Bardzo polecam obiekt. Bardzo miły właściciel i czysty pokój, wygodne łóżka z miłą pościelą. Ponadto świetna lokalizacja.

Einfach ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Gemeinschaftsbad in guter Lage. Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nonostante il prezzo alto pagato per una singola persona, é sicuramente il posto piú sporco e sciatto in cui abbia mai soggiornato! I bagni in particolare sporchi per due giorni di fila, evidentemente risparmiano sulle pulizie! Il vano lavatrice tutto in disordine con panni e scatole accatastati ai lati. Il wifi praticamente inutile perché il segnale é debole e va e viene continuamente. Mancano tutti gli accessori base che di solito forniscono gli ostelli: asciugacapelli, bagnoschiuma, attaccapanni o armadio in camera, ventilatore. Insomma, totalmente insoddisfacente!

L’accès sécurisé. La chambre au rez de chausse. La machine à laver et sèche linge très pratique.

Les placards de la cuisine ne sont pas nettoyés. Nous avons trouvé des pommes de terre qui étaient en train de pourrir. Plein d’ insectes se sont envolés quand nous avons ouvert le placard. Le four était sale.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient and excellent value for money

Logement conforme aux attente : Une chambre calme, à l'arrière d'une copropriété. Il y a plusieurs autres chambres dans le bâtiment, mais nous n'avons croisé aucun autre habitant ou voyageur. La chambre est propre, sans fioriture particulière. Le frigo dans la chambre est bien appréciable. La cuisine partagée est un assez basique niveau décoration, mais avec tout le nécessaire pour se préparer des repas sur place. N'ayant croisés personne, nous n'avons jamais eu de soucis d'organisation avec la douche et les 2 toilettes partagés, donc pas de file d'attente à prévoir ;) Torben est également très arrangeant concernant des questions logistiques (stockage de bagages le jour d'arrivée un peu plus tôt que prévu et du départ par ex.) Un bon rapport qualité/prix dans cette ville assez chère.

L'absence de volet / rideaux sombres en ce temps estival où les journées sont longues (mais c'est apparemment très courant dans le pays). De toute évidence, il y a des chambres sous d'autres formes de location (hors voyageurs) et on s'est aperçu après que frigo dans la cuisine leur est surement réservé : mieux vaut ne pas l'ouvrir car on a pas tous le même sens de l'hygiène... (après tout, on aurait probablement pas du l'ouvrir, puisqu'on avait notre propre frigo dans la chambre)

-From the outside it was super quiet, but the walls are super thin so you hear everything going on in the inside (people living upstairs were constantly vacuum cleaning/ moving furniture in the middle of the night) -no possibility to hang your clothes - I'm usually a hostel traveller, my expectations on cleanliness aren't too high, but I really disliked the bathrooms.. it didn't seem like they've got cleaned on a daily basis, a lot of stains, facial hair, cigarette butts were still there the next day -WiFis were really bad All in all I think you can do better considering the price

Ho avuto l'upgrade ad una camera con bagno privato. Non era solo una camera, dato che aveva anche un piccolo cucinotto. Era un mini appartamento. Essendo nel cortile interno non c'era alcun rumore. I letto era comodo e c'erano piatti e padelle per cucinare. Il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale

Other tenants often made noise after quiet hours and smoked inside the building. The bathroom and toilet were always a mess after they used them

It's exactly matching the price. It's close to metro stations, and the streets around are really nice and pretty. Many interesting shops - such as designer shops are nearby. The room is warm and very spacious, and it has a fridge. The kitchen, shower & toilet are also mostly free.

The neighborhood (it's a shared flat, so you will have your temporary housemates) can do the random stuff - for me, it was weird and rude (maybe I'm not that cool person :D). The host explained the situation, so I'll not complain too deeply here.

Die Lage war bestens, der Service um den Check-In und -out ebenfalls. Torben ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bei der hohen Frequenz müsste die Reinigung des Bades täglich erfolgen, es wurde leider zusehends schlechter. Eine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von Kleidung oder Handtüchern auf dem Zimmer fehlt. Ansonsten rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Perfekt läge. Rent och snyggt. Utmärkt kontakt med uthyrare. Verkligen prisvärt.

Location and value for two rooms

Unfortunately cigarette smokers in courtyard allowed smoke in our rooms multiple times.

Estuvimos de viaje familiar mi hermano, mi padre y yo. Cogimos la suite con baño privado en la habitación. Las sábanas y toallas están incluidas en el precio, hay secador de pelo y una nevera en la habitación. La habitación está muy bien, es espaciosa y tiene dos habitaciones que se pueden aislar con una puerta. Está en un sitio tranquilo, residencial y a 10 minutos andando de una parada de metro. También se puede ir caminando hacia el centro por la calle principal e ir viendo la ciudad. Calidad-precio genial, ya que allí es todo bastante caro. El anfitrión atento y respondiendo al washap enseguida cuando había alguna duda. Cocina compartida en el piso de abajo que no usamos mucho, solo usamos el microondas para calentar, pero tiene de todo lo necesario.

Se escuchan un poco los ruidos de la cocina en el piso de arriba, pero tampoco es mucho problema. Pondría más mantas abrigadas en la habitación, ya que se notaba un poco de frío en estas fechas

Cant hear any traffic noise, rooms comfortable and loved watching Netflix after a full day of sightseeing . Bus stop right in front of the entrance

The appartment is in a very good location, close to the public transport stop. Calm and pleasant place in the backyard. And the host is a very helpful young man. The rooms and shared kitchen are well equipped.

For some people, a shared kitchen could be a problem but we didn't mind.

Private room was really clean and nice. Price was good and the host was very friendly.

The shared spaces (kithcen, corridor and bathroom) smelled of tobacco, due to someone smoking in their room. Other guests had also left the kitchen messy.

El apartamento es cómodo y agradable y limpio, con baño propio y una pequeña nevera. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, un barrio bonito y tranquilo, a 15 minutos en metro del centro de la ciudad. Casa muy sencilla pero muy muy correcta en relación a su precio.

La cocina compartida estaba un poco descuidada.

Central location, near Frederiksberg and Frederiksberg Alle metro stations. Nice host.

Cleaning schedule too sparse, last days facilities were a bit dirty. Also sound isolation/architectural layout was suboptimal, since room was near kitchen and hence privacy was reduced. Beds were a bit small, ok for value.

Spazi condivisi, soprattutto la cucina un po' sporca. Però questo dipende soprattutto dagli altri coinquilini, purtroppo come si sa non tutte le persone hanno lo stesso concetto di pulizia. Per il resto vedevo che gli spazi comuni venivano puliti.

Lokalita byla skvělá i pokoj byl čistý. Také koupelna byla v pořádku.

Nebylo to tak tiché. V noci se vždy prala pračka a bylo to slyšet k nám do pokoje. Soused, který tam nejspíš žije dlouhodobě se v noci díval v kuchyňce na filmy velmi nahlas nebo telefonoval ve 3 ráno také v kuchyni a to vše bylo slyšet jako by byl u nás v pokoji. Kuchyňku jsme nepoužívali.

Está ubicado en un barrio muy bonito y con todos los servicios cerca. El ambiente fue muy respetuoso. Cocina compartida lo que también te permitía hacer algunas comidas en el alojamiento.

El menaje de la cocina estaba bastante deteriorado. No estaba muy limpio.

Great place to stay in the city. We had a room 10 with two bedrooms and a bathroom. There was also a fridge in the room which was awesome. It has everything you will need for a nice, comfortable stay! It's very close to a bus stop so you can travel to the city center with no problems. Also they accept animals which is great. There is even parking but ask for it in advance.

Wonderful to find a simple, basic, room in a good location. Pre-visit information and messaging was exceptionally good.

Needs coat hooks or similar for wet coats and wet towels. Hand towels as well as bath towels would be appreciated, and a second pillow.

The location was really convenient and the staff was quick to answer our questions.

It was really dirty. Talking about blood on the shower curtain and dead roaches in the kitchen sink. Really disgusting. I didn’t want to touch any surface. I asked them to clean the place and the bathroom was cleaned and we were given access to another toilet to use by ourselves that was clean. We still had to use the common shower though. We were told that we would share the common areas with one other person but I was 4 more. These people seemed to be living there permanently. They were really loud during the day and night and we had to use earplugs to sleep. They were shouting, playing loud music and slamming the doors like there’s no tomorrow. It was definitely not a quiet yellow courtyard apartment..

Easy access, clean, has all you can need although hairdryer and at least plastic curtain between toilet and shower could be added :) Beds are comfortable, very nice table and chairs in the second room, it was pleasant to relax with friends after 30000 steps each day :) Overall all is good. Owner is very friendly, gave us advise and directions regarding public transport.

Location is great, room was very comfortable and good size.

Common kitchen and bathroom seems to be shared with a lot of people, wasn’t too much of an issue but just bear in mind. Also the other guests (or permanent tenants? Not sure) were constantly smoking in the back garden and the smoke came directly into our room and the house at all times of the day. Again was not a massive problem for us but if you were a non-smoker/asthmatic might be unpleasant.

The staff was really nice and he was always replying immediately. The location was perfect with groceries stores nearby. It was also quite and we could rest properly. The kitchen was well equipped though the kettle needs to be replaced.

There were not darkening courtains so the light came in the room. If you sleep in the bed next to the window you could sense some air coming from outside. We missed a hanger or something so we could hang our jackets. Overall, some decorative elements or changing the lamps of the room which were broken would make more pleasant the stay.

A quiet place. The rooms were on the second floor and were spacious, with a private bathroom and toilet. The kitchen was shared with other guests. It was about a 30-minute walk to the center of Copenhagen, with grocery stores nearby. Clear check-in instructions were provided. The host kindly allowed us to check out 30 minutes later, for which we are grateful. Overall, very good value for money.

Tall people should be careful with the sloped ceiling to avoid hitting their heads. As a downside, I would mention that the floor unfortunately creaked in several places. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable for all of us.

It was very cozy and warm - just perfect for the outside weather. The location is really good, with metro/bus and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower. It was without any curtain and on the same level with the toilet and washbasin, so all the water was spreading all over the bathroom.

Very quiet and in a good part of Copenhagen. The apartment was good with plenty of space. The bathroom was a private bathroom with towels provided. Kitchen was a shared kitchen downstairs and fine. Good communication from Torben about the booking.

The door to the apartment was a little problematic as when locked from the inside it was very difficult to unlock (definitely broken) requiring us to sleep with the door unlocked at night, some people might be uncomfortable with that. The initial communication said that towels weren’t provided but could be arranged for an extra cost. We did ask a couple of days before we traveled how much it cost for towels and received no reply until we arrived. We packed towels despite them being provided and this took up a significant portion of our baggage allowance (only hand luggage). Wifi wasn’t good enough to stream a film or to have an online meeting.

Save parking on the courtyard for a not too large car, perfect for mine.

I can only recommend, excellent location, very comfortable apartment.

Position is good, close to the underground station.

We stayed for four nights in room 14, on the ground floor.  We found the room very dusty, like there weren't regular cleaning, just like in the shared bathroom.  There were also spiders and cobwebs all around.  It was very difficult to sleep after 6.30/7.00 am due to the lack of proper blinds and very thin curtains.  Both the floors and the doors were very loud.  Overall sleeping here is a chore.

very dirty, with tufts of hair curled up in the corners of the shower. dust. hair in the furniture and on the shelves .cobwebs. crumbs everywhere. broken windows with wads of dust. Kitchen also very dirty inside drawers .How do you present a room like this?

A bit too quiet neighborhood but quite nice and quite close by metro or bike to the more dynamic places.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, the dishwasher in the shared kitchen was a really good idea. There were even amenities such as tv, hairdryer or towels which weren't listed on the booking (maybe adding them in the description would be helpful to those choosing their stay based on such things). Overall really pleasant stay :)

A curtain in the upstairs shower would be useful, because after four people the floor gets really slippery.

Great position (5 minutes walk away from one of the main metro station), everything clean and check-in easy and immediate. The host is available to answer any question via message and the room was great (we booked the suite with 4 beds and the private bathroom).

We loved everything!

Location was good, with bakery, supermarket, restaurants and cafes at the walking distance. Beds were comfy, but a bit softer than I like. There were a hairdryer in the room.

Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything, one guy was in the house as well, he would get up around 7am and start making the breakfast, banging with the kitchen cabinet’s doors and dishes, playing some shows on his phone etc. Bathroom was shared, so bring some slippers, you will need them for sure. Also the hygiene in the bathroom was not great. Kitchen was fine, but then I saw the toaster and the kettle, so I decided not to use it. Fridge would use some deep cleaning as well.

Location is perfect.

I wish I had stayed in this yellow building instead of the red one from the beginning. This place was much better in terms of kitchen appliances. The only problem was that the oven was a little dirty. Also, the shared bathroom was much more comfortable to use than the one in the red building, because the shower head in the red house did not stay in place and needed to be repaired.

In the middle of the city, just far enough from the street to have a quite place away from traffic sounds.

The location was amazing, we only walked and didnt rely on public transport at all during our stay. Also what really sold us, that our dog was able to stay with us.

A coffee machine in the kitchen would have been nice :)

Excellent location! The upstairs rooms where we stayed were very spacious, kitchen well equipped. Torben was very friendly and helpful.

During the winter months it can get quite cold, despite the radiators. Especially the kitchen was ice cold. Also noises from the rest of the house can be easily heard. We weren't disturbed at all, only worried our squeaking floor upstairs might disturb other people.

The Yellow Courtyard Apartment is in a very nice neighborhood with most major sights only a short ride on the metro away, it was the perfect home base for a city trip to Copenhagen.

While the staff were very helpful and replied to our questions quickly the bathroom could have been cleaner, but that is to be expected of a shared space.

Located in a very nice area in Fredriksberg. The room (no. 9) was large and well lit. The shared kitchen and batthroom(s) were no problem at all. If you don't want to cook, you find lots of nice places around. The dogs were welcome and it was possible to park the car in the courtyard.

The blinds could not really darken the "windows" at night and the light in the courtyard was on all night. It even went brighter when ever somebody entered. So if you need a dark room, bring a sleepig mask. One tiny disadvantage is the fact that all "windows" in room no. 9 are doors and it is not easy to keep them open to lower the room temperature.

Everything, our room was very spacious and Cozy..nice to use the kitchen - Great people around. Torben was really helpful

Torben was a great host , the location was great for exploring Copenhagen and the facilities were excellent.

We stayed in room 10 on the top floor and had our own private bathroom, the room was spacious with a comfortable lounging area and a whole extra room if we needed it. It is located on a street with lots of amenities including bakeries, restaurants and boutique shops. Short walk to the metro. Quiet at night in the courtyard. Good communication from the host, detailed instructions were provided well ahead of check-in to allow for planning. Had a kitchen and laundry facilities.

Close to a school, sounds of kids playing in the morning and after school, which was actually quiet pleasant to hear but can be a bit loud in the morning if you prefer to sleep in. Few areas that could use more attention and maintenance, some lights in the room didn't turn on so it was quite dark at night, there were no blinds on the windows directly across the bed, and the ones behind the TV fell off the hook when trying to close. We were going to store our food in the kitchen cupboard but it was dusty and there was a dead bug.

Can't beat the location! Close to the historic centre, in a nice neighbourhood. Also being at the back of a building means you are away of the busy street. The rooms were spatious.

The electric appliances in the room were a bit dodgy (lamps and sockets) and the shared kitchen was a bit scruffy. But the positives outweighted for us against these points.

Excellent Accommodation and an Exceptional Host, Torben🙂Facilities were Spotless and Everything that We needed for a Magical Holiday in Beautiful Copenhagen! The Location was Incredible, within walking distance to the Centre of the City and Frederiksberg was a Great Base to be for Exploring😉

Perfect! Family of four with two children, 11 and 16 years old. Bus stop right outside the door. 10 minutes by bus from Tivoli, Copenhagen zoo, museums and shopping. Fantastic location. Incredibly good beds. Quiet and peaceful area. Nice and clean. Great that we got our own bathroom on the 2nd floor. Next time in København we will rent this place again. Thank you!

Great communication by the owner, good directions and checking in instructions and frequent checking everything was OK. The location was excellent, just two stops on the Metro from central station. Local area has supermarkets close by and eating places at a reasonable cost. Being in a courtyard we were isolated from city noise. Roomy apartment. Shared kitchen was no bother.

Not all the lights worked and the wiring seemed a bit dodgy.

you could heat everything from the kitchen, but its not the owners fault, some people just dont know how to behave when they are using shared facilities.

The location is great, you can take a 20 minute hike to the city centre but otherwise the matrostation is right around the corner which drives 24/7 every 3 minutes. This apartment was a low budget stay, since it's much cheaper than a hotel or even other apartments but the price value is marvellous! Even though you're so close to the city which has busy roads, policesirens and lot of people (can be difficult when you are used to the countryside) this apartment is dead quiet since its located behind a tall at a courtyard what cuts you off from the city hectic while being only 2 doors away. The bathroom and kitchen are small but the shower feels nice and the kitchen had all the necessities for a simple meal. The beds were surprisingly good and we slept like a baby. The host was great, easy to contact and willing to help.(the pillows were to soft for me which hurt my neck, so I send her a message and she brought by another one the same day)
