Mis à part cela, nous avons apprécié le logement mais je ne conseillerai pas plus d'une nuit.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement, les lits ne sont pas très confortables mais on fait avec Le staff était relativement gentil jusqu'au moment de payer ou on essaye de nous demander plus d'argent que prévu pour ensuite que je reçoive un message me demandant plus d'argent alors que j'avais déjà donné plus que necesssire... pas très correct Attention : ils n'acceptent pas la carte donc prenez du cash. Même si l'un employé dit que oui puis l'autre non, pas d'informations claires...

Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits à l’hôtel Maison Ka. L’endroit est magnifique, propre et typique, avec en plus une petite piscine sur le toit. Les chambres sont climatisées et nettoyées chaque jour, et une personne est présente à l’accueil 24h/24. L’hôtel se situe à 15–20 minutes de la médina en taxi. Notre séjour a été grandement facilité par notre hôte Mohamed, qui nous a aidés pour pratiquement tout. Il a gentiment réservé tous nos taxis, que ce soit pour venir nous chercher ou pour programmer celui du matin de notre départ. Il nous a également conseillé sur les commerces à proximité et nous a même aidés à réserver notre bus pour Essaouira. Toujours de bon conseil, il a rendu notre séjour très agréable (son thé à la menthe était aussi très très bon). Je recommande cet établissement mille fois.

La struttura è curata, pulita, accogliente e il soggiorno è sempre piacevole. Un grazie speciale a Mohammed, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, e a tutto lo staff, che si distingue per la grande cordialità e disponibilità. Ormai è il mio punto di riferimento a Marrakech. Assolutamente consigliato!

Très bon séjour ! Excellent accueil, avec des hôtes disponibles et toujours à l’écoute. Le logement est très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. L’emplacement reste pratique : environ 20 minutes en taxi (7 €) pour rejoindre la place Jemaa el-Fna. Un parking est à disposition proche du logement

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de notre hôte ssi Abdelhadi, que je salue. Il nous a renseigné sur tout ce qu'on devait savoir, et je le remercie énormément. Je le remercie aussi pour la petite visite guidée des locaux et son thé à la menthe. Je le recommanderai certainement à mon entourage.

Nos gustó la amabilidad y la cercanía de los trabajadores, en concreto de Mohamed “del desierto”. Servicial y cercano. Nos facilitó taxis y actividades.

Olvidamos allí una pulsera y un cargador y me han dicho que no está, cuando sé perfectamente donde los dejé. Evidentemente no voy a ir a por ellos a Marrakech, pero por lo menos honestidad, para no seguir buscando.

Excellent staff, Mr. Faisal and Mr, Mohammed went above and beyond during our stay providing advise and helping us book excursions and attending any need and inquiry. The staff was always friendly and attentive. The place is very clean and our room was cleaned daily. The area around the hotel is not very touristy but we always felt safe.

What a wonderful little hotel with great aervice, good hamman and I loved the neighborhood. Great restaurant, hammam was good and the rooftop terrace great to catch some wind in the warm weather period. Shukran or tenmirt 💖 Daily cleaning of the room was the first in our trip to Morocco. Great people too! And if you like walking it is 15 mjnutes to the Medina wall, perfect location outside of the main tourist area so that you can experience the local vibe. Loved it!

I don't write many reviews on here - I generally can't be bothered, but I'm going to make an exception for Maison Ka because I was unfortunate enough to get sick in Marrakech (touch of gastric distress I must have picked up on the road) and instead of staying one night, I ended up there for four. The staff were quite magnificent and looked after me in exactly the way you'd want when you're confined to quarters for a few days. They checked in on me regularly, but not intrusively so and were available at the click of a WhatsApp message to bring me more water, toilet paper, towels and, eventually, once I felt up to it, food. The place is delightful - small, but scrupulously clean. On arrival, they helped me park my motorcycle in their secure compound, offered me tea and then carried my bags to my room (always a nice touch). The breakfasts were great, the dinner was delicious and the wifi was fast. My bed was clean, comfortable and came with very good quality bed linen which unlike so many other places I've stayed in, completely enclosed the blanket. When I finally checked out, the total bill (given that I'd had a lot of items brought to my room) was astonishingly reasonable. Not far off four times what I was expecting to pay for that single night on a discount booking.com deal when I'd actually stayed four. Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about Maison Ka and although I eventually made it out and about on my final day, I'm just gutted I didn't have the get up and go to have one of their spa treatments or use their little rooftop pool. If you're wondering about whether you should book here, I promise you that you're going to enjoy this place. It's not an ultra-luxury, high-end Riad, but they don't charge ultra-luxury, high-end prices. It's a really good, honest, clean and lovely place with staff who really. understand the meaning of hospitality.

Like almost everywhere else in Marrakech, don't judge a place by either the neighbourhood or the street outside. Yes, it looks like nothing at all as you roll up down a little side street wondering if you're in the right place. That's Normal For Morocco. Also, it's about a five minute ride in a Petit Taxi to the main square. That's about five euros or 50 MAD as of 2026. Neither of these are things I didn't like - but I had to write something.

The spa treatments are incredible, authentic Moroccan rituals, it feels you are having your Hammam with an expert therapist, we can’t express how good they are .. and a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away from the busy Medina. We are so lucky to find this hidden palace. The staff so friendly and professional. But the real surprise was the Maison KA Restaurant. Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with fresh local ingredients. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a refined Moroccan meal after a relaxing spa session. For anyone who loves great food as much as great wellness experiences, Maison KA is the best choice in Marrakech. We highly recommend and we will be back soon with our friends 🥰

L'absence de fenêtre sur l'extérieur assure le calme mais ne permet pas de ventiler suffisamment la pièce à mon goût . L'emplacement peut surprendre, quartier tres traditionnel où on ne s'attend pas à trouver une maison d'hôtes.

Das Hotel hat sich sehr gut und immer freundlich um unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Auf Anfrage wurde uns jeder Zeit ein Taxi organisiert. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr lecker. Besonders der Kellner Mohamed war sehr aufmerksam und machte unseren Aufenthalt angenehm.

Ficámos muito satisfeitos com a experiência neste riad. Ele não está localizado numa zona tipicamente “turística”, o que à partida pode causar alguma hesitação. No entanto, a área é segura e oferece uma visão mais autêntica do quotidiano marroquino, longe dos circuitos mais preparados para visitantes. Caminhar pelas ruas ao redor é uma experiência genuína: mesmo em locais que, à primeira vista, podem parecer menos convidativos para quem vem de fora, encontramos pessoas incrivelmente hospitaleiras, simpáticas e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Obrigado ao staff Mohamed e Abdelhi pela simpatia e incansável disponibilidade.

O quarto apenas tem janela para o pátio interior. Ainda assim excelente relação qualidade/preço.

Expert Coordination & Flexibility The team coordinated all of our taxis and excursions, which was incredibly helpful. While you might find slightly cheaper prices on apps like GetYourGuide, booking through the Riad is worth every penny. Maison Ka uses their experience to select the best-quality companies, and they offer the flexibility to change dates or times—something you simply don’t get with the strict 24-hour cancellation policies on third-party apps. The Room & Amenities Our room was spotless and refreshed every single day. It featured: • A small fridge (perfect for keeping drinks cold). • AC and a high-quality fan, which provided great airflow and the perfect ambient sound for a restful sleep. • A very comfortable, clean environment overall. Dining & Spa We looked forward to breakfast every morning; it was delicious, filling, and the perfect start to the day. However, the absolute highlight was the Hammam Treatment at the Spa. It is a professional, high-quality experience that I feel every guest should try at least once. Everything at Maison Ka was professional and very well-priced. I cannot recommend this Riad enough to friends and family. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Great place

We have stayed in Maison KA for 5 night in early January. The place is quiet and clean, despite the surrounding area is old and very residential. The staff is very nice and willing to do anything to make guests feel comfortable. We joined the New year celebration dinner, the food was excellent, there is little bit of dance and live music. The highlight for this place is the rooftop patio, full of comfy couches, colorful, just like the pictures. The location is little bit hard to find, even for the local taxi driver. It is close to medina but not that close. The neighborhood is lively local so be prepared to to walk around dumps, dirty streets and crowded sidewalk, The rooms are bit of small, and the first floor only has windows open to the reception area so when windows are closed all day, the room has little damp smell. The breakfast is not included and it is pretty big, so you can share one with two people. We went to food market got some bread and fruits for our breakfast for a couple of morning. The staff is very kind provided us hot water so we made our own tea and coffee. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great hotel at great rates close to Medina. It was a very nice riad style hotel with grand cozy rooms and good standard of bathrooms ( which is difficult to find in Morocco ). The staff was really nice and helpful. They booked a taxi at reasonable rates from outside, even though they have their own. Even printed the boarding passes for us without us even asking. The welcome Moroccan tea was nice. The breakfast was nice but could be a bit more varied. Great indoors and the restaurant. The hammam also looked exclusive and not very expensive ( we did the mistake of going to a public hammam..the hotel one looked much better ).

The only cons is the location. It's far from medina..almost half an hour walking through dirty city roads. But if you have a car, it's a wonderful stay with good value for money !

Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner de qualité aussi que les repas. Literie confortable. Environnement calme.

Le restaurant n' est pas chauffé. Nous avons dû manger en manteau à chaque repas.

Rien à dire sur la propreté des lieux quo sont tres bien entretenus, chambres faites tous les jours, linge we bain changé tous les jours. Merci particulièrement à Muhammed et Aya pour leurs gentillesses, leurs sourirs, le temps qu ils ont pris pour nous faire nous sentir bien. Muhammed a été adorable tous les jours, sans exception, prenant a chaque fois le temps de nous aider, se montrer aimable, nous faire rire .... Très bon.petit déjeuner qui mériterai d etre agrémenté de fruits. Litterie tres confortable. Agréable terrasse avec vue, assez grande pour etre à son aise. Nous avons tour de meme passé un séjour agréable mais c est vraiment surtout grâce à la gentillesse de Mohamed qui faisait vivre ce riad. Sinon sans lui, c etait plutôt ambiance hôtel avec simplement un bonjour a la réception.

Très mal insonorisé en intérieur, on entend tous les mouvements dans les couloirs des uns et des autres. En revanche l extérieur est silencieux A part Muhammed et Aya que j ai pu rencontrer lors du hammam, le reste du personnel est assez froid et distant. Particulièrement les dames des cuisines et l'employé qui nous a accueilli le 1ier jours que nous avons ensuite revus régulièrement. Le prix du couscous etait excessif par rapport au plats proposés sur la carte. De plus il etait servi avec un petit bout de mouton par personne. Pour le coup, nous avons été déçu par rapport aux nombreux autres restaurants que nous avons fréquenté pendant le séjour qui etait meilleurs, bien garnis et beaucoup moins cher. Nous sommes venus en décembre, nous avons eu froid régulièrement. Salle de bain non chauffée, un seule couverture supplémentaire pour 5, et la salle des repas ouverte. Mais sans doute est ce exceptionnelle qu il fasse frais. L eau est très longue à chauffer dans la salle de bain et la température varie beaucoup, pas évident a gerer avec des enfants. Impossible de se déplacer sans taxi pour aller au cœur de la ville. L hôtel s emploie cependant parfaitement à nous réserver le taxi. Interdiction de manger dans les chambres et aucun plat à emporter n est prévu par l hôtel. Lorsqu'on a des enfants, ce n est pas évident à solutionner.
