Group of schoolkids was also booked into guesthouse that caused some noise in the evening and early in the morning

Check-in was friendly, efficient and welcoming. The breakfast was good, with a good variety on menu. The location of this establishment is excellent.

Booked the "executive suite'. Well decorated and luxurious furniture, but the kitchenette is disappointing. No cutlery, no plates, no wineglasses. Just two coffee cups and two waterglasses. Not even a teaspoon.... you have to stir your coffee/tea with a bamboo stick! No dishcloth or soap to wash up with. Why is there a microwave? How must I heat something up if there is not a single plate? Doesn't make any sense! Also: If you call the unit the executive suite, you can at least offer the guests more than just a single small thin towel. There was no electric adaptor plug to use the electric blanket. Seems the establishment is so aware of the posibility of small thefts, that they forget that the 'executive suite' -customer is not the one that comes there to take your teaspoon or plug with them!

The only hickup we experienced was that we had our “Do not disturb” tag on the door and got back to the guesthouse finding our room door open with cleaning staff inside. We specifically did both want that and the fact that the “DND” sign was ignored was a bit worrying, not to mention the fact that everyone passing the open door could see our personal items laying around in what we thought was our private space

Liked the Cleanlyness, staff being friendly and all. They have been welcoming.

Hostess wasn't truelly forth coming even though this wasn't our first time visiting. Rules have changed for some but not for others. We've respected everything in this facility but the respect was not given back. But all is well, I guess that's just how life is.

Being a vegetarian, I was well taken care off.

My room was very comfy and spacious. Room also looked very good. Convenience of having both dinner and breakfast offered at the hotel was also very good.

When I arrived service was proper, not sure if it's because I was the only client. I could even let go of small things, such as lack of communication well in advance.

Would prefer that the same service level is provided throughout.One should not be made to feel that other clients are better than the other. Not providing access to the microwave, is basically meaning that you must eat cold food because our following day's client is more important than you. No further engagement on this matter, was disappointing.

Bright lights outside which shone in bathroom window & red lights from TV - needed something to cover. Not too serious but was a problem for my husband

The check in was quick and very organized. The room and the bathroom are good size. The bathroom have nice shower and it is modern ,we just loved it. The staff is friendly especially the lady that served us breakfast. The place is in an excellent location less than 5 minutes from the mall. In general everything was good and it is a recommendable place to stay while in Bethlehem ,we would definitely visit again

The lighting from the parking and in front of the rooms is not adequate enough although the place seemed safe enough.

Excellent rooms, with very modern and new facilities. Comfortable king size beds and great bathroom facilities. The property has a pool with tables to sit outside. Extensive breakfast options, thank you very much for the great stay!

It was my second time staying at the Hank. It’s always so clean. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is always so delicious. The place is also so well kept and quiet. I truly enjoy being there.

I didn’t like that they didn’t include the bath robes and slippers as advertised for the executive suite. It’s things that one usually forgets to pack.

It was an awesome experience. The staff is nice and the place itself. There's absolutely nothing I didn't about staying at the Hank. Very nice atmosphere 👌

Modern, neat, comfortable room and bathroom. Everything we need, including friendly staff, and good breakfast. I wouldn't change anything. It is a gemstone and worth every cent spent.

Facilities were excellent and clean

I booked in just after 18:00 and the gentlemen who booked me in, first berated me for parking my car in the wrong place, and really was not very helpful. I was been met by business colleague to go out for dinner, my room was at the back of the complex and i did not have a remote for the front gate, so had to walk around the block to meet my lift. I left my cell phone charger in room and all attempts to contact the guest house to see if they could courier it to me have been unsuccessful, todate.

The staff were all friendly and very polite. They really thought of everything in the room to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The unit we stayed in was spacious, homely, and in immaculate condition. After a long drive, this was the perfect spot to relax and regroup before another day of travelling. What you see in the photos is what you get (and more). They have great attention to detail, and the owners vision to create spacious, luxurious, and comfortable accommodation has been very well executed. Value for money. We did not eat at the establishment, due to our busy schedule, but the breakfast and dinner menu looked very enticing. It was easy to find (even when travelling late at night). Thank you for your effort and pride in what you do as a team in the tourism/hospitality industry. If we ever pass through Bethlehem again, The Hank Guesthouse will definitely be our go-to spot.
