Reviewed Jun 17, 2026The room was comfortable, bright, and very clean. The terrace offered a beautiful view, and despite the hot weather outside (around 38°C), the room remained pleasantly cool. The curtains were excellent and kept the heat out so well that I hardly needed to use the air conditioning. The bed was also very comfortable, which made the room itself a great place to stay.
Unfortunately, an unexpected incident during my stay affected my overall experience and took away much of the enjoyment of being there. As a guest travelling alone in a foreign country, this was particularly upsetting. However, Bruno was kind, responsive, and did his best to help resolve the situation, which I appreciated.

Reviewed May 31, 2026The location is pretty good, but not great. The staff is nice and the rooms are big. The building has multiple facilities including a kitchen. Major props for having the checkout at 12 instead of 11.
It was pretty loud, both from inside the building and from outside. Other guests were noisy late at night and during the nights when the city was partying, while the room was soundproofed enough, the bathroom was incredibly noisy. Also, they have a daily cleaning, without a do not disturb sign, so it was pretty difficult to tell the cleaning ladies that we don't want to be bothered.

Reviewed May 24, 2026As we arrived at the accommodation around 9 PM, we did not meet the staff in person. However, Bruno was very responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He kept in regular contact with us through the Booking.com app and made sure everything was going smoothly. He often replied within 5 minutes, which is quite rare compared to many other accommodations. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a mini fridge, coffee, and water available, which was very convenient. The coffee was particularly strong and very good. The bathroom was modern and nice. Overall, we had everything we needed for a one-night stay. Both the room and bathroom were very clean, and the view from the windows was also lovely. Free street parking was another useful advantage.
If I had to mention one negative point, it would be that there is no lift, so you need to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall, this guest house is absolutely suitable for spending 1–2 nights and offers a comfortable, clean, and well-managed stay.
