Soy colombiana residente en Argentina y, si están pensando en realizar una escapada o disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables en Ushuaia, Alem Casa de Familia es un lugar que recomiendo de corazón. Nuestra estadía superó por completo las expectativas. Sus anfitriones, Danny y Patty, son personas maravillosas, queridas y amables, de esas que hacen que un alojamiento se convierta en un verdadero hogar. Desde el primer momento nos recibieron con una calidez genuina. Su atención, consejos y disposición para ayudarnos hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Valoro especialmente su asesoramiento sobre los atractivos turísticos de Ushuaia, ya que sus recomendaciones nos permitieron organizar mejor nuestros días y aprovechar todo lo fascinante que ofrece esta ciudad. Me siento afortunada de haber coincidido con ellos, porque los lugares pueden ser hermosos, pero son las personas quienes hacen inolvidable un viaje. El alojamiento ofrece un servicio excelente. Los dormitorios son agradables, confortables e impecables, y cada rincón transmite el cariño con el que ha sido cuidado. El baño siempre estuvo limpio y todo el espacio resulta acogedor y tranquilo. Puedes preparar tus propios alimentos en la cocina mientras disfrutas de una preciosa vista de la ciudad y el Canal Beagle. Pero recomiendo especialmente disfrutar de la rica comida que Danny y Patty pueden preparar y dejarse consentir. El balconcito es otro rincón especial para disfrutar una buena comida, contemplar el paisaje y compartir conversaciones que se convierten en hermosos recuerdos. Lo más especial de alojarse con Danny y Patty es poder conocer Ushuaia desde una perspectiva cercana y humana, acercándonos a su historia, cultura y gente, y descubriendo valores que dejan huella. Me voy con muchísimo cariño y con la certeza de que este es uno de esos lugares a los que no se dice adiós, sino “hasta la próxima”. Gracias, Danny y Patty, por hacer que nuestra visita a Ushuaia fuera mucho más que un viaje. 🤎

Lo único que no nos gustó fue tener que irnos de este lugar tan mágico. 🥹 Ojalá los días hubieran pasado un poquito más despacio, porque cuando te sientes tan bien, el tiempo parece volar. Nos vamos felices, pero también con esa sensación de que dejamos allí un pedacito de hogar y con muchas ganas de volver.

隔音不好空调也有些吵，睡得不太好

Un lugar increíble … Patty y Dani son lo más… te hacen sentir de la familia…y están pendientes de todo lo que uno necesite… Recomiendo este lugar … He viajado mucho y me he hospedado en un montón de lugares , pero este lugar es , por lejos , lo mejor .

Gostei de absolutamente tudo! Me hospedei com minha irmã e desde o início nos sentimos em casa! Patty e Dani foram muito acolhedores, nos deram várias dicas, nos auxiliaram com passeios, se preocupavam com a gente... Os dois são pessoas incríveis e passar esses dias com eles foi maravilhoso! A casa é muito aconchegante, tem tudo e é muito limpa! A localização é muito boa, dá para ir e voltar a pé das ruas centrais! Além disso a cidade é muito segura!

A hospitalidade de Patty e Dani foi incrível e fizeram me sentir em casa. Nos ajudaram muito com dicas sobre passeios e a cidade. Foi tudo incrível.

la ambientación de la casa es agradable, esta bien eqipada y limpia, el cuarto era confortable, ducha con buena presión . Hay mercados, panaderias y farmacias cerca. La dueña Patricia es receptiva.

es un poco alejado del centro queda como 15 minutos camindo, en si el barrio es re seguro pero si que te queda lejos del centro asii que preparense para caminar.

O quarto é simples, aconchegante e estava extremamente cheiroso e limpo. Também havia espaço no armário para guardar roupas e itens pessoais, além de aquecedor e cobertores extras, caso fosse necessário. A Patty e o Danny foram, sem dúvidas, os anfitriões mais queridos possíveis! Todos os dias fizeram com que eu me sentisse muito acolhida e foram extremamente atenciosos. A hospedagem oferece café da manhã e também almoço ou jantar por um valor adicional, que achei bastante justo e acessível. A casa inteira conta com aquecimento, então não passamos frio em nenhum momento, e o banheiro também estava sempre impecavelmente limpo. No geral, a hospedagem foi uma grata surpresa! Apenas atentem-se à localização. Pelo Maps, parece que a casa fica muito próxima da rua principal de Ushuaia (e realmente fica). A questão é que ela está localizada no alto, e a subida desde a baía ou da Avenida San Martín é bastante íngreme em alguns trechos. Para voltar ao final de um dia inteiro de passeio, às vezes depois de um trekking ou até mesmo após uma refeição completa, pode ser bem puxado hahaha. Nada que um Uber não resolva, já que o serviço é bastante acessível, mas pode ser um ponto importante para quem não pretende utilizar transporte e deseja ficar o mais próximo possível do centro, sem grandes deslocamentos.

O único ponto que considero importante mencionar é que a porta do quarto não possui chave.

Nada, todo fue espectacular.

Estuve 7 días hospedada y realmente fue una experiencia hermosa. Paty y Dany son personas encantadoras que desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir cómoda, cuidada y como en casa. Siempre estuvieron atentos a todo lo que necesitaba, ayudándome con consejos, recomendaciones y dudas sobre Ushuaia y las excursiones. La habitación y el baño siempre estuvieron impecables, el lugar súper calentito y muy cómodo después de un día de trekking. Además, ofrecen alquiler de camperas y zapatos, desayuno y almuerzo a un precio accesible. La ubicación es excelente, a pocas cuadras del centro, y la vista desde el comedor de la casa es hermosa. Lo que más me gustó fue la calidez con la que te reciben: no te hacen sentir una simple turista, sino parte de la familia. También recomiendan lugares y experiencias desde una mirada local, lo que hizo que pudiera vivir Ushuaia de una forma mucho más auténtica. Sin dudas volvería y lo recomiendo muchísimo para cualquiera que busque un lugar cálido, tranquilo y atendido con muchísimo cariño.

Patty y Dani son lo mas !!! Las mejores personas que te podes cruzar en un viaje! Te abren la puerta de su corazon por todo el cariño, atención y detalles que te brindan . Están en todo momento ofreciéndote un monton de cosas y cuidándote. Te hacen sentir un hijo mas. Son muy divertidos. Cocinan rico. Esta todo super limpio. Te reciben de la mejor manera y no te queres ir mas. Te brindan una contención de familia. Los quiero !!

Couldn’t imagine better stay in Ushuaia. It was perfect!

Patty and her husband are super amiable and helpful, they really make you feel at home. The place is spotless and the view from their living room is breathtaking. Patty can make you breakfast there for a small extra cost.

Oli väga maitsev ja mitmekülgne hommikusöök (lisatasu eest) koos imelise vaatega. Majutus asus mõne minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel keskusest ja sadamast. Väga puhas ja rahustav peatumispaik. Voodi ja pesemistingimused olid väga head, elektripistikuid oli piisavalt, toad olid soojad ja hubased. Me tundsime, et olime seal kogu aeg oodatud. Soovitan!

Dani y Patty son los dueños y son unas excelentes personas. Te hacen sentir en casa.

A Paty e o Dani são muito simpáticos, sempre te recebem com um sorriso no rosto, perguntam como foi seu dia, dao algumas dicas, eles são incríveis. O quarto era muito confortável e limpo.

A acomodação fica um pouco longe da rua principal, como a cidade tem muitas ladeiras, precisa considerar que toda vez que voltar para a acomodação, precisa fazer uma boa caminhada (subindo a ladeira).

Sin duda ha sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido en cuanto a alojamientos en viajes el estar en la casa de Patty y Dani. Son personas realmente encantadoras, que disfrutan lo que hacen y que están a tu disposición para que te sientas en todo momento como en casa. Te ofrecen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto o a alguna de las zonas que quieras visitar, todo un lujo! El apartamento estaba limpísimo, todo muy acogedor y con muchos detalles de la artista Patty! Disfruté mucho de las maravillosas vistas que había desde el balcón hacia el canal del Beagle, en donde hay una mesita para comer. Me dio mucha pena irme. No dudéis en pasar unos días en la casa de esta acogedora familia :)

Stayed for one night before I’m off to Antarctica. Got everything I need. Great hospitality, owners are very helpful! Also very clean and comfortable house. Toilet is spacious. And nice breakfast with a view!

Need to walk uphill from city centre around 15mins but the view is worth it. Other choice is calling a uber (not expensive).

Hostelry positioned above the city of Ushuaia but a 5 minute walk down hill to the main shopping area and the port beyond. Lovely view from the conservatory/dinning room, shy but welcoming host. Quiet location. Quirky furniture, some stylish finishes in the bathroom. Basic. Accommodation but comfortable.

Wonderful family who made you so welcome, very convivial, funny hosts who were amazingly helpful and kind. Great view of the port and mountains. What a wonderful introduction to Argentine hospitality. You can order a meal if you don’t feel like going out and the food is delicious.

It’s a taxi ride or long walk but the view is worth it

Clean, beautiful, great location! Amazing host, the right place, if you also want to experience the special people of Ushuaia.

I loved the location on top of the hill, it was so nice to sit by the window and watch Ushuaia and the Beagel Channel. I appreciated it very much that at the end I was able to stay a few hours longer to shower and cook dinner before heading to the airport. Wonderful host - speaks very well English.

Dani and Patty are amazing, We felt like part of the family. They help you with everything and give you a very good feeling. Our Ushuaia experience wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Everything! Patty and Dany and exceptionally warm and kind people and helped me so so much! The room itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. I had an amazing time there!

Danny and Patty are wonderful hosts. They were very cheerful, warm and helpful, and I felt like I had family in Ushuaia. They were very helpful in giving advice on what to do in Ushuaia, and telling me about restaurants, places to go, and how to get there. I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and both were very delicious. The room and bathroom are always very clean and comfortable. It's on a hill a little away from the main street, but you can get there in about 5-10 minutes by taxi, and it's in a great location with a panoramic view of the city. I stayed for 3 nights, but I was so impressed by the wonderful home, the family, and the beautiful city that I wanted to stay longer. It's worth more than just a stay.

this was a lovely place to stay! comfortable, clean, located close to downtown, and amazing hosts. the view from the kitchen and sunroom is breathtaking and a nice way to start/end my day. hosts were around to chat and provided me with lots of recommendations about things to do. I'd certainly stay here again!! Gracias

I had a lovely warm stay, almost as if you are added to the family. The facilities are really cosy and the atmosphere very welcoming. The food was incredible as well, you can add breakfast and even dinner at a small cost und the hosts are such lovely people.

One of the best places I have ever been in life. Patti and Dany are fantastic hosts who make a stay the best possible experience. Super comfortable room and lounge with one of the best city views of Ushuaia. Very clean area, toilet and kitchen with all you need. It will be a pleasure to visit Patti and Dani again the soonest.

Amazing place to stay in Ushuaia! Dani & Patty’s home is a great place to stay, there’s a great view of the bay, comfortable room (I got a great sleep every night!), great breakfast, and much much more! I was given great advice about trails to hike, things to do, etc. I also got the benefit of ‘cocinero’ Dani’s great cooking skills!!! What absolutely makes the stay though is the enthusiasm & friendliness of Dani & Patty. They’re genuinely lovely people, and for me they’ve become a great part of my trip, and I’d be very lucky to ever find a place to stay like this on the remainder of my travels!!

Perfect stay. Despite language barrier we felt like in our own home. Patty and Dani were super hospitable, they took care of every minute of stay at their casa. They really enjoy every minute of being there. Breakfast more than tasty and bigger than you can eat ;) Beds. Beds are comfortable- perfect to recover after long walks and treks. Facilities and equipment- everything you need. Location a bit uphills but it helps to keep you warm in windy days :D

Owners very friendly and helpful especially as I was sick when I arrived and they took good care of me. Also they drove me to the National Park for a personal tour which was very enjoyable. I liked the family atmosphere and the view from the house is beautiful

We liked absolutely everything! Patty and Dany are the sweetest people who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. It was the highlight of our stay because, nowadays, meeting people like them is a valuable and rare experience. The room was cozy, warm, and beautifully decorated. The view from the salon was amazing. Even though the house is a 20 minutes walk from the centre, we did enjoy the trips back and forth. So, dear reader, if you still have no place to stay in Ushuaia, look no further. This place is unbeatable!
