that just a request for 1 extra hour before checkout is charged an extra fee, thats just a slight consideration that owners may need to see as a bonus service, 1 hour isnt so bad.

Mr Cassim was an exceptional host, we requested some blankets and a room change and he was ready to Assist with all kindness in the world may the Good Lord bless him. Very clean and spacious

1. The room are super cold 2. The bedding is soooooo worn out and extremely light. 3. The Blanket provided was unnecessarily thing and didn't make a difference with that bedding. It legit held no merit to the cold weather of Betlhehem 4. The aircon? Did I mention the coldness we endured during our weekend stay? Sigh 😕 the aircon was just making noise with no warm temperature to warm up the room (even with the doors closed) 5. Not even a single bottled water in the fridge. 6. There is no sink for one to rinse their plates (to reuse) 7. The tap has a leakage that kept waking us up in the middle of the night, the Saturday night the tap wasn't closing properly and we were woken up by a running tap / pipe)

The location is chilled, quiete and family friendly.

The place was not as tidy as I had expected. I even found a dead praying mantis in the room. It was as if it had been quiet some time since the room was cleaned.

Secure off-street parking behind electric gate

Very cramped toilet. Loose toilet pot. Loose toilet seat. No toilet paper holder (broken). Single ply toilet paper. Broken shower doors, not functional. Sharp corner of shower cut my foot. No sink in kitchen. New paint over blisters, damp & rust. Unfinished project???

We booked for 9 people but only 5 showed up so we hoped for a refund but🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ none, but all in all everything was so good🤗🤗.

My room was spacious and comfortable.

There was a bad odour that came from the bathroom that made it unpleasant to sleep at night. The shower flooded, it seemed to have a blockage.

The property was equipped with an air conditioning system.

I liked everything about this place it just exceeded my expectations. Very neat and comfortable, the staff went extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed

The place was neat,tidy and clean and smelled fresh, the host was very helpful and understandingwith us, when we were a bit late for check in.

For what we paid, it was passable.

Very strange setup. Tiny bathroom. Tea, coffee sub standard, no milk provided. No adaptors anywhere for charging.

They did not refund us even though we did not spend the night there after being robbed around that area when we were coming from the shops. The staff did not care because if something happens to your guests at your guesthouse you take responsibility and prioritize them. We got robbed and they could not make means of taking us to the hospital. We did not spend the night there but they do not want to refund us when we text and write emails to them they do not respond.
