Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Great location just under 10 minutes walk to the beach which was perfect. 2nd floor room at the back of the building so no street noise at all. Restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets at short walk as well as a bus and tram station. Comfortable bed, nice big TV, overall new and modern look and feel. We were given an iron upon request. Daily cleaning. Easy self-check-in. Convenient checkout hour.
The reception is not staffed after 14:00 and after check-in we discovered that the sink was clogged and so was the shower, but it took until the next morning to sort because of no staff and them not answering on WhatsApp. Towels were horrible, never had such issues with tons of fluff sticking on us and on our clothes and floating in the air. It's not well thought through for beach goers, e.g. a single hook in the bathroom was functional (2nd was broken) and nowhere else to hang towels to dry, also found only 3 hangers (got more upon request) and a locked safe box which they had to unlock. The room was smaller than visible in the photos and we only had "view" of a white wall.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Muy buena experiencia. El hotel está muy cerca de la playa y tiene buenas conexiones de transporte, así que es fácil moverse. El check-in automático es muy practico y sencillo, especialmente si llegas fuera de horario. A destacar la limpieza y el personal fue muy amable.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Notre première chambre était très propre et confortable dans le quartier du port. Le personnel a fait son maximum pour résoudre les soucis de climatisation.
Le premier soir nous avons eu une panne de climatisation. Du coup chaleur très difficile à supporter dans la chambre. La deuxième nuit après un essai de réparation nous avons finalement bénéficié d'un ventilateur. Ensuite nous avons été relogé dans un hôtel partenaire mais au RDC et au pied du commissariat ou il y avait sans cesse une fil d'attente devant...Nous n'osions même pas ouvrir les rideaux... Nous regrettons de n'avoir même pas eu de geste d'excuse comme un petit déjeuner de l'hôtel offert par exemple... Car l'expérience avec cette panne de climatisation a été pénible.

No full length mirror in the room which was a little frustrating. It was also very tight to get past the bed to the wardrobe, and I’m very skinny. The cleaner also burst in on me unannounced a few times.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Great location in Cabañal close to beach, public transportation, many restaurants and the beach. Very elegant room, well equipped, not too big, working AC also for heating. View into a small court yard, so it was very quiet at night. The room for once has not an Ikea 0815 look but has its distinct features and colours. The code system is great too, if you don't want to take anything to the beach that might get stolen. Well implemented. It is nice that in the morning there is staff at the reception that will help you with all kind of questions or give you suggestions. Will return.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Het was een mooie, schone kamer met stevige bedden. Iedere dag kregen we schone handdoeken en werd de kamer netjes gemaakt.
We sliepen op kamer 103, dit is aan de voorkant. Op de gevel zitten mooie lampen die het hotel prachtig verlichten maar deze schijnen ook de gehele nacht in je kamer. Hierdoor is het erg licht op de kamer. Verder hoor je de voordeur van het hotel hard dicht vallen door de andere gasten.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Pokoik nieduży ale jest wszystko co potrzeba. Na plus wygodne łózka i ekspres z kawą. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa na recepcji. Okno naszego pokoju wychodziły na patio i w pokoju było cicho. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowane, blisko przystanki autobusowe i metro. Ładna ulica, byliśmy pod koniec kwietnia i drzewa wzdłuż ulicy pięknie kwitły. Bardzo polecam to miejsce na nocleg szczególnie jeśli częściej chce się bywać na plaży niż w centrum miasta. Faktycznie łazienkę od pokoju oddziela cienka ścianka, więc raczej słychać co kto robi ;) nam to nie przeszkadzało ale pewnie są pary dla których to może być problem.

Le camere economy hanno solo una finestra molto piccola. La posizione è vicino al mare, ma non è molto strategica per tutto il resto non ci sono molti ristoranti vicino.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Le personnel s’est montré très accueillant, la chambre était superbe et la terrasse particulièrement agréable. L’hôtel est très bien desservi par les transports (arrêt de bus à 200 m et tram à 500 m). Il bénéficie également de la proximité de petits restaurants, d’une pharmacie et se trouve près de la plage, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable.
L’isolation entre les chambres est à améliorer : le calme n’est pas toujours respecté, avec des portes qui claquent et des nuisances sonores dès 8h du matin et jusqu’à minuit. Par ailleurs, la présence de personnel à l’accueil 24h/24 serait souhaitable afin de veiller au respect des règles. Enfin, la propreté de la chambre est également à revoir à certain endroit !
