Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The location felt secure and the breakfast was acceptable.
The property advertised a heated pool as one of its top facilities, available all year round. However, upon arrival the staff informed me there was no heated pool — only a jacuzzi that was under maintenance. This was the main reason I chose this property over other options. The room was also very small, there was an electrical issue (the circuit breaker tripped once), and the water was cold in the morning.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026A little gem of a venue, lovely setting, the place is well furnished and extremely well kept and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Did not manage to have a full breakfast as it is only served at 07h00am, for work most people need to leave around 06h30. The only down side was the Jacuzzi was not working, the main reason I chose this venue was for the Jacuzzi, other than that it was wonderful.
The jacuzzi was not working

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025Was honestly exceptional from the moment i arrived to the point of leaving. I travel quite often so i really try and pay attention to these kind of things and ill give credit where credit is due. Augustine was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Greeted me at the gate, taking my suitcase and explaining everything as is - Real easy check in. I got a remote and came and went as i pleased. It was beautiful and clean, including the pool area - lots of activities, should families want to gather - i never got to use it (even though they went through the trouble of switching the jacuzzi on), but surely next time i stay a little longer. I advised a friend to stay there too, he did and was just as impressed. The breakfast was really good, quite large as well with a nice variety prepared by the wonderful staff. Very pleasant check out as well. My friend left his charger there and Samuel even went through the trouble of letting him know to come fetch it. - I also liked the fact that the doorstop by my room said "Jesus" on... made me feel like i was truly at the right place. Very well done. Thank you!

Reviewed Jul 9, 2025The housekeeper is really nice and smiley. The host came to greet me as well during breakfast, making me feel welcome. The housekeeper is also the chef who prepared breakfast following your preference. There is communal kitchen, complete with everything. It is easy to order uber. There is security gate with personel making the area feel safe.
The small heater is not that warm, so during winter it was a bit cold in the room.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2025The staff carried us on their hands. When the jacuzzi didn't want to heat up quickly and efficiently, they poured warm water with buckets into it to help speed up the process. Saturday night they waited up for us far over 23:00 to come and lock behind us. The food was also from the top shelves. The head light of our Isuzu blew, and in the process of taking it out to replace, my husband let the bulb fall into the light. Samson brought us a piece of wire and helped us get the bulb out. You feel like kings and queens when you stay there.

I had to wait and hour and a half for my room. I got there at 11:30 and the previous nights occupants had still not even packed. They advertise a heated pool it was not. The jacuzzi was cold. They advertise Netflix but it doesn't work. The breakfast was a lot of processed meat and cheese. Definitely not worth the R1700 I paid.
