I had the impression it would be a fairly small place, but it turned out to be a one bedroom apartment where I wouldn't mind staying for a longer time. The hosts were very helpful. Parking is convenient and safe on the property. Just be aware of the stairclimbing tortoise.
I usually don't believe a 10/10 rating, but this one was just that.

The only little thing is that the signage outside was for Alfie's Cottage and we drove past a few times before we noticed a much smaller sign further inside the drive that said One Oak Guesthouse.

Ganz in der Nähe von Vergelegen, Erinvale Golfplatz, Helderberg Nature Reserve, Super Lage in Somerset! Phil ist ein warmherziger Superhost, der alle Wünsche wie selbstverständlich erfüllt. Ehrlich, kompetent, kommunikativ, du fühlst dich sofort als Freund bei Freunden. Danke Phil, dass wir an diesem wunderbaren Ort verweilen durften, wir kommen gaaaanz sicher wieder 🫶

Alles gut für eine Nacht. Wenn wir länger geblieben wären, wäre sicher ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Bergsicht zu bevorzugen.

The room was a little smaller than I thought. One thing worth mentioning is that the stairs to get to the room were very steep -which was ok for us and Phil very kindly helped us with our bags. (It may have been mentioned on the description, not sure.)
