Comme souvent au Cambodge, les oreillers sont un peu trop volumineux et durs.

Location, size of room, staff.

The staff working reception were helpful. The small town it is in is nice with a beach, little shops and restaurants. The price is good but I do feel you could get a better accommodation for a similar price elsewhere on the island. They also kindly allowed us to use there helmets as our motor bike rental from the beach did not supply them which we were grateful for.

The actual room itself wasn’t very nice. It feels a little old but that wasn’t a problem for us. What I didn’t like was that it felt dirty. The bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied properly and still had a small amount of rubbish in from presumably the last guests. The sink hole had so much hair and just dirt left in it. The bedding should have been replaced a long time ago, the pillowcases especially were extremely bobbly and run down it really wasn’t very nice to sleep on. Finally the door had such a big gap at the top we could actually fit our hand through to the outside, this meant so many flys and mosquitoes got into our room. In the end we decided to stay on the island longer but moved to a different hotel.

Happy staff. Good value. Close to boat pier. Nice rooftop bar. Tasty burger restaurant downstairs.

Not much. No bedside lamp. Just one main light you have to get up to turn off at door. hard bed.

Dirty . Shower was old not cleaned properly . Lock on door was lose bag. The receptionist didn’t no what she was going. Towels were old and worn out . To many people smoking the you know what . All stoned

good location if you want to stay in Koh touch, nice restaurant , room was basic but okay

wasn’t near any of the nicer beaches, the bedding smelt strange maybe a bit damp

Super nice place to stay on the island, especially given the options, this guesthouse is in great condition and excellent value for money. Equipped with aircon, hot shower, towels and toiletries provided as well as kettle and instant coffee, free water refill at reception, yummy food downstairs (we loved the burgers and the tuna-avocado wrap). Rooftop is such a nice vibe with comfy seating and games and cards available. Staff were so chill, polite and helpful. Would stay again absolutely!

Great location good staff & excellent roof top bar with great ocean views.

The air conditioner remote didn't fully function so too cold & couldn't turn it off had to take the key out so no elecricity.

Comfortable bed, hot shower. The Restaurant (Kabu) did great burgers. You can walk to Long Beach from here 20-25mins.

המיקום היה מעולה, בקו טאץ היה הרבה מסעדות מסביב

כדי שינקו את החדר היינו צריכים להשאיר את המפתח בקבלה, לא הביאו מגבות חדשות אף פעם ודי יקר

The staff are so nice and helpful. The hotel was comfartable, we had a great time staying there and it was sad to leave this place.

✨ Absolutely Outstanding Experience!✨ I was in a rush to catch my boat during check-out and, to my horror, I realized only after reaching the mainland that I had accidentally left my wallet behind at the hotel. This wasn’t just any wallet — it contained around €2,000 in cash and a flash drive with important data. I immediately contacted the hotel, and to my immense relief, they had already found it. The team had safely secured and sealed my wallet, and they were proactively trying to reach me even before I called. They kindly offered to deliver it sealed to the ferry office, where I could collect it upon arrival. When I received it, everything was perfectly intact — not a single penny was missing. I was truly amazed by the level of honesty, professionalism, and integrity shown by the entire staff and management. Rooftop bar is super cool

Room es moldy and smelly. Even the fresh bedsheets smelled moldy. I think it's already in the pillows and matrazes. We came in and even the floor is not really dry and wasn't dry after hours. Stays a thin cover all the time. Pictures looking better as it is.

The rooms are really nice and clean, and really amazing facilities comparing to other places in the island. Also the restaurant and the bar where very very goood. The staff helped me with eveything i needed including the ferry tickets and gave me some advices to discover the island. I will definetly come back soon!

leaky aircon, beds were hard but for the price can’t expect much more also couldn’t pay by card which meant using the limited cash that i had as there is no atms on the island

The staff are very lovely and very helpful, the location is perfect everything is walking distance and the bar upstairs plays very good live music which is only on Saturday nights (I think) the vibes were very good.

Our room was right underneath the rooftop bar so it was quite noisy. The other reviews are right the wifi is terrible. The island has power outages so there was no power quite frequently meaning no air con. Cleanliness is questionable.

Great location and well-appointed, comfortable rooms that made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is within easy reach of key attractions, restaurants, and the pier, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. Overall, a fantastic experience — would definitely stay again!

within the location of Koh Touch it is OK. but the whole area stinks

lousy sheets, wi fi very bad, electricity cuts without generator. in general the island is amazing, and it has great beaches with hotels at the beach. the area of koh touch is the worst in the island

The rooftop view was amazing. Everybody was friendly and the staff were kind and easy going. I will definately be staying here again.

The water went out for 12 hours and no one in reception to help and they didn’t reply on the number with WhatsApp , very dirty bathroom and no water presssure

Really good location near the pier. Has aircon. And its a good value compared to the rest of the accommodation nearby. Sadly I got bitten by bed bugs. The mattresses are really old. Our toilet door would not close since it was completely broken. The staff was smoking weed in the reception while working.

The property was in a great location and staff were very friendly. They had the cutest dog who bought a homely vibe to the hotel.

The property was extremely basic, beds were rock hard and bathroom wasn’t clean. There were ants everywhere. The rooms were also not soundproof one bit, despite the quiet after 11pm signs around the hotel, I had multiple people sat on my chairs outside my room laughing and shouting until 2am, this was every night.

Location was brilliant and staff was excellent. Room was very basic, no TV or fridge, but when you’re staying on such a beautiful island you don’t want to stay indoors anyway. Also AC was a life saver. Almost forgot, at rooftop bar you can buy the best cocktails

WiFi didn’t work in the room, only in communal area.
