Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Nous avions réservé les 2 chambres donnant sur la terrasse dont la vue est superbe ! Très proche de Pinhao, nous avons pu faire une jolie croisière de 2h sur un rabelo. L'hôtesse nous a accueillis très gentiment. Tout est très propre, la literie est confortable et le petit déjeuner est copieux (salé et sucré). Place de parking dans la rue ou un peu plus haut.

Se garer ! Une vraie galère Village avec ruelles ne permettant pas le passage de 2 voitures . De plus peu de place pour s'y garer et éloigné de la maison .

La chambre était très agréable, confortable et surtout dotée d’une terrasse offrant une vue absolument incroyable sur le Douro. Un vrai bonheur de pouvoir en profiter tranquillement ! Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais bon, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Une adresse pleine de charme et de tranquillité que nous avons beaucoup appréciée.

Gastvrouw spreekt geen Engels. Wij hadden de kamer zonder balkon en dus ook geen uitzicht, kamer was erg klein.

Petit bémol il faudrait voir à insonoriser les portes d'accès aux chambres pour éviter d'entendre en pleine nuit des claquements désagréables et mettre une séparation sur le balcon entre les deux chambres pour une meilleure intimité .

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Estamos juntos a um dos melhores miradouros do douro (casal de loivos) que nos abrem para uma vista magnifica O alojamento dispie de 3 quartos usufruindo 2 deles de varanda com uma vista fabulosa (infelizmente ficamos no outro e que por isso nao demos a maxima pontuação) .Zona comum correcta e pequeno almoço excelente. .De referir e agradecer a simpatia e amabilidade do sr Artur com que nos recebeu na nossa estadia de 4 dias sendo inescedivel no seu acompanhamento. O nosso Bem HAja

L'emplacement, rien a voir, difficile d'accès, beaucoup trop d'escalier a prendre avec les valises, pas de télévision dans la chambre, chambre trops petite pour deux lit, impossible de tourner autour. Pas de repose valises , pas de lumière au miroir dans la salle de bains, pas de porte manteau, petit déjeuner moyen,peu de choses a manger, pas de parking obligé de mettre la voiture a 100 m sur le promontoir, les lits faisaient du bruit

Terribile ! Appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che una stanza da letto era senza finestra ! Aria condizionata solo in soggiorno con filtri sporchissimi che ci siamo dovuti pulire ! Mobilivecchi puzzolenti stoviglie sporche !!! Una sola spina dietro il letto coperta dalla testiera che abbiamo spostato piena di polvere ! Il bagno con rubinetti acqua calda e fredda senza miscelatore !

Wij hadden kamer 1 geboekt. Hier kraakte het bed erg. Daarnaast was het huis zeer gehorig. Tot slot goed kijken naar het uitzicht en de kamer welke je boekt!

Falta de uma divisoria na varanda, que serve para dois quartos. Falta de um frigobar no quarto. Os fechos da janela e da portada exterior danificados pelo que não foi possivel fechar. Mobiliario excessivamente classico.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Great stay with a magnificent view to the Douro river and Pinhao. Nice view-point in 80 meters from the room. The village is pretty picturesque and an overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The host guided us to the local cafe where we could enjoy a nice artisanal dinner. Next morning breakfast was also enjoyable. There were also clear instructions from host regarding the best road to choose, and we could easily park our car within 100 m from the apartment - near the viewpoint. Closer parking spaces can be available form time to time, but some are very narrow and others are on a steep slope.
The check in was strictly before 19:00. It added quite some hassle to our trip since we had to drive on a hurry from Braga. But I think overall the host's friendly attitude and a relaxed evening in Douro valley paid off for that.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026L'emplacement sur les hauteurs de PINHAO (a 5kms) est fabuleux le nom Bella vista est pleinement justifié avec une vue fabuleuse sue LE DOURO PINHAO et les collines couvertes de magnifiques vignes . Un conseil pour le parking aller jusqu'au mirador ( 100m) surtout A MOTO (seul endroit plat ). Les chambres sont anciennes mais très propres avec toutes les commodités , le déjeuners est très correct avec des produits maison . A noter non accessible aux handicapés .
Rien sinon un peu cher 80€ pour le Portugal .

A empregada da casa não sabia dar explicações concretas. Exemplos: 1. qual a acidez do azeite que vendem? Não sabia. Era a empregada; 2. Não sabia que eu tinha pedido um late check-out, por problemas de saúde do meu marido. O sr. Eng.nao lhe tinha dito nada. Era apenas empregada Rematava tudo com: sou apenas empregada. A fruta podia ser da árvore do patrão, mas era muito bebé. Ridículo. Demasiadas escadas para certas idades para mais quando uma pessoa sofre de Parkinson e Alhzeimer. Expliquei que devia estar explícito no booking. " Era só empregada". Eu carregava a pequena mala pelas escadas e a sra. no topo, contemplava: - Já ia uma ajuda, não? - Precisa? 😡😡😡😡

One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying a delicious breakfast with local products, homemade jams, and fresh fruit, before taking a walk through the vineyards overlooking the valley. It was truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Our host, Nataly, was wonderful. She warmly welcomed us, showed us around the house, and prepared an exceptional breakfast at the exact time we requested. Her kindness, attention to detail, and hospitality made our stay truly special. We would like to sincerely thank Nataly for making our visit so memorable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the Douro Valley.

For information only as we love this place - the steps up to the property are very steep so may not suit a less able person.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Wundervolles Zimmer mit Balkon mit Aussicht in einem idyllischen Minidorf. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am ersten Abend brachte uns der Gastgeber in den Nachbarort zu einer einheimischen Bar, in der man zu Abend essen konnte. Am nächsten Abend hat uns die Gastgeberin bekocht. Tolle portugiesische Hausfrauenküche. Jeden Morgen hat sie ein reichliches leckeres Frühstück vorbereitet.
Die Matratze war durchgelegen & das alte Haus ist sehr hellhörig.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026This place was really special and we're so glad we stayed here! The hosts were exceptionally kind. We were invited to enjoy the oranges from the tree on the property, and though it is a little drive up the hill from town it was worth the view! We parked up the street a little bit and enjoyed a very nice breakfast in the morning. We went for a wine tasting just a few minutes walk away. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again. It was a great deal for everything they offered.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Fantastyczny widok, blisko bardzo punktu widokowego na całą dolinę Duoro. Wspaniały, troskliwy i miły właściciel. Szczere zainterweniowanie gośćmi i gościnność. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo duzo miejsca w szafkach aby nie mieć poczucia "siedzenia na walizkach" podczas urlopu. Abyndojechac na kilkaset metrów potrzebujesz pokonać kilka ostrych zakrętów- WARTO!
Pamiętaj, aby rezerwować pokój z łazienką- niektóre pokoje maja łazienkę poza pokojem. Mały minus za wspólny taras i akustykę (słychać gości obok)

Não gostei do pequeno almoço.era muito pouco quantidade,sem queijo,sem fiambre,sem manteiga! Afinal devia pedir o funcionário para fazer ovos mas ele não avisa de nada! Muito atenção com a reserva do quarto!há dois quartos com casa de banho partilhada!!só um que tem casa de banho privativa!!!! O pagamento só com dinheiro!!!!

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026De hartelijke ontvangst was zeer aangenaam. Prima bedden en we konden er in de avond ook gebruik maken van een heerlijke maaltijd.
Voordat de kamer bereikt was moesten er paar flinke trappen betreden worden dus niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

The interior was just like a well-furnished home, with lots of space for storage, extra blankets and pillows, soft towels, and an absolutely gorgeous view from our window/patio!!! Very warm welcome from the host, right next to a local observation point (miraduro). Keep in mind to bring cash with you. Unless you want to pay with PayPal. Same applies to the restaurant in Pinhao. The drive up the steep streets was a lot of fun, but there is also a more smooth road available. It's a place to unwind and enjoy the day go by with a good book. Many wineries are close by. Enough parking up the street. Or stay included breakfast, served just like at home. Obrigada!!!

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Es wurde ein gutes Frühstück und auf Wunsch auch ein leckeres Abendessen serviert. Parkplätze sind am Aussichtspunkt um die Ecke.
Das Bad ist getrennt von Schlafzimmer um die Ecke. Es ist aber kein Gemeinschaftsbad. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die Zimmertüren knarzen. Im Zimmer ist kein Fernseher.

As janelas do quarto deixavam entrar demasiada luz logo pela manhã e umas obras incomodaram-nos logo pelas 7:30 da manhã!

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026La vue est incroyable, la chambre avec balcon vaut le coup on voit le Douro depuis le lit. Tout était très confortable on a très bien dormi. Il y a une balade sympa pour aller jusqu'à Pinhao à pieds (attention ça monte beaucoup au retour) le petit dej etait super et la confiture maison et les fruits du jardin etaient très bons. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil
