Great location, right next to train station and easy to walk through town! Kieran was all you could want for a host. He upgraded us to a room with a sea view upon arrival. Can’t thank him enough for suggestions around town and for giving us a ride to the golf course!

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent.

I would like to have had a sink in the bathroom (there was one in the bedroom instead).

I love the location and the view ,everything you need for a great stay in portrush .

Only thing negative is the stairs if you have poor mobility.... there is 15 + stairs ....

I was greeted by Meraid on arrival who was lovely and give me the run down and asked had I been to portrush before incase it was my first time. When I entered my room it was clean and no bad odours,bathroom spottless. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Had a lovely stay and would recommend and stay here again.

I could not find fault in my stay it was everything id expected and more.

Le seul désagrément c’est que dans ma chambre il y avait une odeur d humidité ou de pipi de chat pas très agréable. 🥺.

The location is the only real positive about our stay. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing considering the price. The room was extremely small, with an exceptionally tiny bathroom and the wash basin located inside the bedroom. The bed was far too small for two people, and our room was at the very back of the building with a terrible view of neighbouring buildings and their kitchen areas. I also experienced significant skin irritation/allergy after the stay, which made me concerned about the possibility of bed bugs, although I cannot confirm the cause. For the price charged, the room was nowhere near the standard I expected. Had I been given the opportunity to view the room before booking, I would not have stayed. Overall, highly overpriced and disappointing.

Highly recommend. Great location and hosts were also on hand to help. Would return in a heart beat. Place was spotless. Well done 👏

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and tidy, Kieran was very polite and transaction was easy. It’s smack bang in the centre of Portrush, right across from the train station, round the corner to Barry’s and less than five minutes to the harbour.

Even if I was being really picky.. I couldn’t find anything. We had our young baby (a cot was also supplied foc) so the place being clean etc is paramount.

It was so close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, amusements, park and free parking outside it when you got a space.

Family room was just a bit too close to a bit of night music, but the music stopped at 11/11.30pm so other than that no complaints

Clean and convenient location

The whole experience was lovely. The host, Kieran, was lovely and welcoming, and helped us to our room with our luggage. It was a family room with spectacular views and spotlessly clean. We had a great stay and will definitely book to stay here again.

Lovely clean room. Friendly and helpful owners - not that any help was needed as accommodation was perfect and suited our needs. Seconds away from all the town centre attractions.

Metal bed noisy as squeaky with every move walls paper thin as could hear doors closing guests talking and person in room beside snoring all night. Had an unsettled night's sleep due to these problems

The location is very good, in central Portrush, right across from the train station. I was allowed to check in a little early which I did appreciate. Always good to have a TV as well as a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. There was also a wash basin. It was great to have use of a kitchen and a lounge area as it makes a stay more comfortable - particularly kitchen access.

Unfortunately the room wasn't what I expected - smaller and with no view at all - just a stairwell (I understand that all rooms cannot have views, of course...). I am not sure that the tiny fridge in the room actually worked. Bathroom was shared, although there were no issues with delayed access. I do not know what 'chocolate for guests' meant...?

Very helpful and generous host. Understood my predicament and went out of her way to help. Place was super convenient for all of north coast attractions,. Surprisingly quiet considering the location. And very good power shower and plumbing which can always be an issue with seaside town terraced properties

The place was spotless, Kieran and deirdre were so lovley, thecroom down stairs to have coffee, make toast , heat or eat ect was just fantastic, The location was brilliant, we parked up outside and left the car there for 4 days, everything is right near by. We stayed in a room with shared bathroom, the room was great, everything we needed including a sink and small fridge, the shared bathroom was spotless and rarely busy. I stayed with a child, I would 100 % stay with these guys again, my only gripe was noise from the room above that battered about late and started early so not much sleep on our last nite but thats not the hosts fault. i would stay again but in a different room as the noise from the room above was a lot. Brilliant hosts,brilliant location, loved our stay, upstairs neighbours Not so much . ❤️

Not value for price. Near a bar very noisy untill 2300 and 0200 during FIFA. Not easy parking.. Poor WiFi. Strange setting of the washing basin.

Shower had no hot water, which was frustrating as did not have time in the morning to get fixed.

A solid stay. It looked pretty new, and everything was fine. Good location. I can recommend it. Free parking in front of the building possible.

You may need to call someone to let you in. During peak season, it's probably difficult to find a parking spot right in front of the building.

Beautiful location. Good room with heater, kettle, essentials. Host was very helpful. Suggested restaurants and cafes nearby.

Kieran met my son and I and brought us into the guesthouse. We arrived a little earlier than expected and his number was on the door which I rang and he was there in no time at all. Absolutely spotless room, bathroom and the dinning hall/lounge downstairs. Just a short walk from the town and it was perfect. Modern, homely feel, and somewhere we instantly felt at home. Great shower & clean bathroom. We were so impressed. Thank you so much, and you should be proud of your establishment because it's absolutely immaculate.

Perfect location literally out of the train and into the front door in about 2 minutes ,can see the front door from the station main doors ,room was tidy and had everything i needed ,very much enjoyed my stay would book again in a heartbeat

Everything about it was 12/10 It was nice and clean, staff where friendly and it just at the edge of town.

Super convenient location, very clean room and restroom, reasonably priced, and really nice host. The nearby bar music was a bit loud & rowdy, but it was a Friday night and they were playing some great 80s music — NOT a complaint, but just be aware of the setting. (And the music stopped at a reasonable hour, so really no big deal.) If I’m ever fortunate enough to make it back to Ireland, THIS would be my first choice for accommodation.

Curb parking turned out to be a bit of a walk, but it’s FREE so I really can’t complain.

Host molto accogliente, posizione centrale camere piccolissime (la nostra aveva il lavandino in camera perchè nel bagno non c'era posto!!!) ma comode e silenziose. Non c'è colazione ma la possibilità, in un'accogliente sala, di utilizzare microonde e tosta pane; per cui puoi andare al vicino supermercato e comprarti ciò che serve. Anche per una cena veloce

Central location. Because it was room only, the guesthouse provided a communal area to have tea/coffee, toast, or cereal but there was no fridge provided to keep milk fresh. Mairéad was an exceptional host.

Although I knew it was bed only, it seems nothing opened in Portrush for breakfast before 10-00.

Loved the location and really clean and tidy.

The guesthouse is in a central location in Portrush with plenty of free parking and close to restaurants and attractions. The room had everything we needed for a short stay and we felt very welcome.

Not the property"s fault as it is the design of these houses but lots of stairs. Something to consider if you have mobility issues.
