Joli riad typique au calme malgré un emplacement au cœur de la médina. Très bon accueil, personnel très sympathique. Nous avons passé une nuit en fin de périple marocain mais nous aurions aimé profiter plus longtemps de cet endroit paisible.

We had a wonderful stay! Yazid and everyone else working at the riad were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire visit. They were always there whenever we needed anything and really made us feel at home. Our room was very clean, beautiful and had such an authentic Moroccan atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and generous, with plenty of food to start the day. We also tried the spa, including the hammam and massage, and we really enjoyed both. It was a very relaxing experience and definitely worth the price. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful and full of character. We had a great experience from beginning to end and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you to Yazid and the whole team for making our stay in Marrakech so special!

Le personnel est accueillant et disponible à tout moment de la journée. Le Riad dispose d’atouts de qualité : hammam, jacuzzi, etc. Point positif pour le petit déjeuner qui est copieux et excellent !

Manque de place dans l’armoire, pas d’étagères. Seulement 1 serviette par personne mise à disposition. Nous en avons demandé d’autres, le personnel est adorable et nous les a apportées très rapidement !

Very nice Riad in the Medina. Not super fancy, but it’s a good location and the service is great. Yazid is an excellent manager and provided great local recommendations. Samir was very helpful in serving breakfast every morning and being attentive to needs. The Spa services were great and I recommend trying the Hammam!

The lighting in the room was a little dim. It could use surgery lamp or two the staircases were narrow and low but that’s pretty common for this area.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Dama & Spa. The staff was friendly, helpful and always welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Medina, making it perfect for exploring Marrakech.

Le gérant Yazid a su nous faire apprecié notre séjour, ils ont le respect des personnes séniors et cela fait toute la difference, L'emplacement est dans la Vielle Médina ce qui est proche de tous les souks, Le petit déjeuner est traditionel. les tajines sont vraiment gouteuses et délicieuses surtout celles au Poulet. Monter sur la Terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner cela vaut le coup.

Il ne faudrait pas trop modernisé car cela perdra son charme, Par contre, pour les personnes PMR , ils ne faut pas y aller car il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs mais on n'apprecie le fait qu'il aide à porter les bagages si necessaire jusqu'au Riad.

Un Riad caratteristico, accogliente e pulito. Più grande nelle dimensioni rispetto ai precedenti da noi visitati, ma che preserva la tranquillità e l'accoglienza tipica di queste soluzioni. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere la piazza principale e tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile ed accorto (un grazie particolare alla gentilezza di Samir). La stanza era ampia, pulita, silenziosa e perfettamente climatizzata

Very nice staff and very relaxing spot

What I liked the most about the property was its people. Everybody always had a smile in their face, they were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. On the last day, we were quite unwell (hence we had to book an extra night to my original booking) and Yasid (manager) went above & beyond looking for pharmacies (twice) that were open and could hopefully sell electrolytes. He also offered to have some rice cooked and brought it himself to our room. Samir was also very helpful and always was asking how we were feeling and establishing conversation when bringing the breakfast. I think great hospitality it's very important and the staff on Dama & Spa didn't disappoint. The riad is very close to the main sightseeing areas and souks. Jemaa El-Fnaa was around 10 minutes away, there is also an ATM within 5 minutes walk. The room was ample and comfy and the breakfast was full filing. Though similar everyday, it always had a variation to it and the orange juice was delicious, I am missing it already! Thank you all :)

We loved that Riad... we come every year several times to Marrakesh and we always change Riad... but I will def come back to Riad Dama. All the staff has been super lovely and kind. The Riad itself is stunning, really well located 10min wlak from Jemaa el fna place. The room was big, beautiful high ceilling, beautifully decorated and super clean. We booked duo massage with Hammam and it was amazing... A huge thanks to all the staff again. (They also took the time to prepare and pack our breakfast ready for our departure at 6.30am).

The property is nice and. Clean. Staff are amazing particularly Yazidi and Samir who were very attentive. You will experience the culture of Morocco in this property. The location is excellent short walk from the Jamel Al fnaa approx 8 minutes.

Imad y todo el equipo de Riad Dama son excelentes, su amabilidad y trato superan las expectativas, mucha calidad humana y servicio, la ubicación es buena, la comida buena, pero el servicio excelente, aseo impecable, relación calidad precio muy buena. Imad and the entire team at Riad Dama are excellent; their kindness and service exceed expectations. They have great human qualities and provide excellent service. The location is good, the food is good, but the service is outstanding, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the value for money is very good.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, ahányszor kértem egy teát csinálták is azonnal, a reggelit kétszer is kértük elvitelre a korai programok miatt, azt is készségesen elkészítették nekünk. Minden nap tiszta ágyneműt és törölközőt kaptunk, a klíma is működött, minden rendben volt. Egy füldugó ajánlott az alváshoz, mert minden hallatszódik, a kihangosító is pont a Riad előtt van. Az idegenforgalmi adó elég magas náluk. Ár-érték arányban teljesen jó volt. A piac közepén van a szállás, viszont a transzferpontokat innen könnyen el lehetett érni a programokhoz. 3 perc séta volt.

Az idegenforgalmi adón meglepődtünk kicsit, mert a Booking szereti apró betűkkel feltűntetni a részeletek. Holott úgy hírdeti, hogy mindenféle adókat tartalmaz az ár.

El desayuno poco organizado. No hay espacio para desayunar todos y te lo puedes encontrar lleno y tener que esperarte y al tener que subir el desayuno dos plantas, hace que el servicio sea lento.

Riad appena fuori dalla Medina e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa. La struttura è pulita e dotata di ottimi servizi. Le camere sono spaziose così come i bagni. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile, cordiale e attento ad ogni esigenza. Davvero un ottimo Riad per una permanenza di qualche giorno a Marrakech!

Os funcionários são super simpáticos, o espaço muito agradável. O pequeno almoço no rooftop muito bem servido, com qualidade e simpatia. Os quartos era muito limpos, as toalhas sempre trocadas e deixavam tudo muito bem arrumado. Está perto da Medina, faz se bem o caminho a pé onde encontramos muitos locais. Excelente relação qualidade preço

O colchão podia ser mais confortável

È stato davvero un piacevole soggiorno. Sin dal nostro arrivo lo staff ci ha trattato benissimo, offrendoci tipico the marocchino insieme ad un dolcetto. L’ultimo giorno, avendo la partenza molto presto, abbiamo chiesto se potessero servirci la colazione prima di andarcene, così si sono organizzati e ci hanno preparato tutto per le 7, nonostante usualmente la sala colazione aprisse alle 8. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro ma molto tranquilla.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole al Riad Dama & SPA. La struttura è molto accogliente, le camere sono pulite e ben curate. Una menzione speciale merita la colazione servita sul rooftop, un momento davvero piacevole per iniziare la giornata in un’atmosfera rilassante e suggestiva. Un ringraziamento particolare a Himen, sempre presente, disponibile, cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La sua gentilezza ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, che consiglio a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole, rilassante e autentico.

I can be a pretty demanding customer but here I have literally nothing to complain about - the place was beautiful, location was practical, breakfast was delish and staff was excellent to the point they could work in any 5* start resort in Western Europe. We all loved our stay here, 100% recommended.

This Riad is quite well located meaning you’re not far from the markets and the town square where you can find both cheap street food as well as more fancy places for food and drinks and as all other places we’ve experienced in Morocco everyone is very friendly and happy to help. The breakfast bread was fresh and delicious.

It gives a slightly rundown and neglected vibe with worn and torn towels and bedsheets, a damp smell, and a safe that did not work. Our room was on the ground floor which meant that there was constant noise throughout the day and into the night and lights that kept the room bright enough to be able to read a book with a good squint. No tea or coffee making facility in the room and an air-con which didn’t work well. The jacuzzi had a funny coloured water which wasn’t very inviting.

Une équipe formidable et sympathique. Imad et Yazid toujours aux petits soins. Riad très joli et confortable. A 15 minutes à pieds de la place Jema Elfna. Quartier calme. Les cuisinières préparent tout sur place : petits pains du petits déjeuner, gâteaux, repas délicieux !

Os funcionários do Riad foram sempre muito atenciosos e pacientes a responder a todas as nossas dúvidas e pedidos. O riad é limpo e bastante fresco, o que era um alívio para o calor intenso que fazia durante o dia e a noite. A pequena piscina também foi um ótimo lugar para refrescar e descansar. O pequeno-almoço é bastante satisfatório e é servido à mesa.

O preço do transfer entre o aeroporto e o Riad devia ser calculado por pessoa, em vez de haver um preço fixo para 1-3 pessoas e outro para 4-6 pessoas. Grupos com mais de 6 pessoas, como foi o nosso caso, acabam por ter de pagar os dois valores, sendo que as carrinhas utilizadas no transporte tinham mais de 6 lugares.

Staff really good. Especially they gave us cold lemonade juice and water. That was so good. Staff there helped me about which places to see. That was really good.

The only problem was our private car which was arranged for us by the hotel. The car's AC system did not work during the whole journey. We had to open the windows all the time in so much hot weather. And when I complained about this. It was not taken seriously at all. I believe that was not professional at all as we had to pay quite a lot of money for the car. So the only suggestion to others is don't book a private car through the hotel for any day tour, as the cars did serve the purpose in the hot weather.

Home-friendly stay with an amazing host! We had a wonderful time here. The place was peaceful and so welcoming. The authentic breakfast was lovely - such a nice way to start the day. They went above and beyond with assistance, arranged our pickup and drop. We booked for 3 days initially, then extended our whole trip stay with them due to there warm hospitality. Totally friendly and felt like home. Highly recommend!

All staff were very nice and caring . Always kept our room clean and accommodated everything we’ve asked for. The manager also helped us make a few reservations due to language barrier with locals. The place was cute. Location was great. It was only 12-15 min walk to Jemaa El Fnaa market so that was very convenient for us. Would highly recommend

Piscine intérieure est en fait un jacuzzi mais avec eau froide, le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. dans la salle de bain d’une des chambres il n’y avait de l’eau que par le robinet de la baignoire et non de la douche. Linge de jacuzzi et peignoirs très usés. Une de nos chambres donnant sur la ruelle était extrêmement bruyante

Me encantó el Riad. Un ambiente auténtico, losnelementos decorativos originales y la estructura sobre un patio central cubierto de naranjos era una maravilla. El rooftop increíble. El desayuno muy completo, variado y rico. La habitación grande, limpia y agradable. La relación calidad precio de 10. Está súper cerca de la Medina y la plaza Jemma. Volveré sin lugar a dudas

El acceso es por una calle sin asfaltar difícil para las maletas pero en cuanto abres la puerta del Riad entras en un sitio maravilloso.

The Riad itself is beautiful. Lovely interior with the big orange trees in the middle. The breakfast was excellent in my opinion with excellent service. It was also quite spacious for the 3 of us with a very nice outdoor space on the rooftop for relaxing/breakfast. The location was also quite good as it wasn’t too far of a walk to the Jemaa el-fnaa square. It also felt like a relatively safe area with lots of little shops/markets on nearby streets.

The primary complaint I had was the morning prayer call that would wake me up at around 4:30am every morning as the speakers were on the neighboring building. Our room was on the 1st floor so it was extremely loud (no exaggeration). Unfortunately I realise it’s not something the Riad can control but something to be weary of when booking. The single bed I stayed on in the triple bed room was also lopsided as the bedframe had a built on extension to support the mattress which made me tilt a little bit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this riad and would definitely come back again. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Yazid, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we had any questions. We accidentally left a jacket at the property after check-out, and he was very willing to help arrange express delivery to our next destination, which we truly appreciated. We are very grateful for the excellent service and hospitality. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Marrakech. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Os quartos podiam ser melhorados, alguns dos colchões eram duros, mas nada que não correspondesse às nossas expectativas.

The riad was very beautiful and had a charming atmosphere. The hammam and massage were amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

The breakfast became a bit repetitive after a few days, and it would be nice to have more savory options available. The location was not the most convenient compared to other riads, and access could sometimes be slightly inconvenient as you need to knock on the front door each time to be let in.

Ce Riad est une petit îlot de paix au sein de la Médina. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont joliment bien décoré. Le personnel est très attentif et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bon et copieux

Une partie de l’équipement de la chambre mérite d’être réparé ou remplacé. Les matelas sont très mou, l’équipement de la salle de bain était partiellement cassé et la robinetterie de la douche difficile à utiliser
