That it was chargerd a higher rate compared to what I booked for. The room I apparently booked was run down from what they showed me and didnt look like it was nice to stay in they then showed me a better room and said if I want that room I need to pay more which I what I ended up doing. Very unpleasant stay at this property

Останавливаюсь тут каждый год. Если нет заскоков и ты путешествуешь, все достачно неплохо , не вау но для понимающих хорошее место. Есть бассейн на территории, ресторан, не шумно. Само здание не новое но есть корпус где все новее. В целом за 10 долларов вполне себе

The location of this hotel is great, short walk into the main town, markets and bar street. Most of the staff were friendly and happy to assist with tours etc. great pool area.

The breakfast menu is quite limited and the staff mixed up the orders a little bit but that was mostly the language barrier

Je n'ai pas apprécié la chaleur dans la chambre (il n'y avait qu'un ventilateur mais il ne fonctionnait pas très bien) et personne à la réception ne prévient qu'il fait aussi chaud car si j'avais su jaurais fait autrement !

The staff were very nice and friendly and were always willing to help out with any issues or questions. They welcomed us with open arms and always greeted us when walking past the reception. The guesthouse has a swimming pool giving you a nice place to cool off after a long day of adventuring. It’s located on funky lane which is an area with lots of restaurants and bars.

Just a minor thing, the bathroom that we had in our room is in need of some renovations. It almost felt like it was only half done as pipes etc were sticking out of the walls. The tap had blue stains which need to be cleaned or replaced.

Nothing, the place doesn't exist

No one picked up, no one responded, I was there in the middle of the night and there was nothing, the location is probably wrong as well

The property is actually very suspicious with too many facilities compared 2 the price it was fair enough however, the locals there are friendly welcoming hospitable people.

I had a confirmed booking at Garden Village, but when I arrived, they told us there was no room available. No proper explanation, no apology, and no help in finding another place to stay. This was incredibly unprofessional and caused a lot of stress. We trusted them with our accommodation and they completely failed us. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone—poor service and zero responsibility.

So fun! We only stayed 2 nights but could've stayed a lot longer! So much to do and keep busy, lovely place

staff great. spacious solid room. They serve fresh coffee in the morning. It's real hot so the aircon was a must for me and it worked fine. They hired me a tuktuk for a tour around the temple.Very much felt welcomed here.

I like the location since it’s near where we need to be

I have no idea I booked a room with just a fan, so they charged us a little more, BUT when we got into the room the AC felt like it wasn’t working.

No ac for the budget room which was our fault, restroom can be alot cleaner and the cat went inside our room.

Really nice, smiling and helpful staff. Near the center, a supermarket and restaurants, clean and comfortable room with a table to work, nice space pool, really a good price-quality balance. Perfect for a long stay

They don’t clean the rooms daily if you don’t tell the receptionist. That causes a lot of bugs coming into the rooms. I also would recommend to only take a room with AC otherwise it’s too hot.

Normal Fur from city.surroundig are not clean. Fault of Booking.com Does not give distance from city The hotel you booked for me is ,56 Km from city. 1300 Bat. I spent every day. Taxis are reluctant to go to this damn hotel I will complain against bloody Booking.comyy

Decent location near pub street, the night market and the river. Room was big and the second pool was nice to use.

Main pool as shown in all the photos was out of use and we weren’t told. Majority of guests aren’t backpackers so didn’t feel very friendly. Lots of older men seemed to be living there in return as Tuk Tuk drivers and listened to music very loudly late at night. For the price we felt the room and bathroom should be cleaner and in better condition. We were also encouraged to upgrade our room to be able to have air conditioning but this was considerably more expensive. We booked a driver for Angkor Wat through the hostel as recommended but they were really poor.

They offered me a deluxe room for 18$ after my complain about the room I was booked in It was unacceptable stinky unclean no window no ac no washroom for 14$ They also tried to pressure me of being a no show the day before They dropped the accusation after I showed them my booking with perhaps it was somebody else Pool is under repair unmanaged area loud noise my music no garden no guesthouse feel

Good location but no hot water and overpriced breakfast I got food poisoning in a restaurant nearby so the fact that the bathroom was separate from the room made the experience more unpleasant luckily the room was clean and they provided toiletries.

It's in a good location, and the café across the street is perfect.

The pool was under construction, and we chose this place because it said it had a pool. The room wasn't very clean.

The position was very good

The room is not like the pictures, very dirty, close to the bar so music all day until late, plus we didn't have hot shower in the shared bathroom but our friend that was in an other part of the hotel, for the same price he has hot shower! They are renovating the pool, so at 8 a.m. you will hear the worker hammering! The guys at the reception are really nice
