El lugar ofrecía muchas comodidades para el viajero: bebidas, utensilios de aseo, entre otras. Resalto la hospitalidad de Fabián, quien en todo momento nos ayudó e intentó guiar en planes y por la ciudad.

En general, todo estuvo muy bien

Staying with Fabian was very special. After travelling around Patagonia in a van this was exactly the kind of place we wanted to stay. Fabian gave us a free room upgrade, drove us in and out of town, showed us local spots, provided free eggs, fruit snacks etc. He was the best host we have experienced on our trip. The house itself is clean and homely. You can walk around the neighbourhood safely. WiFi is good. I would highly recommend staying with Fabian if you visit Punta Arenas. I hope we can visit again in the future.

Fabián est un hôte exceptionnel, d'une gentillesse folle. Il gère son auberge d'une main de maître, disponible partout, tout le temps pour tout le monde. Comme l'emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre, il propose de nous faire la navette avec sa voiture personnelle autant de fois que nécessaires ! Les chambres sont confortables, les salles de bain et parties communes très propres. La cuisine dispose de plein d'équipements et de condiments à dispo. Il est noté "pas de petit déjeuner" mais Fabián laisse tellement de choses à dispo que c'est tout comme ! Des fruits, des gateaux, des céréales, des oeufs, du thé/café/infusions... Une très belle rencontre et un logement que je recommande à 200%.

The host (Fabian) was incredible. He helped me so much finding stores to look for goggles, boot, motorcycle parts and then gave me ideas for seeing what is around the local areas for tourist type activities and he even insisted I park my motorcycle in the lobby.

Probably a little closer to the downtown area but really it was no big deal, I was totally fine zipping around on my bike.

Fabian was an excellent host! He frequently gave us rides to the center of the city and provided many recommendations for restaurants, things to do and tips as tourists. He even called our rental car company to see if we could drop it off at a closer location. The property was very clean and cozy. There is a shared common area which is stocked with fruit, coffee, tea and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property is about a 30 min walk to the city center so a bit out of the way. However, Fabian has an included service with the stay where he graciously picks up and drops off between 8am-8pm. Moreover, it’s about 2-3CLP to head downtown so rather cheap if you don’t want to walk. But for the price of our stay, it was a great deal.

10/10. Such a nice guy. Drove us to a restaurant, picked us up and dropped us off at bus station (maybe because it was low season). But very friendly guy and room was perfect and even some snacks and breakfast. Highly recommend

Fabian is one of the most dedicated hosts I‘ve ever had (considering myself a frequent traveller). I also really enjoyed the spacious private room, the comfortable bed and the snack/breakfast corner that Fabian offers without even mentioning it in the description of the accomodation. 100% recommendation, thank you Fabian for your warm hospitality.

Wauw! Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben wij gehad. Wij zijn al 8 maanden aan het reizen en hebben nog niet zo een host gezien als Fabian! De vriendelijkste, liefste en behulpzaamste host die we gehad hebben. Hij regelt alles voor je zelfs gratis haal en brengservice naar het centrum!! Buiten dat was het brandschoon, lekker warm en super gezellig aangekleed. Ook kan je gratis gebruik maken van veel huishoudelijke spullen en zelfs een uitgebreide tafel met koffie, thee, warme chocomel, fruit en allerlei lekkernijen. Werkelijk fantastisch!

Dat we maar 1 nacht geboekt hadden ;)

Wir können uns den übrigen Kommentare nur anschliessen. Fabian ist ein herzensguter Mensch und lebt für seine Gäste. Wenn du etwas brauchst, frag einfach Fabian, er hat bestimmt eine Lösung.

First of all, the owner is very kind, hospitable and friendly person - he gave us so much information about the area, helped with the transport to the airport and made us feel very welcome. The place is very clean, warm with hot shower. Complimentary breakfast is delicious and more than enough.

The hospitality here is on another level. Fabian is an incredibly warm and genuine host who goes out of his way to make you feel at home. You can tell he truly cares about every guest’s experience. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. If you’re passing through Punta Arenas, this is exactly the kind of place that turns a stopover into a highlight of your trip.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. If anything, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nette knusse kamer. Fabian is echt een top host. Ontbijt kun je pakken, hij brengt je met alle liefde naar het busstation en kletst er lekker op los. Het was de vraag of we er konden slapen omdat de pont niet vaarde en hij gaf aan dat we dan niet hoeven te betalen en hield ons op de hoogte met het weerbericht. Echt een aanrader!

Fabian is the most helpful host that we have ever dealt with. He went beyond expectations to help us and assure that our stay was pleasant. And the breakfast pastries were outstanding.

Our schedule changed and we were unable to stay an additional night. We would have liked to have spent more time there.

The room was exceptional, beautifully decorated and spacious. The manager Fabian is very professional and explained in detail everything you needed to know about the property and surrounding areas. He provided breakfast pastries, milk, coffee, tea and yoghurt too.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

This was one of our favorite places to stay ever! We travel full time and what stands out to us more than anything is kindness from a host. Fabian was amazing, he drove us to and from town for free, chatted with us for ideas on what to do and gave us a true sense of the Chilean friendliness we’d heard about. The lodge is eclectic, unique art and decor that is fun to look at. Highly recommend!

Fabian is the best host in chile. He collected us from the bus station. Offers a free driving service to and from the city. Has loads of free cakes and and lots of snacks . He was so helpful with what to do and where to go all in 1 WhatsApp message .

Nous mettons 10 car on ne peut pas mettre plus. La chambre est grande bien aménagée, propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des viennoiseries différentes chaque jour. Fabian a le sens de l'accueil, est très disponible et toujours avec le sourire 😃 L’hostel est un peu loin du centre mais Fabian se propose de faire les allers retours gratuitement sinon pour quelques euros en Uber parfait...

I have stayed in guest houses and B&Bs across four continents and have enjoyed the hospitality of many wonderful hosts. But none can equal Fabian. He’s incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful, and he’ll go the extra mile if you need assistance with anything. We were welcomed with open arms, eagerly helped with a minor problem we needed to fix when we arrived (he truly went out of his way for me), offered suggestions on where to go, and received warm hugs on the way out the door. He treated us like family members. If ever I return to Punta Arenas, I will only stay here.

It’s a little ways from the center, but Fabian offers guests rides, and it only took us half an hour to walk back from downtown through safe neighborhoods. So this isn’t a complaint for me, just a note for people who would prefer a room closer to the square.

Fabian is the best and most special host I have ever met. He is genuinely well prepared to serve your needs and make sure your stay is comfortable. You can be rest assured that he will take good care of you while you stay at his house. The room is spacious and clean, good value for money. There are plenty of pastries, fruits and yogurts for breakfast and you can make coffee and fry eggs at the kitchen. Transportation is easy as you may ask Fabian to drop you anywhere in the town and Uber cost is also very reasonable. Overall I had a great time at Fabian’s house.

My room is a little bit noisy at night as it is close to a busy road. If you’re a light sleeper, be prepared to use your earplugs.

Excellent for everything. Loved the accommodation and view from window. Love the relaxed feeling off Punta Arenas. Solo traveller and booked for a further two nights extension. And Fabian the host. Such a lovely caring human, always available and helpful.

L’accueil de Fabien, sa gentillesse, ses attentions pour le petit déjeuner (un fruit, une viennoiserie, …), ses conseils, ses transferts inclus pour aller en centre-ville ou à la gare, son aide pour réserver notre expédition à l’île Magdalena… La chambre était aussi très spacieuse et il y avait beaucoup de produits disponibles pour la salle de bain et la cuisine / petit déjeuner.

Certains coins mériteraient un coup de poussière, les équipements de la cuisine ne sont pas tout neuf, les chiens peuvent être un peu bruyant en fin de journée.

Ganz tolles Hostel in Punta Arenas! Lasst euch bitte nicht von der Lage abschrecken, es liegt zwar außerhalb, Fabian bietet aber einen kostenfreien Transferservice in die Stadt und zum Busbahnhof an. Dabei hat er uns auch einige Infos über die Stadt und die Region gegeben. Er war super zuvorkommend und es gab im Zimmer und Hostel wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen könnte. Man merkt, dass er das mit Herzblut macht und den optimalen Service bieten möchte. Leider blieben wir nur eine Nacht, würden aber definitiv wiederkommen. :-)

Apa Yang saya suka? Kesemuanya! Ini adalah hostel Yang sempurna. Layanan Encik Fabian Yang sangat mesra dan kelakar membuatkan kita rasa sudah lama kenal dengan beliau. Bilik Yang selesa! Bersih dan wangi. Walaupun tidak menyediakan sarapan, tetapi Encik Fabian menyediakan bahan-bahan asas seperti telur, avocado, minyak masak dan sebagainya.

את המארח פביאן! האיש הכי מקסים בכל צ'ילה. עזר לנו בכל דבר שרק רצינו, אירח אותנו באהבה ובשמחה גדולה, הסיע אותנו לעיר וחזרה בלי לבקש דבר בתמורה ודאג לאבזר את המטבח המשותף בפינוקים וכל טוב.

Very cosy and beautiful place. The name Host is accurate, because Fabian will not just accommodate you, he will host you. He will offer to drive you from and to the city at no charge, give you the best recommendations and even offers you breakfast, although it does not say so in the booking. The place is a bit further from the city but we did not notice any discomfort due to Fabian offering to drive us. He helped us also with calling the taxi to the airport. You are amazing, thank you very much!

Una delle esperienze di soggiorno più belle che potessimo desiderare. Il proprietario è di una gentilezza rara: ci ha fatti sentire subito come a casa, con un’accoglienza davvero speciale. È sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, accompagnandoci sia all’escursione che alla fermata del bus, con una premura e una cortesia che non si dimenticano facilmente. La stanza era impeccabile: super pulita, ordinata e molto confortevole. Si percepisce quanto amore e attenzione ci siano dietro a questo alloggio. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca non solo un alloggio, ma un’esperienza fatta di calore e ospitalità autentica.

The room is so lovely, pretty big, with a great bed and really warm. Fabian is an amazing person, full of energy that will help with almost everything you need.

פביאן היה מארח מדהים, הסיע אותנו ללא עלות לכל מקום שהיינו צריכות. מעבר לזה המקום סיפק לנו מגוון מוצרים שהיו שם והציע לנו לקחת כמו פירות, יוגורטים, ביצים ועוד.

המיקום מעט רחוק ממרכז העיר, אבל לדעתי זה לא משמעותי לאור העובדה שהשהות שלנו הייתה תחנת מעבר.

This place was a wonderful find in Punta Arenas. Super clean, comfy, quiet, warm, the host is amazing and goes out of his way to help with everything. We arrived late at night and it was no problem. Even a shuttle to get to the plaza. Fabulous!

It’s everything you wish for and more, they thought about every detail, I have never being in a more welcoming place, gracias Fabian.

Usually the top deciding factor for me with a place is its location. After reading the glorious reviews I decided to stay here to see if I would experience the same grace. Let me tell you, Fabián is among those rare individuals whose kindness is so pure, whose humanity and care is so close to the heart that it inspires you. Upon meeting him it felt like I automatically had a new best friend here at el fin del mundo. Book here and see for yourself, believe me you will be so glad you did. As for food, the man one time brought back fresh pastries for his guests. He has good food and sweets and does well to make sure you have at least something to eat. He does give you free lifts and offered to bring me back from my amazing penguins trip, but the Ubers to and from the centre and the hostal are only around 3000 pesos when I stayed, and they’re plentiful, so honestly the location is just fine. It was very cold when I was there so it was nice to get a ride anyway and not walk anywhere, therefore the location was not an inconvenience. My room was massive, warm and cosy. Everything was clean and felt homely and I had such an amazing sleep. I am so glad I stayed here - I wish Fabián great happiness and fortune, and I also wish for you to stop wondering where to stay in Punta Arenas and just book here. You will not regret it and it will make you so happy. Isn’t that what matters?

Fabian was the absolute best host and made our stay so so lovely. He is just adorable and so nice. Our rooms were very comfortable and cute. Full kitchen you can cook in with leftovers from other guests so you may not need to buy your own cooking oils etc. Fabian also leaves some basics for breakfast which is so sweet and helpful.

We booked double room with private bathroom which was the biggest room we have ever stayed at and it was more stocked than my house! Fabian really is an amazing host and he provides basically everything to get you the feeling of home away from home. He is always there, for whatever you need. All you need to do is ask. He offers a free shuttle to and from the center! The uber ride is 2 dollars. He drove us around the city to different agencies trying to find us a last minute penguin tour - for free! There are fruits, cereals, snacks, tea and coffee, even eggs provided 24 hours. If you are looking for a place to stay in Punta Arenas - this is it!
