The Rooms at Cunningham's - adults Only

Luxe mooie ingericht kamers. Eten beneden in bar was goed. Ontbijt niet mogelijk omdat staff waren voor 5 niet weer aanwezig. Ontbijt restaurant naast en tegenover waren prima.

Dat er geen staff aanwezig was met vertrek. Kaart in een brievenbus met vertrek. Parking achter het gebouw bijna onmogelijk te vinden, niet gepost ondanks route beschrijving van hotel.

Rooms were lovely, nicely designed. Comfy bed. Location just minutes off the motorway. Get stopover and good room rate.

Great room in main street above hotel - centrally located walking distance to many restaurants, shopping village, train station and National Stud Staff were extremely helpful had a problem regarding our holiday and Rachel who was an owner went out of her way to help us and make us feel at home when we were very stressed - could not have been more accommodating - we are so grateful to her

some stairs to get to room but nothing can do about that room was a little warm although a fan was in room

No network available to connect to WiFi. This was reported on our first night but no reason was given. The front drawer off the wardrobe came off when we arrived. Again this was reported on our first night but was not fixed during our 4 night stay. Noisy mains water pump could be heard within our room and the adjoining accommodation

The rooms were great. Very clean and comfortable and very well priced.

The fact that we couldn't contact them until a day or 2 before. We had phoned several times and no answer and my sister had emailed and no reply. Now we did get a reply to our query for an earlier check in time a day or 2 before our stay.

Nothing. Only thing is there is stairs. So it might not be suitable if u had problems with going up and down stairs.

Very steep steps up to the room. No car parking which was advertised and one of the reasons I chose to book here.

I liked the fact when we got int touch Rachel was able to give me an early check in.

The fact that it cost me the same as everyone else, and there was two of them and I was travelling solo.

Great location, tastefully decorated comfortable rooms. Spotlessly clean.

No hairdryer in room. VERY heavy quilt on bed but no top sheet.

Very clean room & bathroom. Good location for where I needed to be following day.

Bathroom window would not close so I didn't feel safe. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

Room was lovely clean and cosy. Bar has incredible food immaculate Guiness and really friendly staff. Stayed twice now and will stay again!

The food,drink and service in the pub is top class, its a well ran establishment well done.

The room was located behind the bar in what appeared to be a complex of residential apartments. Not as it was depicted in photographs.

The property is located very close to Kildare Village where we wanted to go, so ideal for that

Described as having parking on site but got an email the day before that no parking available and to use public carpark at a cost. Having someone with mobility issues we would never have booked here with the carpark being so far away and not easy as the accommodation is down a hill making things very difficult. No communication from the property either about where to get keys or times that keys are available or what time check in is at

Letti con materassi sfondati, cuscini distrutti dalla consistenza di sacchi di patate. Moquette sporca, così come tutti i tessili presenti nella stanza. Rubinetti del lavandino del bagno montati storti, praticamente inutilizzabili.

Room was spacious and food was good.

Rooms were beautifully decorated with good facilities. Coffee machine in the room was an added treat.

Unfortunately we were in an apartment which was located in a side alley. When we were returning to the room after dining there was a fairly intimidating group of lads hanging around in the alley so this tainted the whole experience.

Wash-hand basin taps badly need to be replaced - they don’t extend far enough into the washing area deeming them unfit for purpose. A few other areas need a little tlc.

As always, a fantastic stay. Friendly staff, excellent food, very comfortable and pleasant room, and everyone so helpful in terms of any issues/questions.

The only tiny criticism was pub closing time, which was quite early, I think 9.30pm. Perhaps it's written on the booking/information, but I didn't see it so wasn't aware in advance.

The rooms are as good as they looked in the photos and the beds are very comfortable. Coffee machine is great as is the Barr and the staff. Best place to stay in Kildare. Would recommend.

Good parking…great restaurant…staff in pub were wonderful

Major disaster…on the day we were to leave WE COULD NOT GET OUT!!!…we were in room 4…all doors to exit were locked and our key didn’t work to open…this is a HUGE fire hazard…fortunately one of the other guests were leaving shortly after we tried and their key worked…this situation would be condemned in the USA as we would have certainly died if a fire broke out

Had an amazing time and will deffo stay again, the bar is so much fun and staff so lovely,rooms were great, only problem was the people next door to us stayed up shouting and roaring and fighting until 9am next morning and we couldnt sleep most of the night but that is no fault to cunninghams they were amazing, will deffo be back very soon!😁

Loved the location of the venue.

Poor customer service to start, stood almost 20 minites waiting on the staff showing us to our room, it seemed something was going wrong on his end with his computer but in that we knew nothing as he failed to communicate at all and just left my partner and i standing with 3 bags each. and the room had practically 0 wifi service. I think it could have been a better experience if the staff had of just gave basic customer service and we also didnt end up having to watch netflix on a phone when in the room.

Our room was very comfortable, and the food at the pub was fantastic! There was a problem with our wifi, and when staff tried unsuccessfully to get it fixed, the manager discounted our dinner. We really appreciated the kind gesture.

We have now stayed 3 times, and there is nothing to dislike. It’s a great place to stay. The technical issue with the internet only affected our latest stay and it has worked flawlessly in the past. They were trying hard to fix it, so I’m sure everything will be perfect again by now.

TV hard to use

Asking for the key card in the bar. Should have a side of the bar that’s prioritised for accomodation. Bar girl shouted out my room number, as a sole traveller she should have known not to do this. Training needed for staff on safety. No parking available.

The location was brilliant in the heart of Kildare town. The room was clean, nice powerful shower, lovely carpet and heavy curtains. Would stay again. Staff were very helpful and service and food in Cunninghams Bar was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Room was excellent, spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Location good. Only problem was the Sunday evening DJ instead of local musicians. Luckily the thudding finished at 11pm but it didn’t make for the most relaxing evening.

The room was superb for the value - exactly like a hotel room in my opinion. Great bathroom and shower, also had tea/coffee which we didn't avail of but great to have.

The main thing was the parking facilities should be notified before arrival as where the map was taking us was too tight and my partners car handle got scrapped in the middle of it so it was a little stressful to figure out where to park, so i would advise to let customers know exact directions on where to park and that its charged also.

It was spotlessley clean and so quiet and peaceful and it had everything you could possibly think of and need.

I would of given it a ten out of ten but I gave it an eight out of ten only because the curtains where not black out curtains i was awake extreme early in the morning because of the morning light and having a bad sleep really ruins my day ,i only stayed for one night but if I was staying for longer it would of ruined my whole stay.

I liked everything. From the accommodation, tea coffee, great TV, to the charm and cleanness of the place. I love the little window, the bed is amazing I always have a good memory of all the fragrances and the vibes of the whole place. The service was amazing, everyday at 11am we got to chat with a nice lady who got absolutely everything done in no time. Also the check-in is absolutely flawless and checking out is even better. Truly the best and most comfortable place I've been to, I'll have and will be coming back next time.

Maybe added storage/hangers could've been a nice addition/benefit. Also there was a bit of mold around the roof window in the bathroom which is obviously natural, but still.
