The room needs pest control. There were a lot of ants. The fridge was completely empty, they didn’t even give us water to drink. We had to go buy water ourselves. The cleaning service was weird, almost like they were really not up for it, we ended up saying they can go

Place is neat and comfortable. Lovington went beyond our expectation to cater for all our needs. He was an excellent host.

The towels and the bed linen has really aged. The towels are old and rough. The door was banging due to wind, we had to put the toilet paper to close the gap and sleep.

The King Room with the full sea view was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and the stunning views made our stay truly unforgettable. The guesthouse was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It's clear that the owners go the extra mile to ensure their guests have everything they need. We also really appreciated the security, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax by the sea. We highly recommend Santorini Guesthouse to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and secure place to stay with incredible ocean views. We will definitely be back!

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The Spa treatment was excellent. Had neck, shoulder and back massage x 2. Did my nails also. The Spa need atmosphere.
Room 14 - there were no towel rails in bathroom to hang the towels on. No chair at the mirror. You need to stand up and do your hair and make-up. If you stand the mirror was too low and you need to bend the hole time when you do your make-up and hair. Not comfortable at all. The room needs a little kitchenet. There is a cupboard for the kettle and microwave, but it is too high. I am 1.63m and I could not pour coffee in the mugs without burning myself, because I could not see what I was doing because of the height and working space. The cupboards doors were filthy with hand marks on the cupboards and corners of the wall. The light switches were also dirty. The rest of the place was very clean. At the retainer wall of the property that face the seafront there was rubbish dumped in the garden and bushes. That was so disappointing. The linen was clean and crispy white! Bonus.

That there was a wedding event and people were very noisy. Yes they left around 17:30 but what if I want that peace of mind then? I think there should be a complete separate area for the guests and a function area There’s a potential but they are not there yet. There are places around that area which are more superb that place. They need to pull up their socks because the competition is high i that area I won’t go back there again, knowing all the places around now

Aircon was not functioning properly, it was coughing out debri, we had to wipe the surface of all counters and the wardrobe inside, the unpleasant smell of the room when we arrived we had to buy our own air freshener/ scent, Wi-fi network was slow at times, we didn’t really experience any see view it was mostly garden view.

The furniture is very old and dusty, especially the headboard. The rooms need plates, and cutlery. There was no mat for the shower door, and the floors are slippery. This is a health hazard.
