Odeur d’égout ++ en rentrant Climatisation un peu faible Les stores ne couvrent pas totalement la chambre, qui est devant un chemin passant, l’intimité n’est pas optimale Pas assez d’équipements pour la cuisine La conception de la salle de bain n’est pas optimale, ce qui fait que la salle de bain entière est inondée à chaque douche Peut être difficile de se garer selon la période

La SDB avait un défaut de conception qui faisait que l'eau sortait de la douche. La lumière extérieure qui n'a pas pu être éteinte, nous empêchant d'avoir des nuits complètes.

As janelas não estão bem vedadas em termos de iluminação e entra muita luz. A foto que deixo em anexo foi tirada às 11:00pm. Para além disso o apartamento podia estar equipado com algumas coisas simples como pequena vassoura e pá, microondas, coisas simples mas que fazem alguma diferença.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Location couldn't be better. Large clean room with a spacious bathroom and excellent water pressure. Great air con and electric blinds. Outdoor area ( not private) where you can enjoy a coffee/ beer while.watvhing the comings and goings in the Marina. Everything within a 5 minute walk. Ideal as a crash pad for someone who wants to spend their time on the water / at the beach. We weren't bothered by any noise despite the location. Parking was an issue when we arrived so we paid for the underground car park for our two night stay which came to around €25. Very reasonably priced for our family of four if you dont mind bunking in together .
The bed was huge but quite hard!

Non abbiamo ricevuto alcun messaggio con delle indicazioni nei giorni precedenti al nostro arrivo. Una volta raggiunto il posto trovare la reception è stato complicato perché non è segnalata con il nome “Marina Rooms” (per i prossimi ospiti cercate l’insegna “Reception” al piano terra all’inizio della Marina). La stanza è molto basica, letto comodo, lenzuola pulite, aria condizionata funzionante, però poco curata. Si sentono chiaramente le conversazioni dei vicini.

No storage for bags. No shelving in the bathroom or shower not even for soap. Shower lacks a door so water overflows onto the floor every time. They leave the balcony lights on wrecking the view at night and there is no way to turn them off. Very confusing separate check-in and parking situation. Many steps, no elevators to the rooms which face out to the marina.

Stanza più che minimal. Neanche un appendiabiti nella stanza o in bagno. Neanche un utensile se non 2 bicchieri. Si potrebbe fare di più per la cifra che chiedono

Un peu bruyant. Terrasse ouvertes avec passage des personnes devant. Peu d'intimité donc, à moins de fermer totalement les stores. Aucune tablette ou meubles dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires et trousses de toilettes. Chambre petite.

O serviço de quartos e limpeza não existiu. O lixo não foi retirado, nem foi efetuada nenhuma limpeza no wc. Apenas foram trocadas as toalhas e só no terceiro dia à tarde, véspera da saída.

Aucune décoration, ce qui est dommage. Beaucoup de monde le mercredi sur la plage et donc autour de la marinaet dans le parking

The ventilation was pretty weak (water in the bathroom used to dry out for long time).

Windows does not open, so room smells stale. Cant open shades as well because people are walking next to the room and the windows are from floor to ceiling. Even if were to open the shades, the windows are discussingly dirty

Lack of hooks for robes and no towel rings. Our family in 46 had no where in shower room to put anything We in 47 did have adequate basic towel rack for dry towels which doubled as a shelf for cosmetics etc. Definitely need something on which to put items, simple shelf would surfice ! Parking difficult not your fault and difficult to solve

4 dagen geen schoonmaak geen nieuwe handdoeken. Geen enkele equipment behoudens koelkast en waterkoker met twee kopjes. Ook niets om schoon te maken. Sokken gestolen van droog rek.

Concept bizarre - une pièce avec une grande baie vitrée... opaque qui donne sur une terrasse "privative" mais accessible à tous les passants. On a l'impression de dormir dans une boutique. Aucun équipement de confort, nulle part à mettre les valises, accrocher une veste ou un pantalon. Pas de parking, il faut se garer ailleurs (stationnement payant) et impossible de trouver des places en journée. Ayant passé une semaine dans un appart de 100m2 tout confort et qui coûtait moins cher que cette chambre, il est clair que celle-ci nous laissait une impression mitigée.

The shower leaks everywhere. Parking can be a bit tricky but we just accepted the fine and it was only 5 euros 😂🤷🏼♀️

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Beautiful location right in a small harbor with lovely views of the boats and the ocean. The beach is just a short walk away, the apartment is spacious, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
The only downside was that the paid parking machines took coins only, so we had to make sure we had enough change — even though they showed a card option, it seemed to work only with Portuguese cards, and the parking app accepted Portuguese accounts only. There was free parking nearby, but it was usually full during the day. This isn’t the property’s fault, of course.

Very bright lights at night especially outside room, need much dimmer globes. The birdlife will also appreciate it. Outside chairs not so comfy. Bed hard. Weren't told about communal kitchen which would've helped a lot. No hooks in bathroom No shelf in shower No small table in bathroom that is well big enough TV not working Too many stairs, need lift if coming from ground floor with heavy suitcases

Falta de intimidad por que pasa gente delante de la terraza;la claridad que entra en la habitación ya que los estores no cubren la totalidad del ventanal.En el baño le falta estanterías para poner los neceseree;en la ducha tampoco hay nada para apoyar los geles y lla mandara es tan corta que se llena el baño de agua.

Falta de privacidade, casa de banho ficou inundada todas as vezes que tomamos banho, a luz entrava de dia e noite, tivemos que colocar as toalhas de praia para tapar as rachas de luz e mesmo assim não conseguimos a totalidade. Fomos incomodados pelo quarto ao lado ao baterem na nossa parede.
