The shower was blocked, then I was moved to another room which was a special needs room and the shower was splashing water all over the place and few drops actually fell on my body. The breakfast was oily and the eggs station where they cook eggs was filthy. The hotel looked like it lacked basic maintenance. For the price I paid, this was a rip off.

Air had a bit of a smell from the lake/river that was a little off putting.

One Area That Could Be Improved The only thing I found disappointing was the condition of the river situated near the hotel. Unfortunately, the pollution, litter and unpleasant smell around the river are quite noticeable, especially when you are on the upper floors looking out over the area. It’s a real pity because the location has so much potential and could be a beautiful feature of the surroundings if properly maintained. I sincerely hope the municipality can intervene and address the pollution and cleanliness of the river. Improving the area would make a significant difference to the overall experience and appeal of the hotel and its surroundings.

The bed is worn out. They can definitely invest in new good quality beds. I couldn't enjoy the pool area because of the foul smell from the stagnant water behind the hotel

The entrance for the hotel is located in a very awkward place and not easily visible, maps will take you to a previous entrance that is no longer utilised.

Really like your hotel location next to Mall but I wouldn't give you 5 star as yet. You will see all the response from your questionnaire.

Best location next to all amenities with easy access to Centurion Mall as well as the business offices.

I was impressed with the hotel, the staff and the conference facilities. The rooms on the main road are a bit noisy, and my window was not closing properly.

My overall expeirence was great, however my concern was the items/ funiture that were in the room, that could not move as I am wheelchair user, which made it difficult for me to move around and get in and out of bed.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, well maintained. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is to look forward to.

My room was not ready at checkin time of 14h00. Could only check in after 14h00. Curtain was broken. Room was cleaned at 8h00 the next day despite 10h00 check out time

1. Receptionist on video call on loud speaker while assisting your with your checking in. 2. Restaurant staff was extremely unhelpful at dinner. The company gives us a certain amount of money to spend on food, they did not want me to use the full amount. I had to fight to order just ice-cream. 3. Carpets were dirty on the passage. I am talking about visible dust and white powder all over the passage. 4. NEVER BOOK ROOM 526. THE BED IS BROKEN!!!!

The fact that me and my husband were a room away from our kids room, it really didn't sit well with me. We really didn't have a well rested night due to that.

I had a great stay at ANEW Centurion and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, the restaurant staff were friendly, and the security team was professional and helpful.

The only downside was the food service. Both room service and the restaurant were very slow. Even simple meals like a club sandwich or pizza took around an hour to arrive, which was disappointing.

The breakfast was good, the bed comfortable and the .MD was hands on.

The lady at reception when I called to complain about the TV not working and the bedside lamp not working just said she will give maitenance thw message the next morning. Luckily the MD over heard the conversation and moved us to a new room where the TV WAS Working and the bed side lamp worked

My first time staying at ANEW hotel Centurion left me feeling valued and cared for by the team. From being met outside as we unloaded our luggage from the car to a glass of champagne with booking in at reception and topped off with a room upgrade, just for registering for the ANEW Rewards programme. I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer.

I was on a business trip in Gauteng and spent one night at a 5 star hotel in Sandton, which I didn't enjoy. I did not look forward to my stay at Anew Centurion, but they far exceeded my expectations. As I exited my car, two gentleman were on hand to assist with my luggage. This was followed by a super warm reception, with champagne and I received a free upgrade! Even the manager popped in to welcome me. Ever staff member I saw greeted me warmly... it felt like visiting family. The meals were all well prepared and tasty. I was actually sad to leave and will return as soon as I'm able to. Thank you Anew Centurion... your offering was far more superior to the 5-star hotel in Sandton!!

The property had a construction site close by which went on until 4am, grinding, drilling and hammering which disturbed sleep.

Ohhh Refilwe and Nono big shout out you to you guys. However upon my check in the Front office manager kept on interrupting the process. By calling them while they were busy with a client and interrupting the process of explaining welcome amenities. Proper service etiquette needs to be tough to management.

Got a free upgrade after joining the membership program, this was a first for me, and the staff that checked us in were so great to us, i had a lovely stay.

Our recent stay at ANEW Hotel Centurion was a very positive experience. The venue is well maintained, centrally located, and easily accessible from major highways. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and serviced efficiently throughout our stay. The food offered a good variety and was well prepared, catering to different tastes and preferences. The amenities were well suited to both business and leisure travellers, and the hotel's proximity to shopping centres within walking distance was an added convenience. Overall, we found the hotel to be an excellent choice and would gladly recommend it for conferences, events, and group stays.

Hotel is very neat, staff are friendly and great location, we enjoyed our stay. We travelled for business so did not have time to enjoy all the amenities but was our second stay, will recommend to friends.

ANEW HOTEL CENTURION is a most pleasant stay. Staff are experts in hospitality and friendly. Room was quiet and perfectly clean. Food tasty and of good quality. Pleasant experience. Enjoyable. A real oasis.

Everything was on point, from staff to facilities and food. The premises were spotless, Staff was friendly and helpful and food was delicious. Shower was hot, TV and Air conditioner was working, Wi-Fi was good also.

Service was outstanding. Friendly and happy staff. Rooms are great and very neat and tidy. Overall stay was very pleasant.

There was a terrible smell on the property and inside the hotel an overwhelming smell of sweat. The room was not very clean.

Besides the bed we use at the hotel, food is also important and items that are no longer offerred on the menu must be removed, other than that, the service was ok

A very well-located hotel, wonderful breakfast buffet (highly recommended), nice rooms, bar, swimming pool and gym. The only downside is the very limited dinner menu, with most items unavailable. However, the excellent and friendly service provided by Thulani, the Restaurant manager, made up for this and made the stay even more pleasant. If you are the manager of Anew Hotel, give the man a promotion (with a salary raise)! If any headhunters are reading this review, this is an individual you want to poach ;-)

THE WHOLE PLACE WAS JUST EVERYTHING YOU HOPE FOR WHEN BOOKING.

One of the best hotels in Centurion, they should just make gowns available but we will definitely come back.
