Die Lage ist hervorragend und das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber! Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss!

Obwohl der Besitzer sehr freundlich war und fanden wir die Verkaufsveranstaltung schon im vornherein per Email und auch bei Ankunft für Transfers, Ausflüge/Stadtrundfahrten, TukTuks, Fahrräder usw. am Anfang sehr überfordernt. Weniger ist mehr, heißt bei uns ein Sprichwort! Das würden wir dem Besirzer gerne nahelegen. Da wir ja auch gar nicht gefragt wurden, ob wir das alles benötigen.

The location was very good - it was located between the train station and the historical park. There were several restaurants around the property. (You can take a boat across the river from/to the train station.) The room was quite large, clean, and comfortable. The wooden house had a good atmosphere.

Of course, the wooden building had a little disadvantage. You had to be careful not to make large noises or spill water on the floor. But that's understandable.

Willy from the reception, a very nice man, received us, explained us about the place, took care of everything we needed and made the stay more pleasant. Thanks Willy.

The house has charm because its a wooden house. Its allso an older hpuse. And the wooden floors makes noise. We didn't hear much of other guests but it can be something to keep in mind.

Willy, the host, was warm and friendly.

Uitstekende locatie, zowel dichtbij winkels, markt en nachtmarkt, als redelijk centraal tussen de verschillende tempelgebieden.

Omdat het een houten gebouw is, is het gehorig. Je kunt dus pech hebben als er luidruchtige andere gasten zijn.

Location was great, air conditioning worked great until it started dripping a lot. Bikes were for rent for 60 bhat, one got a flat tire and Mr. Willie, who is the manager said they aren’t responsible because the hotel just rents the bikes. Nice tables and lounge area to sit at. Mr. Willie is very helpful with information about anything you ask about.

Vi tyckte det var ett ganska mysigt hotell/guest house på gångavstånd från kajen och nattmarknaden. Trevligt med ett klassiskt thaihus i trä.

Sängen var alldeles för hård för oss tyvärr, men lakanen var sköna.

Good value. Good location. 12-15 min walk to wat mahathat and night market.

Sign says not to flush toilet paper (and other stuff) in the toilet! I clarified with staff and he says that is correct and to put soiled toilet paper in trash can. Staff has a stern demeanor but is efficient and answers all questions.

Willy was an exceptional host who provided good recommendations for our trip.

The hotel has a charming traditional wooden design and offers a unique local atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Guests are required to remove their shoes before going upstairs, which may not be convenient for everyone. The air conditioning is quite old and has limited settings, so the room can sometimes feel too warm or too cold. The hotel is also located quite far from the city center, so you'll need to take a tuk-tuk or taxi to get around.

La sala de relajacion muy acogedora, solo muy calurosa, quizas ahi ver alguna mejora.

Great location in a traditional style house. Owner and his son incredibly helpful, and also arranged a really good value river cruise/ tour. Plenty of food options nearby, night market a ten minute walk away, 7/11 a five min walk. A/c worked well, comfortable bed, fridge and coffee making facilities in the room. Good shower with shampoo and shower gel provided.

Hôtel avec âme Tai. Chambre propre, spacieuse, bien équipée et au calme. Accueil très chaleureux et toujours à nos petits soins pour rendre notre séjour agréable. On a loué un scooter directement avec lui et il nous a réservé notre bus.

Pas de petit déjeuner de proposé. Un peu excentré. L'évacuation de la douche est à revoir

It’s a quirky old wooden accommodation a short distance from the temple complex with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area

It was noisy in the night. Dogs howling and other creature noises etc but that’s not the hotels fault.

La salle de bain aurait très grandement besoin de rénovation , l’obligation d’ôter nos souliers dans tout l’établissement, l’isolation de la chambre ( on aurait dit que les voisins étaient dans notre chambre tellement l’isolation était déficiente)

Room is like a little wooden house - of course it gets hot. When I arrived, it was extremely extremely hot. Even the liquid soap was hot. Even after 20 mins it was not cooling down. Then of course if you leave, with the key card, electric goes away and no more air conditioning - so when I came back it was still super hot. In all of this, and from the beginning, the main host was extremely rude (the younger helper was nicer). He should make sure the guests find the room in an acceptable condition when they check in - including cooling down the space to a decent temperature. Moreover, the wifi didn't work (i checked the password multiple time). And the host said check in was at 11 (on booking it said 12). Bikes can be rented only until 6pm, which doesn't make sense to me. So I had to go to another bike rental.

Very comfortable room, clean and set in a typical Thai house. 10 minutes by walk to Ayatthaya ruins. Bicycles are available for guests (I recommend to use bycicles, it’s the best way to visit the city).

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner. L'endroit est très sympa. Terrasse extérieure commune pour se poser et petit coin où l'on peut s'allonger pour se reposer. L'hôte prête des vélos et nous a proposé un circuit en bateau très sympa.

I'm always sorry to give some negative opinion, and it's very rare, because I too, being a host of different structures, always inform myself first and understand certain situations... Unfortunately this time I was very disappointed by this stay and as I read in previous reviews by the less than hospitable behavior of the host, I've been traveling in South East Asia for 2 months but it's the first time. As soon as I arrived the host was rude and not very hospitable, he didn't give me any information about the area, he is only interested in renting motorbikes, bicycles and selling bus tickets... I rented a scooter at much higher prices than other shops, upon delivery he immediately demanded my money in an arrogant and rude way, later I verified that the scooter was very dangerous, without brakes, smooth wheels and during the journey he lost the key!! He also wanted it to be returned with a full tank of petrol when he gave it to me delivered 3/4.. very dishonest.. I risked having an accident several times and I have 3 motorbikes that I have been using for over 30 years!! For the rest, the bathroom is miserable, unhygienic, the room is not soundproofed at all, you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, the air conditioning is aimed at the bed and you can't use it because it's annoying. the host should change profession, perhaps work in the fields. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

L'accueil et les conseils du gérant, l'emplacement, Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé à proximité des temples. On conseille le tour de bateau proposé par l'hôtel vers 16h pour voir les temples vers le coucher du soleil. Fabuleux

Je recommande cet établissement ! Willy, le propriétaire, est d une efficacité incroyable !il vous aide à optimiser votre passage à Ayutthaya. Nous avons réservé avec lui un tuk tuk le matin pour visiter les temples. Un tour en bateau l après midi. Ainsi que notre transfert pour Sukhothai. Tout s est super bien passé, Le logement bénéficie d un Excellent emplacement, proche de tout à pieds. La chambre est grande et propre. Merci pour tout Willy 🙏

Très bonne localisation. Hôte disponible et enclin à conseiller sur la ville. Propose des locations de vélo et scooter à la journée. Plusieurs offres de réservation de bus pour sukotai et Chiangmai.

Odeur très forte dans la salle de bain … Les oreillers sont très durs et épais c’est dommage car le lit et les draps sont très agréables. Pas de rideaux sur une fenêtre en haut donc réveil matinal avec le soleil.

Centrally located in Ayutthaya, close to the night market and within walking / cycling distance of the temples. Good rooms with good AC. Overall a good place to base yourself for visiting the city.

L'accueil du seul employé présent était glacial, le pire de ma vie, c'est peu dire. Il a donné les indications à toute vitesse, comme un robot, sans un seul sourire. J'ai eu envie de fuir ce lieu. Heureusement ce n'était que pour une nuit. La chambre que j'avais a un grand besoin de rafraichissement. On sent les ressorts du matelas, ce qui est plutôt inconfortable. Je n'avais pas de balcon, comme précisé dans la réservation.

Aardige eigenaar , doet alles om dat je het naar wens hebt. Een boot tour gedaan op aanraden van de eigenaar, was erg leuk. Volgende dag hadden we fietsen gehuurd voor een prikkie. In 10 min lopen zijn er aantal restaurants. Het is een simpel verblijf maar helemaal prima.

Er is alleen een koude douche en de kamers zijn erg gehorig.

We absolutely loved the stay. Clean, comfortable, great location, and with the host, it’s just naturally a place we feel we could trust and relax. We also appreciated the boat tour from 4-6pm (200baht/person) which was really nice.

La stanza è carina e spaziosa, per il prezzo è ottima. Coperte molto morbide e bollitore presenti. Posizione vicino alla stazione e possibilità di noleggiare le bici per visitare il parco. Il proprietario ci ha permesso di fare self check in a mezzanotte.

Il propietario ci ha fatto pagare il noleggio delle bici 80 bath, per poi ritornare in struttura per restituirle e vedere un cartello con scritto "rent a bike 60 bath" (che ha provveduto a togliere non appena siamo arrivati). Non è stato carino e rispettoso. Le pareti sono molto sottili (sentivamo russare il vicino di stanza) e il bagno aveva un brutto odore.

Llegamos antes de la hora y uno de nosotros no se encontraba bien, nos dejó entrar antes de la hora previo pago de una cantidad por cada hora anticipada, a pesar de que la habitación ya estaba lista. Hay que tener un poco más de empatía. El trato del señor que la lleva. Mi primer hotel en Tailandia y no sabía que había que descalzarse antes de entrar en recepción, solo puse un pie y recibí una bronca, eso sí, si viene un matrimonio y entran los dos calzados a ellos no le dice nada. Solo es simpático cuando te habla de las excursiones

Top Service und Beratung. Der Manager nahm sich viel Zeit, um uns alle Sehenswürdigkeiten genau zu erklären. Er stellte uns einen Plan zusammen, mit welchem wir alle Highlights an einem Tag erleben konnten. Die vermittelte Bootfahrt war klasse. Der Chillout Bereich im Hostel ist toll! Danke für Alles!

Willy the host was the most kind and funny person! He helped us out with our travel plans and recommended us one of the best restaurants in Ayutthaya. The rooms as the whole guest house were clean and comfortable.

Le gérant de l’hôtel est tout simplement, quand nous repartons pour le train de nuit, il nous propose de garder les valises, un coin détente est à notre disposition et on a la possibilité de reprendre une douche avant le départ, c’est top !

Great location very near everything you need in Ayutthaya. Willy, the owner, provided very valuable information and would help in anything needed. Room was very big and comfy (we stayed in twin room).
