'est pas encore disponible se fait dans un autre établissement à 5 minutes à pied, seul établissement dans lequel il y a du personnel indications sommaires et mail de consignes arrivé après notre arrivée.

El transporte en Autobús (VAB 2) desde el aeropuerto tiene la parada a unos 10 minutos andando La habitación estaba muy bien, era cómoda y además teníamos una mini nevera y una cafetera de cápsulas y kettle.
No tengo nada malo que decir del alojamiento :)

Une petite lampe de chevet aurait été un plus.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Pude ir a todas partes caminando, y lo poco que estuvo lejos un taxi barato o metro si no tenia ganas o tiempo de caminar, todo estuvo muy limpio y sin problema para conseguir el alojamiento y entrar por mi cuenta con las instrucciones, no se escucha nada a pesar de que habían comentarios de que era ruidosa la primera habitación (no es así) pude dormir excelente, hay bastante calefacción no lleven pijama abrigado que les ocupará espacio y no lo necesitan, me guardaron la maleta el ultimo día ya que tenia el vuelo tarde, ponen cafe, todo 10/10
No ponen agua es lo unico que falto para ser perfecto

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025Il punto di forza di questo appartamento è sicuramente la posizione, centralissima a due passi davvero da Stephanplatz, zona frequentatissima e sicura, io ero da sola con mia figlia quindicenne e siamo rientrate anche alle 23 senza nessun pericolo o disagio. Altre cose fondamentali per me ,la comodità del self check in, la possibilità di aprire portoni e camera direttamente dall'app, grandezza della stanza adeguata per due, bagno un pò piccolo ma comodo, doccia abbastanza grande, stanza non troppo calda, nonostante in corridoio si soffocasse, in camera la temperatura era giusta, signora delle pulizie disponibile e gentile. Trovare all'arrivo cioccolatini, biscotti, caffè , tè, insomma tutto molto confortevole,. Se dovessi tornare a Vienna non avrei dubbi su dove andare!
Hanno cambiato gli asciugamani una volta in 5 giorni e soltanto quelli del viso, i teli doccia sono rimasti sempre gli stessi. Avevo chiesto di avere teli un pò più grandi perchè erano davvero ridicoli, ma mi è stato risposto che i teli doccia hanno misura standard. Soltanto per questo non ho dato 10.

ניתן לשפר את רמת התחזוקה של המתקנים (הפרקט קצת ישן והתרומם בנקודה אחת, מתקן טישו שנפל).
