Reviewed Aug 11, 2026We loved this place so much! My husband and I were already talking about coming back again because yooo, we enjoyed it that much. The swimming pool was always clean, the braai facilities were excellent, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The staff were honestly the best — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. It truly felt like home. Trust me, my husband didn’t even want to go to the beach 😂 From Friday until Monday we were happily indoors, cooking, relaxing, and having braais. Thank you once again for such an amazing property and for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be visiting again! ❤️
It would also be a great bonus if the Wi‑Fi could be activated for guests. Other than that, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. 😊

I did not like that when we arrived the booking that we made a month ago in April caused that June when we were supposed to stay. Were already fully booked. Unfortunately we had to looked for another apartment which the staff that worked there could not assist with alternative places nor did they call in and assist with the matter instead they left us in the yard alone and walked away and only opened the gate when we had to leave.

There is a lady that is working there that is not friendly at all, very impatient. Bedding was not as clean as I had expected it. Room with no shower, and no cleaning material to clean after taking a bath.

The pool was not clean, from beginning to end of stay...... The pictures on advert/webiste are misleading in as a person booking does not know the kitchen and lounge area is communal until you get to the place.

The venue is beautiful, but the maintenance of the rooms is needed. The blinds at the main door in our room were not opening properly and also left a space in between when closed making you feel uncomfortable while sleeping because the person outside can see everything. The blinds to the shower were also broken

1). I was surprised to learn that visitors must pay because they are treated as extras even if they were not sleeping ... 2).The tip of the ron was broken and not user friendly ... 3). Pots only 2 were usable ... 4). Security compromised- no outside cameras and back and front doors not lockable and keys left in security doors ... 5). maintenance guys entering rooms without escort ... 6). Mandisa (supervisor) had a bad attitude in general and was out of order ... worst part you don't tell guest to move around because she wanted to clean ... offer broken iron with no ironing board and telling guest that they must see to it how do they iron because borrowing them her personal iron was doing them a favor ... it's a lot with this Mandisa ... 7). couldn't use swimming pool because it was not clean

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026The place is very neat, classy, home away from home and close proximity to a lot of amenities including the beach. Whilst it is opposite to the freeway noise levels are very low, actually cant detect them once you are inside the house.
The reception was very cold, the person welcoming me had no idea of whom I was yet already identified myself by the entrance. What was worse no orientation was given since the place does not offer food, e.g. whether I was allowed to use the kitchen or the fridge given that in a bnb these are a given. Took longer to bring an iron and offered no apology for the delay. Battled in the morning to leave the place as I was never told how to get out without a remote control

There were drunk guests in house waiting for their transport, the kitchen was not clean I had to wait a little longer for the host to clean otherwise it was peaceful after guests had departed.

I do not like the fact that I booked for a couple who was going for the honeymoon,tired after the wedding but were kept standing there with endless phone calls to me to confirm the booking,provided proof but was still kept there because they was the description of the room,I couldn’t find the email and the lady said well there is nothing she can do they can’t go in,the lady didn’t care and there was no manager to speak to,I was so disappointed.I eventually found the email,why dont you guys have that info on your side?What if I didn’t find the email with the room cos I had the email with the booking confirmation?

No tea or coffee - no cups, no teaspoons, not even a glass to drink a glass of water. Major search for a gate remote. Appears to have no staff after dark. Establishment borders buisy freeway - heavy vehicles rumbling by all night. No breakfast option - kitchen cupboards and fridge are totally empty.

I had a disappointing experience at this accommodation. From the moment I arrived, the reception was very cold and unwelcoming. The first thing I was asked by the cleaner—who also handles check-in—was how much I had paid for the stay, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the place was still being cleaned when I arrived at 16:00, which is well past the usual check-in time. It gave the impression that the space wasn’t properly prepared for guests. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. The pillows had a noticeable sweat smell, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed during my stay. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made in both cleanliness and professionalism.
