I like the location because it is close to the mall and with easy access to get a transportation to take you to the mall. I like the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and communicates well. It was a pleasant experience staying at B&J guesthouse..

Nothing except that they don't accept credit card for payment. Everything has to be paid in cash. Also, I wish they can provide a hair dryer..

Clean good hoist felt relaxing could sit out . Upgraded to a large room. Which was good as we wanted a fridge. We got a disabled room which grate spaces. Staff never stopped cleaning. So clean and friendly

Location bit far out but we hired a scooter from downtown as it was a lot cheaper than the man up the road. And at the end he brought back to hotel in his tuck tuck free

The cleanliness of the room, comfort of stay, sanitary comfort room, friendly and accommodating staff, and the location because it's accessible for transportation and near food places. The room has a closet, wifi, tv, table and chairs, coffee cups, electric kettle, free coffee sticks, sugar & creamer, the comfort has a hot shower, bidet, shampoo, and body wash. A water dispenser is also provided outside the room. There is also a restaurant and a laundryshop in the groundfloor and an ATM outside the building. I highly recommend B&J Guesthouse.

Clean rooms. Great staff, super helpful and friendly. They provided rental vehicles with drivers for a reasonable rate. We rented a vehicle and driver for 2 of our 5 days and it made travelling all the spots so much easier. Breakfast was delicious but only for a small 2 hour window between 6:30 and 8:30am. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore all of Bohol.

Politely, friendly and very accommodating staff,,,i would highly recommend this guest house (its more like a hotel ). It was so reasonable,, can't say a bad word about it

Smart and attentive staff, good breakfast, nice open-air canteen. Strong internet and water pressure. Parking space in front.

My room was right in front, next to heavy traffic noise at all hours of the day. On the other hand, I never had to wait long for an available tuk tuk.

La chambre est grande et confortable. Tout est propre. L’eau est chaude et il y a de la pression. Le personnel est tres souriant et professionnel, attentif aux demandes.

La rue est tres passante donc bruyant dans la chambre. Un peu éloignée du centre ville mais il y a qd meme de quoi manger au Hideout qui est a 5-10min a pied quand tu remonte la route.

Die Zimmer sind mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet wie AC, TV, Wasserkocher ect. Alles ist sehr sauber und die hinteren von der Straße angewandten Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Gefiltertes kaltes Wasser wird ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen freundlich. Eine sehr gute Empfehlung für Tagbilaran.

Die Bettwäsche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig für andere Gäste vielleicht kein Problem!

Gelmeden önce whatsapp üzerinden bilgilendirildik.Check-in sürecimiz bilgilendirmeli ve hızlı gelişti.Odamızda su ısıtıcı vardı ; ilk gün hoşgeldiniz amaçlı ücretsiz su,çay ve kahve bırakılmıştı.Koridorlarda temiz su sebillerinde suyu kullanabiliyorsunuz.İnternet çekim gücü gayet iyiydi.Konakladığımız zaman içerisinde daima bilgilendirme mesajları çekildi.Sabah kahvaltısı için akşamdan menü gönderip onay alıyorlar.Merkeze 20 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi ; halk pazarı,her yöne kalkan otobüs durakları ve büyük bir alışveriş merkezine varıyorsunuz.Prizler biraz değişik olduğu için üniversal fiş getirmeyi unutmayın.Bizi sabahın erken saatinde makul bir ücrete Cebu'ya giden deniz otobüsüne otel kapısına çıkarak uğurladılar.

Odalarda buzdolabı yok ama kahvaltı salonundaki buzdolabını kullandık.Odamızın en kötü yanı tuvalette duş aldıktan sonra banyonun eyiminin yanlış yapımından dolayı suyun birikmesiydi.Duş alırken su ip gibi akıyordu.

La ducha podría mejorarse. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de fuera, nos despertábamos súper pronto la mañana siguiente y nos costó descansar un poco.

The property is always clean. The rooms are clean and comfy. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Early in the mornings on certain occasions, (about 5am), people could be heard talking loud outside the room, but is was only 1 time.

The room is spacious for all of us. It had a locker, personal ref and tv. It even had an ATM outside for your immediate cash needs.

我的房間靠窗，冷氣是窗型的，聲音很大聲，窗外就是繁忙的馬路，也會有車子經過的聲音，偶爾會有喇叭聲，但我每天都玩得很累，沒有被吵到，如果淺眠的人要考慮一下、或是選沒有靠窗的房型。浴室的水有點小，洗頭會比較不方便

I had a migraine episode that night, so I was sleeping all throughout the evening until 4am. The AC'd room and the hot shower helped alleviate that. There were requests I made, and they accommodated those. I appreciate how they did that, and because of that, I'm giving them a 10.

I could hear people talking sometimes. Good thing the other guests were well-mannered. There was no shouting.

There were 3 things I liked about the stay: (1) the room was spacious for 3 people. Comparing that to other hotels of the same price range, this one is sooooo much better, (2) the staff were amazing. They were accommodating and entirely helpful all throughout the stay and (3) the hot and cold shower.

Well, since it's right beside the road, you would hear vehicles passing or people talking. This means walls are thin. But it was because the windows are the old residential glass designs. But even with that noise, you can sleep well considering the bed is comfy.

They also gave helpful suggestions that made our stay even better. From the start, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our stay at the hotel was nice—the room was clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast too. We also had a great time during the tour. Everything was well planned, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The places we visited were beautiful, and the whole trip went smoothly. Our driver and guide, Ma’am Neneng, was very kind and helpful. Because of their good service, we were able to relax and enjoy our time. We would love to come back again and will surely recommend them to others.

They arranged a driver to drive me on the tour but he didn't show up and I missed my paid tour because of it.

The outside looks a bit uninviting, more commercial looking but that all changes as soon as you walk in. Excellent staff with cheerful smiles very efficient, a lift, lovely dining area, all fresh and clean. Limitless hot and cold fresh drinking water. Comfy bed. AC a little noisy. Hot shower fluffy towels.  The hotel arranged a car for us but couldn't guarantee it fully comprehensive insurance so we sourced one off the Internet. Apparently (do check) a new car is always fully comprehensive to it's first 3 years. A short ride up to road(15p PP jeepney) was a food court (Hideout) good food but musicians on every night were good but a little loud for us oldies. A little further the Island village shopping Mall had everything you could need (including Banks and ATMs) . Adjacent to the mall was the Dao bus terminal which serves quite a lot of the island. 

Such a pity This has to be the breakfast. Not so much what it was but the fact that it had been made a lot earlier and let go cold with a piece of cling film over it. On both occasions we went to breakfast 30 minutes earlier than arranged but still cold. Not great for bacon egg and toast.

The hotel was clean, very homey, the staff was so accommodating, kind and VERY PROFESSIONAL. They are the truly gem of the company.

Can't complain anything, just a suggestion. If you go out from 2nd floor and turn to left side of the rooms. If you don't see the stairs edge, you might stumble. At least put some plants with base to avoid accident. But overall, the hotel's cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff are outstanding. Highly recommendable.

Location allowed us to travel easily. Bus going to the airport stops in front of the hotel.

Noise coming from the common area (dining) from other visitors talking and laughing. Sometimes happens during early morning.

The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. We have to change rooms multiple times for comfort.

The toilet seat is inside the shower enclosure, nobody else can use it if somebody is showering 🤪. Would be nicer to add a shampoo/soap holder inside the shower instead of only by the BR mirror 😉.

Very helpful staff. They were calling to different places from our Bohol trip itinerary to figure out whether they operate over Easter holidays. Also trying to find a car with driver for us while their drivers were booked out. Clean room. Breakfast served to room. Easy to catch tuktuk off the street.

The whole place feels very restrictive and directive. There are labels with commands and notes almost on every wall. Don't expect to sleep long. There is no soundproofing and the staff yells into walkie talkies from 6am which feels like right in your room.

The staff was super nice and helped to organize a driver for a Bohol tour in advance. The room was spacious and clean, air con worked well.

Location is a bit outside the main roads and we wouldn’t have walked home past sunset.

Excellent location, friendly staff and possibility for parking! The value for money is unbeatable. I really recommend this place for everyone visiting Tagbilaran City. The staff communicates with guests through WhatsApp, which I have not experienced before, but seemed to be a brilliant idea. Thumbs up!

Noisy on main road!

Beautifully set lustrous garden especially the dining area. It’s clean, very well kept. There was plenty hot water with shower head. Very quiet at all times.

I can’t think of anything I dislike about the property. You’ll get your money’s and then some.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Place is clean and they have a little store where you can buy things you need as well as drinks (limited selection). They can organise a Hire car and a driver if you want to travel around the Island.

Location wasn't great. A few drivers didn't know the place and relied on my google maps to guide. Need a tricycle to get anywhere.
