Bellissima Quinta con sole 2 camere proprio sopra Pinhao nel cuore del Douro, perciò vicino al paese ma in posizione con vista spettacolare! Camera molto bella e moderna con balconata enorme e stupenda! Tutta la Quinta è molto ben tenuta e curata con bei vigneti e uliveti. Servizi top.. dalla degustazione dei vini a quella di olio alla spiegazione della produzione di olio. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo anche se non era esplicitamente dichiarato su booking, molto buona genuina e varia! Si respira tranquillità e natura! Staff gentilissimo e accogliente! Vivessi in Portogallo ci tornerei svariate volte! CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Ps accoglienza top con bottiglia di vino rosato di loro produzione in omaggio!

Gorgeous setting, quiet, comfortable room and fantastic view overlooking Pinhao.

Friendly and helpful staff. When no taxi can be found to take us to the train station early Sunday morning, the son of the owner drove us. Where else can you find this level of service. Location is exceptional with majestic views of the Douro. This is our second stay here in 3 years.

Limited meal service and going out to eat is not convenient unless you have your own car.

le petit déjeuner imposé à 9h30 sur une table en retrait dans la salle ne bénéficiant pas du meilleur point de vue , les autres tables étant réservé aux dégustations en groupes d'huile et de vins qui commencent à 10h. Dans la mesure ou il n'y a que 2 chambres ce serait sympa de garder 2 petites tables devant le panorama magnifique.

Es war ein besonderes Erlebnis hoch über dem Dourotal auf einem Weingut zu wohnen. Wir waren überwältigt von der einmaligen Aussicht und Lage. Das Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile war ideal. Wir haben das Abendessen auf der traumhaft schönen Terrasse bis zum Sonnenuntergang genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und d hilfsbereit. Alles außergewöhnlich gut und sehr empfehlenswert.

Superb location with amazing views. Apartments were clean and beds very comfortable. Pinhao is the perfect location to visit the many Quinta’s and walks in the Douro. Ideally, hire a car to get around but it is possible to get Taxis from the town. It’s about a 30 minute walk. We had some excellent meals within a 15 minute drive. Stayed for four nights.

Was nice to have the breakfast included in the price but it is a continental breakfast.

Wir durften eine der schönsten Gegenden der Welt erleben an einem wundervollen Platz mit Wein-und Olivenöl-Tasting.. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Der wahre Sonnenschein aber war Paula, unser Host. Extrem kompetent hat sie uns den Wanderweg "Passadiços de Ribatua" empfohlen, ein Traum! und war in einer für uns misslichen Lage sehr unterstützend. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor unserem Zimmer, das uns auch mit einem grandiosen Ausblick verwöhnt hat.

The views were breathtaking. The drive to the lodgings was not for the faint hearted but definitely worth the effort.

La vue depuis la terrasse et la chambre, juste exceptionnelle. La gentillesse du personnel, qui était au petit soin, la visite du musée de l’huile d’olive…la bouteille de bienvenue merci encore !

Il y a de beaux arbres fruitiers, dommage que nous n’ayons pas profité des belles oranges au petit déjeuner.

Tudo fantástico, a quinta é linda, paisagem fantástica e equipa super atenciosa. Tudo muito bom.

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment mit einer tollen großen Terrasse und einem traumhaften Blick über Weinberge und dem Douro. Modernes Bad und bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen ab 9:30 Uhr serviert. Wir haben auch ein nettes Wein-Tasting und die Führung durch das kleine Olivenöl-Museum mitgemacht. Paulo, der Winzer und Gastgeber, ist sehr um seine Gäste bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Aussicht ist bezaubernd, besser geht es nicht. Wir waren ganz alleine dort. Über Nacht wird das Tor geschlossen (man kann schon raus wenn man will ), dann ist alles sehr ruhig. Unter Tags finden Wein- und Olivenölproben statt. Als Gastgeschenk fanden wir eine Flaschen Rose Wein aus eigener Herstellung, der Beste den wir je getrunken haben. Frühstück war gut. Man kann auch etwas einfaches (Schinken, Käse und Brot) zum Essen bekommen, wenn man möchte. Es gibt kein Lokal oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, also daran denken was mitzunehmen, oder vorher zum Essen zu gehen. Im Zimmer ist eine kleine Küchenausrüstung dabei ( keine Kochplatte, aber eine Mikrowelle). Frühstück war gut. Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten mit je 1,2 m breite - besser geht es nicht.

Alles bestens. Wie in fast allen Unterkünften vermissen wir Kleiderhaken an den Wänden. Ist nur als HInweis gedacht, aber keine Kritik.

Absolument tout était parfait ! La vue Incroyable depuis la terrasse du logement bien sûr ! Le petit déjeuner copieux mais aussi l'accueil et la gentillesse de Paulo et de son équipe qui nous ont fait découvrir la production locale de vins et d'huile d'olive du domaine Dorigem.

Ця локація нам дуже і дуже сподобалася! Дуже приємні господарі! Дуже прекрасне розташування з чудовими краєвидами на долину Доуру. Номер новий та дуже чистий. Білизна чиста, ліжка зручні. Сніданок дуже смачний з прекрасним видом на долину! Дуже шкода що ми тут залишилися тільки на одну ніч.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Beim Frühstück hat man einen tollen Blick über das Douro-Tal. Es gibt eine kleine Terasse vor dem Zimmer, die man auch gut nutzen kann. Für ein, zwei Nächte ist es toll, für einen längeren Aufenthalt, würde ich es, auf Grund der Größe, nicht empfehlen.

Die Lage mitten in den Rebbergen mit Sicht auf das Dourotal ist sensationell. Die Gastfreundschaft, die vor Ort buchbare Weindegustation und die Führung durch das Olivenölmuseum sind ein echter Mehrwert. Das draussen servierte Frühstück in der absoluten Ruhe sind ein Erlebnis besonderer Art! Der kostenlos überreichte Rosé war sehr fein und eine für uns unerwartete Überraschung.

DORIGEM Rooms was absolutely stunning with fabulous hosting and staff during our two night stay. Perfect place to unwind after a busy stay in Porto. A short drive to/from Pinhao made boat tour/dining out/exploring, easy. Free onsight tour of the Dorigem Museum is available anytime for guests. Accommodations were outstanding. There are only 2 units here so extremely peaceful at night. Their Wines and Port are exceptional! Would definitely recommend Dorigem Rooms for anyone traveling into the Douro Valley for a couple of days. (Taxi is easy from the Train station).

Dois dias num lugar esplêndido, com uma serenidade ideal para o descanso e reflexão, paisagem de encher os olhos, instalações acolhedoras e bem limpas, um agradecimento especial ao Staff que nos recebeu muito bem, gente simpática 😉 pequeno almoço "campal" que ajuda ao despertar com outra alegria, e como extra recomento uma Tapa da casa para degustar ao anoitecer na varanda do quarto, obrigado pela experiência 😉

Prachtige locatie en supervriendelijk personeel! Heel mooie en ruime kamers met een prachtig terras. Doordat ze maar 2 kamers verhuren is het er ook zeer rustig. Ontbijt werd ook buiten gegeven met een adembenemend zicht op de Dourovallei!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming – a special thank you to Celia for making our stay even more enjoyable! The view over the Douro is truly exceptional. The room and bathroom were very nice, and we even received a bottle of wine produced by Dorigem themselves. Parking is available on-site, and the property is secured by gates at night (you’ll receive the code for access). Tapas are also available during the day upon request, though the price is a little high (25€).

( Petit conseil : arriver vers 17h et partir avant 10h le matin pour éviter les groupes en minibus qui viennent pour les dégustations )

Wonderful people friendly staff, staying on site with a vineyard with olive oil tour was amazing. Susana was welcoming and the day we departed there were no taxis and Paulo the owner took us to the train station. Everything was above and beyond.

Very comfortable room with a private terrace offering the best view over the Douro Valley you can imagine. Very quiet evening and night, and an excellent breakfast in the morning.

Sehr schönes, neues Zimmer mit einer wunderschönen, privaten Terrasse, die einen unglaublichen Blick auf den Douro und die Weinberge bietet. Auf einem sehr schönen Weingut gelegen, es gibt hervorragenden Wein (wir haben an einer Verkostung von Wein, Honig und Olivenöl teilgenommen - absolut empfehlenswert!). Kleines aber feines Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terrasse des Weinguts, herzliches Personal. Preis-Leistung ist spitze, allein der Ausblick ist jeden Cent wert! Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt, können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen grandiosen Aufenthalt :)

Einziges Manko ist vielleicht, dass es wenig Essensmöglichkeiten im Umkreis gibt. Da das Zimmer jedoch mit einer kleinen Küche samt Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sowie etwas Geschirr ausgestattet ist, haben wir einfach im Supermarkt eingekauft und auf unserer tollen Terrasse gegessen :)

Alles! Die Freundlichkeit, die Ruhe, der Ausblick, Zimmer, Terrasse.. der Wein, das Olivenöl! Ein wirklich zauberhaftes "Willkommen" ! Das Frühstück ist sehr üppig! Es ist ein soo unglaublich herzliches Personal!! Danke vielmals!!

Die Klimaanlage kam bei 36 ° an ihre Grenze! Sie konnte das Schlafzimmer nicht mehr herunter kühlen. Im Nachmittag und Abend steht die Sonne für Stunden auf den Fenstern.

The sweeping views are spectacular. It’s an hour walk up a moderately steep incline (or a short taxi ride) from river’s edge but what awaits you is peace and serenity. Accommodations and staff are wonderful and eager to help. They have a small olive oil museum to view as well as wine and olive oil tastings with a magnificent view of the Duoro Valley. Definitely a place I would return to in the future.

A true hidden gem! Beautiful rooms in a vineyard with great food, winel and service.

The accomodation is at the winery that has an amazing view at the Douro river and valley! This is an experience that you don't want to miss! there is a big terrace in fornt of the appartment with sund beds and tables + chairs so you can enjoy every part of the day (especially sunsets and stars at night) and of course enjoy your wine - especially I recommend the wine from Dorigem winery :) We have got a welcome gift - a bottle of a very nice Dorigem wine waiting for us in the fridge - many thanks for that! The appartment was very spacious and cozy, with big bed and nice beddings. Small kitchenette with fridge, microvawe and sink only. We took advantage of the on-site breakfast option, since in the village there was no restaurants. Breakfast rather little variety - but fresh produce every day and best of all, delicious grape juice from the vineyard served to drink. Paulo (the Boss) and the whole staff was amazing - friendly and helpfull. They gave many recommendations about sightseeing tours. You could do a wine tasting and olive oil tasting at the place. And what I reccomend the most is to take a tour at the olive oil museum that is also there.

Fantastic location high above Pinhao with a gorgeous view of the Douro river valley. Very quiet small village with narrow roads. Breakfast is not included and is 15 Euros but there is a small cafe very close. Staff was outstanding.

If you stay here be sure to not book the tour in Pinhao that actually visits this place for wine and olive oil tasting....it is already included for you! However, the tasting and tour were excellent! Warning! If you use Waze to get here do not follow it's direction up the narrow small path! Stay on the main road all the way around!!

The view from the terrace was beautiful and the rooms were modern and comfortable. They also had a mini fridge and small sink, and some cups, cutlery, plates, etc.

Had a weird check in experience because booking.com said we could check in until 9pm but the employee left at 6pm. We were able to check in but somebody had to make a special trip to help us. Make sure your check in time is accurate or that you have communicated with the owners through the app about your check in.

We were looking for a location a little bit remote in the Douro, and this was a lovely location with valley views. The olive tasting event on the property was fun. We enjoyed the breakfast. It costs extra, but it was good for us.

There is nowhere to eat in the village and we took a taxi down to Pinhao for evening dinner, rather than drive ourselves on a rainy night.

Two new apartments with terraces and great view located in quinta with wine and olive tasting. Nice owner, great staff, you can buy their products on site. Very good breakfast with Douro river views :-) And a good location to go winetasting in other quintas too.

As it is a winery and olive oil museum, during the day the property is very busy with vans and cars bringing tour groups. It’s difficult to park during these times. But if you arrive after 17:30 and leave before 10:30 you should be fine.

The apartment is located on the grounds of the D'Origem winery in Casal de Loivos. The views from the property are extraordinary. The unit has a large bedroom, living room with a sink and refrigerator, and a bathroom. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The outdoor patio is great for taking in the amazing panorama of the Douro valley. We were also given a tour of the Olive Oil Museum and a tasting of the wines and olive oils produced by D'Origem in their fantastic tasting room.

AMAZING VIEWS!!! Once we arrived and checked in all I could think of was the amazing views. our hostess was wonderful seeing to every need.

Getting there was quite a trip. use the hotel direction and don’t follow the GPS instructions. GPS will get you there but the road is a challenge.
