10/10, überdurchschnittliche Unterkunft - sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und wirklich das Geld wert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

C'était parfait, vraiment je recommande chaudement.

Einfach alles war super! So ein schönes Haus, mit viel Liebe gestaltet und die Ausstattung war ebenso super! Der Gastgeber war super nett und hatte sogar schon Fahrräder bereit gestellt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich habe als alleinreisende Frau im My Angel übernachtet und mich von Anfang an unglaublich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war unglaublich sauber und auch das gesamte Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Man merkt jeden Tag, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt die Besitzer in die Pflege und Erhaltung der gesamten Anlage stecken. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und herzlich, gleichzeitig aber angenehm zurückhaltend. Dadurch hatte ich jederzeit meine Privatsphäre und Ruhe, was ich besonders geschätzt habe. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

La habitación y la zona de cocina estaban muy limpias y no les faltaba ningún detalle, limpiaban la habitación cada dia. Nos tenía preparadas dos bicicletas muy bien de precio

Der Eigentümer hat jeden Tag nachgefragt ob alles OK ist. Habe gleich ein Fahrrad bekommen. Braucht man auch auf der lnsel. Man konnte draußen wunderbar sitzen und morgens frühstücken. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tout C'est mon deuxième séjour la bas. Toit est extrêmement propre. Gérard propose de louer un vélo pour un prix dérisoire. Il est aux petits soins pour que l'on se sente bien sans être intrusif. Et son petit fils est adorable.

Séjour très agréable, pratique et bien situé pour les cyclistes. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans ce logement, qui est très bien équipé, grand, très propre et où tout s’est parfaitement passé. Un énorme merci à Gérard pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Le logement est un peu excentré du centre-ville, mais tout est rapidement accessible à vélo, ce qui est très pratique et permet de profiter pleinement de la région. Il est situé à côté d’une école, donc l’environnement n’est pas totalement calme en journée mais cela ne nous as pas du tout gêné. En résumé, une excellente adresse pour ceux qui recherchent un hébergement fonctionnel et bien placé pour les déplacements à vélo. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Wir haben Fahrräder bekommen gegen ein Entgelt. Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gab Obst und die Lage ist 2,2 km von der Fähre entfernt.

Nachts war es etwas länger laut und eines der Fahrräder war sehr alt und verrostet.

The owner is so so so kind, to make me feel safe stay. He even provide juice for me. Can feel deeply in heart he is a good person. The room is big with many facilities, tables and sofa chair. Clean bathroom, fridge, kettle. One Most Important to mention, he is using good electronic appliance, good brand and quality, not like other, only use basic ones for room rental.

water in the kitchen is yellow at the beginning, but after using more, it became clear.

Gerald is very welcoming & helpful, his place is spotless and the little touches made it even better: tea/coffee, fresh mangos and cold bottled water/juice as a gift on arrival. There is bicycle parking and he was kind enough to allow me to leave my things and to make use of the outdoor shower to wash off the salt long after I returned from the beach in the late morning before my ferry back to Mahe (I had already vacated the room). I thoroughly recommend My Angel.

Nothing. I did not cook while I was there, so I cannot speak to the kitchen etc, which some might consider cramped, but I'm sure it'll suffice for most needs.

Super miejsce, żeby odpocząć! Na wejsciu przywitał nas właściciel serwując do pokoju kosz owoców oraz napoje:) Apartament jest wyposazony we wszystko co potrzebne. Jeżeli chcecie zwiedzać La Digue na rowerze jest opcja wynajęcia rowerów u właściciela za rozsądną cene.

Nos gustó que fuese espacioso, y que fuese en una zona local. Estaba muy cerca de la mejor playa de la isla. Pudimos alquilar las bicis ahí y nos dieron mangos.

Unterkunft ist nicht weit von Anse Source d‘Argent. 5 min mit dem Fahrrad. Taxi wurde uns zur Abholung bestellt und frische Früchte und Wasser wurden uns nach der Ankunft im Kühlschrank hinterlegt.

Veey cozy chalet on a very peaceful neighborhood on the island. The owner was also very friendly and very responsive for anything I needed. The room was just perfect, every day cleaning, very spacious. Also as a female solo traveler I felt super safe!

El dueño es una persona muy amable y está atento a cada detalle. El alojamiento es perfecto, muy bonito, limpio, luminoso, está totalmente equipado y se encuentra en una zona tranquila. La cama es muy cómoda, todo funciona a la perfección: agua caliente, cocina, etc. Quisimos alquilar unas bicis y las tuvimos preparadas al momento. Atención increíble con todo lo que necesitamos.

How to answer this when he didn’t let us stay at the property

The manager or the owner who was rude and didn’t even inform us that our booking won’t be honoured

The man on the recepion told us he doesn t know about our booking. No sorry, no try to help. Just - you need to find another place, i know nothing, this is a problem of booking. He didn t look surprised or upset. I think he just decided to give our bookings to people who came for more nights. And looks like he does it often, just a normal think that people come and he says them to go away

I had a confirmed booking through Booking.com, but the host abruptly cancelled it upon arrival. The person at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional—if he’s the owner, then it’s no surprise this place lacks basic hospitality. This experience completely disrupted my plans and left a very negative impression. I strongly advise others to avoid this property if you don’t want your stay ruined by unreliable and disrespectful service.

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to Gerard for the wonderful welcome, the treatment of my wife and I as our closest people, and the wonderful house in which we experienced the incredible spirit of La Digue. We travel a lot in this wonderful world, but this is the first time we have met such a host, and I doubt that such a price-quality ratio could be found anywhere else!!!

Clean, efficient AC, convenient room with everything you would need, nice owner.

We were not expected when we arrived after checkin time. So our room wasn’t ready, and we had to change quickly and go explore the island. I noticed that the next day when we checked out, the owner made extra efforts to arrange the room, with deck chairs outside etc, we he hadn’t done for us the previous day. A bit disappointed there. Breaks on bike didn’t work. I actually fell down

I’ve been travelling for a long time, almost 20 years…Gerard the owner is the most humble and friendly being! You have a very close location to the most instragrammable beach Anse Source d’Argent (<800m)! You can reach the down town for delicious takeaways or some nice spots for drinks and bites in less then 10mn on bicyle. Gerard is a very very very handy person, he booked our taxis back and forth, booked for us the bicyles, helped to event wash our clothes! Feeling so grateful to this man!

Gérard is a great host and built this great cottage. He arranged the bicycles to go over the beach. In short, a great stay

We thought we could walk upto the cottage from the ferry, but that was a mistake as it was too hot. We should have taken a taxi

the host doesn't respond to booking messages which might be tricky if you have questions about your trip in advance, but as soon as I reached the place everything went very well, quiet place, very clean and comfortable, room is cleaned everyday, bycicles provided.

Beautiful villa! Very helpful and caring owner. Gerard helped us with bikes the first day. And there were fruits and coconuts for us at arrival. The house was cleaned every day. Can really recommend this nice and affordable stay!

There is a nice apartment, where you find all kitchen utensils, which you need. The host is nice and helpful. He called a taxi for us for our check out. We got fresh lime juice apon arrival. We could rent two bikes and one child chair from the host.

The check out is 10:30, but it's ok because you can check in already at 12:00. And it is written in the description. The host did not answer on booking messages but he responsed quickly on WhatsApp.

Very nicely equipped, kind host! At a nice, quite place, really feels like home. Spacious room and bathroom, large bed.

We loved our stay. It was closeby to Anse D' Sergeant and a nice clean location that was very affordable. The owner was kind and allowed us to check in early. Also he gave us bikes to use during our stay as well at an affordable rate.

Our cottage had everything we needed. The kitchen was well thought out in terms of utensils. Everything was very neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Large bathroom. Outside shower was a bonus

My Angel acomodation its perfect ! Seriously... 50 euro for night ,its cheap for seychelles, insaid the house ,the room its big ,with small kitchen,shower was perfect o gosh ... I didnt expect what a fantastic beatiful cottage with a cultur you can get for just 50 euro per night ... Owner was soo friendly o gosh , soo helpfull, soo kind ..normal mann Like your own buddy, your best friend ... And acomodation im saying again ,was briliant... beatiful..lovely 🤝👍👏

The Chalet was beautiful and the garden is immaculate. Gerard is a really nice and helpful host who received us with a cold tropical juice and answered all our questions. He helped us rent a smaller bike for my wife and then one for me for the rest of our stay since we were going elsewhere. He took care of our luggage after checkout and kept it safe until our return. Close to shops and take aways and Anse source d'argent. Really great value for money.

Very nice and clean house in a quiet location and within walking distance from the centre and beaches.

It was one of our best holidays experience. The house is big, beds are convenient and kitchen is fully equipped! There is no washing machine in the house - no worries, you can do your laundry at Gerard's ( the owner) free of charge. Gerard and his wife are very friendly and helped us with everything. I can highly recommend this place to stay!

The host is very kind and helpful, giving us recommendations. The apartment cleaning was organised every day. The apt is very spacious, AC is available in every room. The host provided bikes, which is very convenient. We spent super holidays at My Angel :)
