Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The 2 rooms that we had were very small. However it had everything. Kitchenette with microwave and fridge. 2 seater table, large TV, wifi shower, basin toilet.
The beds were comfortable but being Cape Town , there really should have been extra blankets in the cupboard. It was freezing and there was only 1 duvet and a throw

Tiles on the floor, some floor rugs or an aircon would be appreciated especially in winter.

1.I wish you can have carpets or rugs around the bed. Tiles can be too cold for some customers. Carpet in a room plays a big role to decide to book or not. However, i was helped with a very small carpet. 2. Wish you may build small ramps on the entrance to rooms for customers on crutches like me or wheelchair. 3. The matress for the bed in the room i hired is tired. Needs change.

I did not like the absence of a ramp for persons with disabilities. I was using 2 crutches. And disabled people do not like being carried or helped. Please create a reasonably accomodative environment for disabled.

There was a squashed fat green fly on the wall above the table (that I cleaned) + a mosquito on the ceiling (probably still there) + the vanity unit top needs to be replaced. The white duvet cover did have some stains on. It would have been nice if there was bottled or filtered water in the fridge + Nescafe instead of Ricoffy. Other than that you would have received full marks.

The booking did not have any personal touch. The person who received us told us that we would meet the caretaker in the morning but we left after 2 nights without meeting her. The room was too small and cramped. I was also unhappy that we were not told that there would be no cleaning services and it was a shock to find the bed undone

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Convenient location: close to shopping centres, Panorama Hospital and the N1 especially towards Huguenot Tunnel. VERY secure parking - walled and electrified gate with pincode. The stoop’s out side of the rooms are extremely neat, roomy, private and secure. The property is also has two security gates before you can enter the property. And each room is secured with Poly Guard clear burglar bars. So you don’t feel claustrophobic-which is a very important factor for me. Absolutely spotless rooms Management are very easy to contact,friendly and respond to queries within minutes if they are not on the property. What a gem of a place. We spend a lot of time at Panorama hospital and I wish we had found this place years ago.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025We were surprised to find that the facility did not provide complimentary rusks or bottled water. Cupboard in the bathroom is badly damaged and needs to be replaced as it gives a shoddy feel to the room. Very basic with no shampoo, hand lotion etc supplied. Looking at the photos shown on the site, I guess we were given the worst room as it does not appear in the pics, even though the facility was quite empty. Room is small and dark.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Sharon's place is like a small hotel - except that each room has a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. It is also much, much less expensive. Sharon's place is an easy 15 minute drive to the airport, it is quiet, safe and very close to a large shopping mall. It is an ideal place to stay one or two nights before or after a flight into Capetown. Thabisa, the house manager is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out is quite simple and seamless.

Parking was secure, in the garage, Garage doors is electrical doors, so iets very convenient. Love the outside patio area that the room have. Nice sunny room.
