Happiness und seine Familie sind unglaublich lieb und herzlich. Das Guesthouse liegt etwas oberhalb am Hang und bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Fort und die Stadt. Das Palak Paneer war eines der besten, das ich während meiner Reise durch Indien gegessen habe! Dazu eine sehr freundliche und entspannte Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich hier rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Struttura ubicata in cima alla collina da cui si può godere di un bellissimo panorama sulla città di jodhpur. Camera accogliente, pulita e spaziosa. I proprietari sono squisiti, molto disponibili e il figlio che gestisce con loro la guest house (Happiness) è super gentile e divertente, ho passato una bella serata con lui e un altro ragazzo ospite in un bel bar in centro in cui ci ha portati. Sarei rimasta di più perché mi sono trovata benissimo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a tutti coloro che vogliono un ambiente familiare pieno di gioia, sorrisi e divertimento

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! Le personnel était vraiment super sympa et très accueillant, avec une mention spéciale pour Happiness, qui a été adorable avec nous. Ils nous ont donné énormément de conseils et nous ont vraiment aidés à profiter au maximum de notre séjour. La nourriture sur place était très bonne et le petit déjeuner est également disponible le matin, ce qui est très pratique. La vue est superbe, les chambres sont très agréables et, plus généralement, tout l’endroit est vraiment plaisant et chaleureux. Dans l’ensemble, nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit et nous y avons passé un super moment !

Le seul petit point négatif concerne l’une des deux chambres que nous avions réservées : le ventilateur au plafond faisait malheureusement énormément de bruit. Mais avec des boules Quies, on ne l’entend pratiquement plus, donc cela ne nous a finalement pas vraiment dérangés.

Un’oasi di pace e pulizia nella caotica città di jodhpur. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti e tutto è stato eccezionale: camere pulite così come il bagno, due meravigliose terrazze dalle quali poter ammirare l’incantevole panorama al tramonto. Ubicata subito sotto al forte, il quale è raggiungibile con una camminata di pochi minuti. La famiglia che la gestisce ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente come a casa; Happiness ci ha dato molti suggerimenti per visitare al meglio la città. Menzione speciale per la cucina: abbiamo cenato entrambe le sere in guesthouse. Ci hanno preparato piatti tipici del Rajastan (Rabori e Ker Sangari) e un Palak Paneer eccezionale. I piatti sono preparati con ingredienti freschissimi e al momento. Davvero tutto meraviglioso. Grazie per averci ospitate!

Must visit! Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat einem aber auch die Ruhe gegeben die man wollte. Es war die perfekte Balance. Der Mann hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders einmalig gestaltet indem er uns viele tolle Orte vorschlug und uns bei jeglichen Fragen unterstützte. Ich habe mich vor Ort sehr sicher gefühlt (was als Frau leider nicht immer der Fall ist) und die hohe Lage des schönen blauen Gebäudes ermöglicht einen einmaligen Blick auf die Stadt. Einfach nur atemberaubend (vor allem an Silvester)! Das ist schon das 2. Mal, dass ich diesen Ort buche und ich würde mich jedes Mal für dieses Guesthouse entscheiden. Die Zimmer waren auch schön und das Preis-Lestungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar (muss ich als junge Studentin zugeben).

Super accueil par Harsch ! Très disponible, dans un hotel très agréable et confortable, avec un super rooftop ! Harsch donne beaucoup de conseils et est très intéressant !

Cet établissement est bien plus qu’un simple hébergement ; c’est une famille (parents et fils) qui vous accueille à bras ouvert, toujours à l’écoute, avec d’excellentes recommandations et prête à vous aider dans toutes les circonstances. Les chambres sont très propres et joliment décorés (peintures sur les bouteilles faites par le papa). הייתה שהייה מעולה! הפינס וההורים שלו מארחים נפלאים ישנתי בדורמס והיה נוח, מרווח עם ווילון לפרטיות ומקום לאחסן את את הציוד. גם האוכל היה מעולה, וכיף ממש לשבת בחצר וברופטופ. המיקום הכי קרוב שיכול להיות למבצר ולמרכז העיר... דורש קצת טיפוס אבל שווה את זה.

Situated a short tuktuk from the bus and train stations this was a great stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly and welcoming. We used both the laundry and ate at the property and can fully recommend both.

The family who run L.G. Guest House are incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. They happily looked after us, providing meals, helping book tickets, organising tuk tuks and also sitting with us and sharing insights about their culture, religion and local events and attractions. Their hospitality made our stay and exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at this lovely guest house for two Nights, well clean rooms with attached clean bathroom. The property is at just beneath the Mehrangarh fort and most tourist attractions are at walkable distance.

Es una casa familiar con habitaciones en la parte de arriba. El sitio es súper tranquilo, con unas vistas al fuerte y a la ciudad preciosas, a 5 minutos andando del centro y 5 minutos andando del fuerte. La familia que gestiona el guesthouse es muy amable, te tratan de maravilla, la comida está buenísima, y las habitaciones e instalaciones están muy limpias y son cómodas. Estuvimos genial.

We loved our stay here, happiness and his parents really put their everything into this place and make you feel at home. The decor is beautiful and the room was comfortable and clean. Their food is amazing home cooked style food by ‘dad’ and their coffee is a good size!! The WiFi is also really good and the location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the fort or 10 minutes down to the clocktower.

Nothing we loved it all. We will mention it is up the hill a little and the rickshaws won’t drive up there so it is by foot from a certain distance.

Such an amazing place! The rooms are extremely clean and beautifully painted and decorated, by far the best we have stayed in during the whole month trip in India. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. It is run by a lovely family, always ready to give plenty of advice. They also Cook the food at their restaurant themselves, which is delicious and very reasonably priced. And what a location.. right under the fort, two steps away from the blue corridor and the sunset point! Enjoy the view from their terrace. We will recommend it to anybody going to Jodhpur.

I decided to stay at LG Hostel based on the reviews. The city of Jodhpur can be a bit noisy, but luckily the hostel is located right next to the city wall, in a neighborhood where motorcycles barely pass by, which makes it a very quiet place. I was warmly welcomed by the family who runs the business. The hostel is very beautiful and also extremely clean. I highly recommend trying the traditional food they prepare here — they truly cook very well. I also recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop at the hostel. 10/10. Thank you for everything! 行くまでの坂。45度？息がきれた… エコノミーの部屋は窓がないので閉塞感が…

- Rooms are clean, comfy and everything you need - Family run guesthouse where you can really feel the family vibe. It’s refreshing and made the stay more comfortable. - the views from the top of the property are amazing looking over the city, as well as the view of the fort behind.

- one thing that would make this place a 10 is slight longer beds. I am not particular tall at 5ft 10 and my feet went over the end. This is probably mentioned regular. - we stayed an extra night but the only room that was available was the upgraded option which was fine, however this deluxe option wasn’t as good as the standard rooms…. The deluxe room is much smaller, smelt a little, and the shower was not good. Not really a complaint but we had to pay more for an upgrade which felt like a down grade. - wasn’t an issue with us but please note that this accommodation is up very steep hill and stairs depending which way you go. TukTuks can not reach up there so you have to walk!

The staff is very nice and the guest house is beautifully decorated with vividly coloured paintings in the local Indian style. Very close to the fort on foot, which is quite convenient.

The noise at night from a nearby party place was absolutely deafening. Don't expect to be able to sleep if there is a party while you are there. The surroundings outside are extremely dirty, and you have to climb to the house on foot (about 400 meters) because the path up the hill is too steep for any rickshaws to take you there. So avoid this place if you are carrying heavy luggage and don't like shabby areas with garbage all around.

The owner and the entire hotel stay were wonderful. We were traveling with kids, and our train reached Jodhpur around 2:00 AM. Upon request, the owner kindly allowed us an early check-in without charging anything extra. The hotel was clean, and the owner and his son were very polite and helpful. The hotel is completely family-run, with no outside staff, which made the stay feel warm and personal. Thank you for accommodating the early check-in.

The hotel location is quite difficult to reach, especially if you are traveling with family, kids, and luggage. Auto rickshaws cannot reach the hotel directly due to the road conditions, and you may need to walk around 1–1.5 km even if you take an auto. However, the owner does come to pick up guests if they have luggage. Once you reach the hotel, you can request the owner to arrange an auto rickshaw for sightseeing, but it may be slightly expensive. While returning, be prepared to walk 1–1.5 km to reach the hotel.

Són una família molt maca i ens emportem un molt bon record de la nostra estada al L G Guest House. Procuren que et sentis còmodes i com a casa des del primer moment. L'habitació era senzilla però molt ben decorada, acollidora i neta. Ens van aconsellar sobre què visitar a Jodhpur i sobre comprar espècies i tèxtils. Sense dubte, el més especial per a nosaltres va ser poder entrar a la cuina i veure com preparar el menjar indi tradicional. Ens ho van ensenyar amb tot detall i va ser una autèntica classe particular de cuina. L’ambient és molt tranquil i les vistes són precioses. Gràcies família per tota l'atenció!! Namaste 😊

Pobyt w L G Guest House był absolutnie idealny i był to jeden z naszych najlepszych noclegów w Indiach. Pokój był bardzo komfortowy, lśniąco czysty i posiadał balkon, a łazienka była zadbana, z ciepłą wodą i przyjemnym zapachem. Obiekt prowadzony jest przez niezwykle miłą rodzinę, która dba o gości na każdym kroku. Na dachu znajduje się świetna restauracja, w której stołowaliśmy się przez cały pobyt – jedzenie było pyszne, a widok z tarasu na fort był odealnym dodatkiem. To rewelacyjne miejsce, by spróbować autentycznej kuchni radżastańskiej ale też zjeść europejskie śniadanie w uczciwych cenach. Bardzo doceniliśmy również możliwość bezpiecznego zaparkowania motocykla bezpośrednio pod wejściem z kamerami monitoringu. Zasłużone 10/10!

The location of the property is truly amazing. It's right below the Mehrangarh Fort, and from the dining area it has a beautiful view. But the best part about this Homestay is the family who runs it. Jitender Ji, Ritika and Harsh are truly gem of a person. Extremely helpful and cooperative. When I booked, Harsh told me over the phone that I will be part of his family, he really made sure that is the feeling I should leave with. This family made my stay perfect. A true home away from home. Lastly, all the rooms and the entirely property is beautifully painted in Mughal art, the roof top balcony is another lovely place to chill.

La stanza era a misura duomo con un letto comodo, un bagno piuttosto grande, il tutto molto pulito! La cucina del loro ristorante è eccellente, super buona e tipica. Posizione super strategica, a 10 minuti dalla clock tower e solo a 5 minuti dal forte. Quest'ultimo si può vedere direttamente dai loro terrazzi! Un posto che consigliamo vivamente per godere di Jodhpur.

I spent two nights here and already it feels like home. The family are respectful, welcoming and helpful, and Happiness (the son) goes out of his way to make your stay exceptional - he picked me up to make sure I would find the guesthouse okay, showed me the best sunset spot and had lots of advice for places to visit and eat in the city. I felt not just a guest but part of the family! The guesthouse was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated - and the location, right beneath the fort, had amazing views over Jodhpur. A perfect haven to stay in whilst visiting the city!
