T&N home Ayutthaya

It was located perfectly, just tucked away from a Main Street but very close to shops and night markets. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and were happy to assist with anything (they helped me sort transport to my next place!) The rooms were well presented and clean, you got a fridge with 2 free bottles of water and a selection of snacks and drinks you could buy. The bed in the room was huge so I enjoyed it all to myself! No mention of breakfast being included but it was and it was just the perfect amount to start the day. I was also given watermelon in the afternoon as a snack which is my favourite! 10/10 for this property and I would 100% be returning

Extrem nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben zur Begrüßung gleich Wassermelone bekommen. Ausflüge und Fahrradverleih wird auf Wunsch organisiert und man bekommt auch gleich einen klassischen Stadtplan mit den wichtigsten Routen. Frühstück war inkl. und gut.

Frühstück war super und zudem erhält man täglich 1x frisches Obst als kleinen Snack. Toll war auch, dass wir am Abreisetag nach erkunden von Tempeln noch einmal duschen konnten um frisch ins Grab zu steigen.

Les hôtes sont très accueillants. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans une rue plutôt calme. Notre chambre familiale était propre et spacieuse.

Ongelooflijk gastvrije, behulpzame en hartelijke familie! Met oog voor detail. Familiale sfeer. Kleinschaligheid. Je kan er een fiets huren om naar de verderop gelegen tempels te fietsen. (Om alle tempels te zien heb je minstens een volledige dag nodig...)

La struttura era molto pulita e climatizzata bene. Erano disponibili delle ciabattine gratuitamente. In camera c’era il frigo bar rifornito con due bottigliette d’acqua ad uso gratuito. Mi hanno accolto con una ciotola di anguria già tagliata, mi ha fatto molto piacere. C’è un servizio bici a 60tbh/day, dopo il check-out mi hanno tenuto lo zaino e ritornato mi hanno messo a disposizione una doccia. La signora parla bene inglese ed è simpaticissima, ti consiglia tutto ed eventualmente ti organizza un giro sul fiume per vedere alcuni templi. Lei fantastica davvero! Veramente molto molto gentili e disponibili

L'accueil de la famille était super! Nous sommes arrivés à 5h du matin par le train et la famille a fait le check-in et nous a installés dans la chambre, nous avons pu continuer notre nuit. Toute la famille est adorable et nous aide à organiser les activités.

Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés. Petit déjeuner très bien. Nous avons loué les vélos pour visiter les temples. Nous avons bien aimé le tour sur la rivière proposé par l’hébergement pour voir 3 temples.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners were very nice and helpful and even arranged a car for me to get to the airport.

Supervriendelijke ontvangst. Lekker ontbijt, elke dag een potje verse watermeloen, gratis thee of koffie. Ze regelden een boottocht naar drie tempels voor ons en we huurden fietsen om andere tempels te bezoeken. Een aanrader.

Tidy room in a quiet area with air con and good wifi, overall great value base to explore Ayutthaya. The bed was huge and pillows were nice. The complimentary breakfast was great: fried eggs, toast and fruit :) thank you to the friendly hosts

Acceuil super sympa. Toute la famille est disponible pour aider. Même après le séjour ils nous ont proposé la douche après la dernière journée sur Ayutthaya avant notre départ. Et le service lessive impeccable de la grand mère. Chambre familiale grande parfait!

Freundlichste und netteste Gastgeberfamilie, welche wir bisher erleben durften. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt. Egal ob Melonensnack jeden Tag, ein wunderbares Frühstück kostenlos jeden Morgen, obwohl nicht gebucht, Kaffee, Tee..... Hilfe bei dem Ausleihen der Fahrräder. Zur Verfügung stellen von Geschirr bei auf dem Nachtmarkt gekauften Essen. Echt einfach nur top. Ich habe überall volle Punktzahl gegeben. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden! Sauberkeit so in Asien auch noch nie gesehen. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch, wer ein hervorragendes Preisleistungsverhältnis mit Wohlfühlfaktor sucht, sollte auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft buchen!

The staff are friendly and informative. It's like a homey bed and breakfast, a large two-storey bungalow in a residential street. It has what we need for a basic one-night stay. The room is also quite spacious with good air-conditioning. Many of the historical sites are within walking distance. Please be prepared that if you have a lot of luggage, it would not be very convenient because it has no elevator. For this price, it was real value for money.

This was absolutely fabulous, we really loved our stay at T & N home. The family symbolise everything that is beautiful about Thailand and its people. They are wonderful, helpful, happy and very accomodating with such beautiful generosity. The Property is in a fabulous location, you can easily walk to the night market, river, local meat market and a wide range of restaurants and Wats. The prices here are a little bit lower than Bangkok, but the food is even better.

It was great!!! We slept really well, were incredibly comfortable in the room and the common area.

I appreciated the watermelon at check-in, and the cheap rate. I did not stay for breakfast as it started at 8am and Ayutthaya was already very hot by that time, I wanted to explore the sites while the air was cool (ish). I enjoyed riding the bike, although better bikes can be rented near the train station.

The bikes are not in good condition and you rent them at the same price that in the street rentals where they look much better.

Le super petit déjeuné compris dans le prix. Les belles petites attentions, de la pastèque bien fraîche notre arrivée et après une journée bien chaude.

La climatisation est située juste au dessus du lit. Du coup si on l'allume on a un gros risque de tomber malade et si on ne l'allume pas c'est juste la fournaise. De plus, le logement est vieillot et mal insonorisé.

La chambre était très propre, avec la climatisation très appréciable. Très bon accueil et le petit dej inclu, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans Booking.

Der Empfang war so herzlich. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir wurden sofort mit vielen wertvollen Tips über Besichtigungen der Tempel informiert. Alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt und man hatte sich um Taxi, Tuk-Tuc, Boot … usw. gekümmert. Alles super kompetent, schnell und herzlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Lage war gut und zentral. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Ein wunderbares Familienunternehmen. Danke und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Geen parkeerplaats voor de auto. Wordt aangegeven maar niet gelezen.

Krásné ubytování. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý, pohodlné postele. Snídaně výborná. Každý den čisté ručníky, voda. Jako pozornost meloun. Hostitelé jsou úžasní. Využili jsme nabízenou plavbu lodí s návštěvou třech chrámů. Další den jsme si zapůjčili kola, které ubytování nabízí. Klidná lokalita, blízkosti 7/11, noční market, chrámy - 10-15 min chůze. Doporučujeme!

Great location, room with everything we needed, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Option to buy food and drink in the room or at reception, bag storage for the whole day and they even booked us a really affordable sunset temple boat tour (£5 each). Breakfast included too which was delicious and a nice touch.

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr höfliches Personal. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Ayutthaya nur empfehlen.

Uns wurde. eine Bootsfahrt angepriesen, was für uns sehr schön klang, also ließen wir uns darauf ein. Als wir dann allerdings am Kay in ein Boot, mit 25 weiteren Mitfahrern, gezwängt worden, waren wir nicht begeistert, es war so unbequem, dass wir entschieden nach dem 1. Stop nicht mehr weiterzufahren. 1000 Baht in den Sand gesetzt, Die Unterkunft sollte auf die Bedingungen ung Umstände so einer Bootsfahrt hinweisen. Trotzdem keine Vorwürfe an die Unterkunft.

The family who run T&N Homestay were so nice and helpful. Only the daughter speaks English but the whole family is very friendly. It's fairly basic but the breakfast is fresh and tasty, and every afternoon, they give you a Tupperware of fresh watermelon--delicious in the heat. Aircon in the room worked well. Amazing value for money and near lots of interesting sights and good places to eat.

People are kind and helpfull. There is bike on site and possibility to book a boat tour. Then, there is a minibar in the room ^^ it permitt to remedy a lack of basic things, really helpful for late arrival.

Really nice place to stay. Host family are lovely and really make you feel at home. Nice breakfast. They did my laundry and I also hired a bike from them. Rooms are basic but large and have everything if you need Free fruit on arrival and also the next day.

Presenti tutti i servizi, esempio frigo bar, aria condizionata, asciugamani ecc. Personale molto cordiale, colazione abbondante inclusa. Probabilmente uno dei migliori per qualità / prezzo.

La struttura non è nuova e la camera si affacciava su un vicolo molto stretto, si vedeva soltanto il muro dell'edificio di fianco. C'erano altre due finestre con stranamente vista corridoio, dando una sensazione un po' claustrofobica.

Los dueños de la casa son encantadores. Nos ofrecieron sandía cuando llegamos y nos sentimos bienvenidos hasta que nos marchamos tras desayunar. El alojamiento está relativamente cerca de los templos importantes y de la parada de minibuses a Bangkok.

Es una casa modesta como alojamiento, tipo pensión.

La possibilité de laver du linge

Locations de 2 chambres dont pour une il a fallu déménager lors de notre court séjour de 2 jours pour motifs de mauvaise gestion de la propriétaire (qui avait loué deux fois la même chambre), un chien qui aboie beaucoup, et le petit déjeuner avec vu sur les rangées de vélos de location : bref pas génial ! En plus l’emplacement et les conseils de la propriétaire ne correspondaient à rien de fiable, alors que la note de booking était très correcte !

Un 10 . Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron con algunas dudas . Está muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y la habitación está llena de detalles . Sin duda es un sitio que recomiendo y al que me gustaría volver .

Questa struttura é in una via tranquilla di Ayutthaya. La posizione é comoda per arrivare a piedi dalla stazione dei treni prendendo la barca per attraversare il fiume. Affittano biciclette con cui é comodo visitare tutta Ayutthaya. Si possono anche prendere i biglietti del pullman per Sukothai. Lo staff é gentile. Il night market é a 10 minuti a piedi.

Stanze un po' da rinnovare ma nel complesso accettabili.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre unique nuit à Ayutthaya dans cet établissement. La chambre est très propre, le lit très confortable, et la salle de bain très pratique et très bien entretenue. La personne à l'accueil est adorable.

Kleinschalig hotel maar je voelt je er gelijk thuis! Alles wordt uit de kast getrokken om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Wij waren met twee kinderen en we mochten met het speelgoed van de zoon van de eigenaar spelen super lief! Bij aankomst kregen we een bakje vers fruit en bij vertrek gingen wij erg vroeg weg en werd er speciaal voor ons ontbijt gemaakt! Al met al een super leuk persoonlijk verblijf gehad op een goede locatie in ayutthaya!
