We booked 2 rooms, one room only had luke warm water in the shower, and the AC did not work properly. I would also suggest a small fridge in the room and maybe a bottle of water. Otherwise, it was really nice!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026I particularly appreciated the excellent customer service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfortable accommodation, and the reliable Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was convenient for attending meetings and events, and the overall environment was quiet, safe, and well maintained.
Sound insulation could be improved, as noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms was noticeable. More electrical outlets near the desk and bedside would be helpful. The room lighting was too dim for working.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Location convinient to my business trip purposes but location won’t probably overcome weaknesses during the stay.
Matress in the bed was keeping me awake for 2 nights (couldn’t sleep since my back was continuously having cramps). Also the room was very old and worn-out. This was originally 2nd choice but had to use it due to original one close to soccer arena was having traffic blocks related to game night. After this experience would have been still a better choice.

Der Lynnwood Compound umfasst einige sehr gute Restaurants und Coffeeshops, einen gut sortierten Woolworth Supermarkt und eine der besten Biltong Metzgereien der Stadt.

You guys must not use starch but rather Staysoft when washing your bath towels, they are very hard. For the future,,,,a small fridge,,,, I need it for an extended stay for insulin.

We stayed on the first floor and smelled the food and kitchen the whole time. We had very rude and noisy guests screaming in the corridor and when we tried phoning reception, there was no answer.

-feels like it could do with more cleanliness as the room seemed dusty -lack of maintenance, room door was squeaky and couldn’t open or close properly, plug points do not seemed to be working -hated the fact that the smell from the kitchen could be felt even on the 5F-poor ventilation
