Le stanze c era scritto che avevamo una certa dimensione e invece erano piccolissime da non riuscire a muoversi. Inoltre in un dormitorio da 6 persone fornivano di default solo due rotoli di carta igienica che sistematicamente finivano in fretta. Pulizia un po’ a desiderare ma nei dormitori è facile che non sia un problema del personale quanto delle persone incivili.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Het was heel fijn dat er een keuken was waar je gebruik van kon maken. Dat zorgt er zeker voor dat het geen heel laag cijfer is. De locatie was ook heel goed. Dichtbij het centraal station en het centrum.
De kamer was er klein. De deur van de badkamer kon niet helemaal open omdat het bed in de weg stond. Verder zag het er niet netjes afgewerkt uit.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026It was close to the train station. It was cheaper than a boutique hotel. It was clean. The room had a high ceiling, a big window, good bathroom, and was more spacious than Ibis hotel rooms. Staff was very nice. The room would be good for a family. Good value for the money.
Well,we are 80 years old and love a pretty boutique hotel, but for one night this worked fine.

The room is so old and worn out. There were a plug out of its socket and the hair dryer wasn’t working. Mentioned this at the reception at checkout. The twin room is small but functional mostly. Poor water pressure in the shower.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Eigentlich nichts – außer der Lage. Die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt praktisch. Ansonsten können wir leider keinen positiven Aspekt der Unterkunft nennen.
Leider nahezu alles. Das Zimmer war extrem klein und durch die Dachschräge zusätzlich beengt. Man konnte nicht einmal aufrecht um das Bett gehen. Das Fenster ließ sich nur einen Spalt öffnen. Der Boden knarrte bei praktisch jedem Schritt und bewegte bzw. vibrierte spürbar, wenn jemand am Gang vorbeiging. Die Unterkunft war zudem extrem hellhörig – selbst das Umdrehen des Gastes im Nachbarzimmer im Bett war deutlich zu hören. Das Badezimmer war winzig und die Dusche in einem ekelhaft ungepflegten Zustand, mit deutlichen Verschmutzungen, Rost und schwarzen Ablagerungen an Fugen und Übergängen. Für eine Unterkunft, die sich als Hotel bezeichnet, ist das schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt wirkte das Gebäude alt, abgewohnt und schäbig. Durch die vielen Schüler und Gruppen entstand der Eindruck einer Massenabfertigung – Masse statt Klasse. Dazu kamen frühmorgendliche Arbeiten im Innenhof, die uns den Schlaf raubten. Auch das Frühstück war eine Zumutung: Es gab nicht genügend Sitzplätze, sodass wir an der Bar im Stehen essen mussten. Als Alternative wurde uns der Außenbereich angeboten, obwohl dort nach dem Regen alles nass war. Besonders ärgerlich: Das Frühstück wurde uns über verschiedene Plattformen mehrfach per E-Mail angeboten, wodurch es zu einer Doppelbuchung kam. Laut Rezeptionistin soll der doppelt bezahlte Betrag refundiert werden – wir warten noch darauf. Unser größter Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Diskrepanz zwischen dem, was hier als „Hotel“ suggeriert wird, und dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Für uns handelt es sich eindeutig eher um ein Hostel bzw. eine Jugendherberge. Der einzige wirklich modern wirkende Bereich war ausgerechnet die Bar bzw. der Frühstücksbereich – also jener Teil, den man von außen zuerst wahrnimmt. Der Kontrast zum restlichen Gebäude ist auffällig und hinterlässt bei uns leider den Eindruck von „Tarnen und Täuschen“. Man sollte sich wirklich überlegen, wie man sich am Markt positionieren möchte. Als Hotel jedenfalls nicht.

There is only one bathroom with toilet in a 10 beds dorm, and there are no dedicated bathroom and toilet rooms in the corridor (apparently there are, but only on 3rd floor, I was on 5th). I mised scrambled eggs and saussages for breakfast, these two are de-facto standard everywhere.
