Não aconselho este alojamento Fica numa avenida muito movimentada, o barulho do exterior é como se estivesse na rua, impossível dormir sem tampões. Colchões nas molas, casa de banho minúscula , limpeza e pouca ou nenhuma, chão em madeira range por todo lado, pequeno almoço terrível e no final ainda fomos roubados em 10 dólares, fomos enganados, além do IVA tínhamos de pagar comissões que no Booking não estavam, a resposta foi que tínhamos de pagar porque íamos usar o terminal de pagamento, questionei se paga-se em dinheiro físico seria igual, aí logo percebi que enganam as pessoas. No dia do check in, já estávamos a cerca de 1 hora no alojamento, comecei a receber mensagens a perguntar quando ia chegar, quando já lá estava. O alojamento é a casa dos proprietários, além dos turistas ainda estão os amigos e familiares dos mesmos, uma confusão de pessoas. Provavelmente um dos piores locais que fiquei e pagamos por 3 pessoas quase 80 dólares.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Really nice place - our room was comfy and easily warmed with the powerful heater. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and wifi worked perfectly. We found the breakfast to be great, and more than enough considering it was included! The bathrooms were always clean and property felt very secure. It’s a bit of a walk to town, but there is a supermarket just down the road. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming! It was also very quiet at night.
We enjoyed everything about it!

Reviewed Apr 2, 2025Landlady was amazing, and location was close to town and close to arterial road to Puerto Natales. She was so friendly and helpful, especially with us not speaking Spanish and the breakfast the next day was amazing also. The room was small but so comfortable and warm with the heater going. The only small issue was me fitting into the small showers at 193cm tall, otherwise great value for money and carparking onsite also. Cheers.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2025We felt at home and very comfortable during our stay. Beds are super comfy and lovely hosts. Amazing breakfast with great variety and freshly baked bread! We loved meeting Michi their friendly cat.
The location was a bit out of town - we got Ubers (which were cheap) in and out during our 2 night stay as it was too far to walk. Apart from that we loved everything about the property.

Impossible to sleep in the downstairs room until people have stopped walking around upstairs on the inexplicably loud floor boards, or turning on the light in the bathroom which shines through the bedroom’s frosted-glass window. Thin walls, so it’s noisy and not very private. Location isn’t good, half an hour’s walk from town down a not nice road. Tiny showers. And if you don’t send a message with your arrival time, it’s possible no one will be there to open the door.

The breakfast was great - simple food but good quality and quantity. Bad thing - our room had a window to the entryway/kitchen area. There were some noise when people are coming and going and lights later in the evening.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2024Very modern, well decorated, warm, comfortable property with great beds and a super friend cat. Good breakfast as well which was refreshing after some other stays with crappy breakfasts. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Staff are very friendly.
The bathrooms are small so it’s a bit of a squeeze. The location is a good 20 minute walk into town.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2024The host is very friendly and accommodating. She and her husband even gave us a lift down to the town for dinner and gave us some recommendations. Breakfast was tasty and the beds were very comfy. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out.
The accommodation is quite far from town if you don’t have a car (approx 25 minutes walking)

The property is not as close to the city centre as we thought. Squeaky noise from the upstairs guests kept us awake till midnight our first night. Not a big deal though.
