Allmost nothing. Would have.loved a small plate with the mugs provided for coffee and tea... and would have lived a little outside sink to wash cups and spoons as the bathroom felt too luxiourous to wash kitchen stuff in.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026From the moment that I interacted with the owner, I was assured that the accommodation would meet a very high standard as he was very helpful, pleasant and informative. His wife on our arrival was equally as pleasant and created a feeling of warm hospitality. The room was well appointed and very clean. The gardens are magnificent and the fact that this guesthouse is out of the main residential area was a bonus as it was quiet There are numerous restaurants within 2 kms of the guesthouse which made our stay here even more convenient. We were heading for Ladybrand, and within 1.5 kms we reached the road which took us directly to the N8 which was also very convenient. Parking was safe and plentiful. Do yourself a favour and stay in this wonderful guesthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026I booked for 4 families. We are all related. Jana communicated with me beforehand. She was friendly and gave good instructions on how to get into the venue. When we arrived it started to rain, no pour, and she greeted us with an umbrella we all felt most welcome. What a wonderful host.
The information suggests that there was braai facilitates. Supposedly there are not it is not self-catering. Since we were a big group this was a problem which we overcame. There are microwaves in the room but not cutlery or plates. So be prepared.
