The Port Hotel

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Hotelchefin hat es möglich gemacht in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen, da das gebuchte Zimmer sehr laut war.

Das Hotel hatte leider keinen Aufzug und die Zimmer waren über drei Etagen verteilt. Für ältere Menschen sehr schwierig.

Fantastic location, friendly staff. Good filling breakfast on offer. Had the cod for dinner one evening and was very happy with it. Very filling. Good Guinness. Comfortable, quiet and overall we'd stay again.

Last minute booking as we decided to stay overnight in NI after visiting the titanic exhibition. Not disappointed at all, a good hotel, great breakfast, lovely loocation

Very unpleasant as wasn't the room I paid for and stuck with the o ly room they had left and was very uncomfortable

Ordered and paid for a superior room and give me a standed room which has very tight space. When ask staff about it they said it was last room so more or less had me me pay for superior room and happy to give me the standard room and at the very last room at top of hotel wer thers no lift just stairs. Won't b stay again.

Bathroom was slightly tired although very clean. Noise from pub next door was a little noisy, but stopped at about 10.30 (midweek). However, we had our windows open.

I spent alot of money on this room and it was extremely uncomfortable the pillows had a smell and they weren't comfortable

Room was clean a 2 tvs 1 in each bedroom...3 teenagers..perfect. Central location for everything. Staff lovely...v friendly. Breakfast good choice except 1 teenager would have liked pancakes lol ...would definitely recommend.. v homely.x

Breakfast was very tasty, the room and bed was very comfortable, the location in the centre of town is excellent. The staff are efficient, helpful, courteous, and deserve top marks

The hotel is a bit dated, but the facilities and service make up for this.

Room 3 too warm to sleep. Noisy extractor so window could not be opened. Fan provided was inadequate, bad night’s sleep. Cooked Breakfast ok, but lacked a bit of ‘love’… egg hard, bacon had clearly been sat for a while

I'm not a fan of electric showers and there was no vent in the bathroom, but otherwise that is it. Nothing else to complain about.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the Main Street. The room was spacious and really comfortable and a big ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was really good with a good choice of cereals coffees teas fruit pastries and hot cooked breakfasts to order. The Hotel bar had traditional music and a great atmosphere and the staff were lovely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Great location. Easy to find and get around the area from there. Reception staff always cheerful. On arrival, they had our booking all prepped, so was nice and smooth. Buffet style breakfast satisfied the 11yo, and the order got foods fresh was excellent. We were also kindly gifted some complimentary tickets for a ride at the fun park. Which made the 11yo day! Everyone we spoke to was so welcoming.

I booked the stay for my two friends who were here from Gran Canaria. They had a great stay and were very happy with everything. They were particularly complimentary about the friendliness of the staff.

No air conditioning in the rooms and the room was roasting. Shower was absolutely tiny could just about turn around in it.

The decore is so outdated is an understatement and the bathroom has lino which I believe was to big for the room yet it was clean and tidy but mix match wall paper, double glazing needs updating aswell

Had a birthday stay at the port and got a lovely surprise when I got to the room where the staff had left a lovely card and a box of chocolates. The hotel is central to everything the breakfast was first class and staff very helpful. We have stayed here several times and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was outstanding also had dinner on sun nite it also was very good.

We were in room 2 and as you go up the first flight of stairs there is like a bump on the floor trip on it a couple of times.

Stayed at the Port on an overnight wee break from Belfast June 8th . Staff were fabulous and Room was small yet spotless comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was GORGEOUS with a superb selection to suit many . Definitely would stay again. Location a massive bonus to enjoy the Fabulous coast line that N/ Ireland is extremely proud of . Thanks Guys so much .

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss katastrofal,500 Euro 3 Nächte. Das Zimmer an sich war klein,kein Ausblck,abgenutzt und alt.Kein Komfort.Das Bett war für 2 Personen winzig,so daß ich 2 Tage praktisch nicht geschlafen habe und wie ein Zombie durch Portrush rumlief.o ich würde dieses Hotel unter keinen Umständen weiter empfehlen ,speziell den Menschen die grõßer als 1.60 Meter groß sind und mehr als 55 Kilo wiegen.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück mittelmäßig.

Breakfast was very good. I am coeliac and always worry about staff knowledge. Staff very attentive and provided a full cooked breakfast which I was satisfied was cooked taking care of the cross contamination risks.

Carpet in the stairs could do with updating.

Love this hotel. I go with my friends one of which is 91 years young. The staff are so kind and helpful. We usually go twice a year for 5 days and we’ve booked again for August

Our 4th time here in 5 yrs. Had room 1. Tv was poor , froze and no signal. Reported it. Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and son liked his wee side room. Small shower and no view. We happy enuff. Breakfast was enjoyable and we allnliked it, even ne as a coealic who got gf dmsausages and toast. Will be back but hope the tvbis fixed
