Der wunderschöne Garten. Auf dem Balkon gab es Sitzgelegenheiten und im Garten Hängematten. Fliegengitter vor den Fenster. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top.

L'accueil, le fait qu'il vienne nous chercher au bus et surtout l'ambiance du site. Un jardin qui privilégie le bien être. La location des scooter et l’accompagnement pour la réservation des tickets de bus.

Insonorisation des chambres.

It is a charming place with lot of potential, nice garden, friendly staff. The reception arranged for pick-up, booked tickets for our next destination. For a tour, ask for Mr. Vany , he is great and can explain everything. The restaurant serves very good food for reasonable prices. The cook/server is very friendly.

Could need a renovation.

Lovely green place to stay with great relaxing spots.

Cadre agréable, le jardin est bien tenu et décoré. Le chauffeur de tuk tuk de l'hôtel est charmant et serviable ainsi que le monsieur du restaurant. La cuisine est bonne. Le centre ville est accessible à pied en 10 mn environ. Le soir il y a un marché très animé. La chambre était très calme et la petite terrasse au-dessus agréable.

Compte tenu du prix très raisonnable on ne peut pas attendre un palace. Néanmoins il y a des point négatifs : odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, matelas en mousse, équipements a minima et salle de bains vraiment limite. Pour le même prix nous avons souvent eu des chambres ou des bungalows simples mais bien plus agréables. Gros point négatif : pas de vélos à louer. Il y en a toujours dans ce genre d'endroits qui s'y prête parfaitement. La propriétaire m'a dit qu'elle en avait avant le covid... En résumé nous avons été globalement déçus.

J’ai bien aimé l'ambiance, le lieu, le restaurant, la location de moto sur place, notre hôtesse, le tuk-tuk envoyé pour nous attendre à l'arrivée du bus....

La douche à l'eau froide la première nuit (chambre avec ventilateur), avant de passer dans une chambre supérieure (eau chaude et climatisation).

Environnement charmant dans la verdure. Personnel sympathique. Possibilité de louer une moto Tuk tuk est venu nous chercher à l'arrêt de bus Possibilité de se restaurer sur place

Super gastvrije mensen, fijn restaurant met kok Khon tho die heerlijk kan koken! Ook de aanwezige katten waren super lief, wat echt een huiselijk gevoel gaf.

Il faut savoir qu'il y a des problèmes sur le réseau d'eau. Il faut parfois attendre 1 à 2 minutes pour que l'eau sorte du robinet.

Les chambres méritent le tarif et pas plus. La proximité du centre ville. Cette ville est une étape pour couper la route entre Battambang et Phnom Penh . Le cuisinier est agréable et sa cuisine correcte

Le personnel n est pas accueillant et ne fait aucun effort pour nous aider. Aucune attention à l arrivée comme nous l avons connu dans les précédents hôtels. Attention, aucun vélo à disposition alors que la photo le montre. Les scoots ne sont pas en super état et un peu cher. En résumé, n'y passer qu une nuit. Utiliser Grab pour vous déplacer en tuk-tuk car tarif trop cher par l hôtel

Il faudrait vraiment une clim , il faisait encore 29 ° à minuit, obligé de prendre une douche toutes les 1/2 h pour optimiser le ventilo

Bungalow avec terrasse dans un très jolie jardin aux multiples plantes. Nombreuses excursions proposées chez les artisans locaux.Tres authentiques

Les prix des sorties sont à bien préciser au départ et vous n avez pas forcément le même guide Tuktuk avec qui vous avez prévu les sorties. On s y perd un peu au niveau du personnel.

It's a beautiful garden with rooms amongst foliage. Very tranquil. The staff are lovely and the food is good.

The electric light switch for the bathroom is dodgy and it's hard to recharge a phone from the sockets - but easy to do from the restaurant area so no problem.

don’t tell anyone but this is the most amazing place in all my years of travelling.Sophia the owner is so helpful and keen to please. the cleaning ladies do a great quick job.then there is the lush green gardens.paths wander off to quiet comfortable cabins.an excellent spot to recharge.i don’t want to leave.great coffee shop,cheap laundry and family run street stalls for interesting meals.a 15 walk to big market and town.

Come sentirsi a casa! La camera è piccola, ma è pulita e non manca nulla; il giardino è ben tenuto ed è piacevole starci. I nostri host ci hanno dato buoni consigli su dove andare a mangiare, ci hanno aiutato a prenotare la visita al floating village e il bus per il giorno della partenza, mettendo a disposizione il proprio tuk tuk: comodissimo!

Le lieu est charmant, un îlot de calme, de verdure. Très zen. Les chambres sont rustiques, propres. L'accueil est sympa et surtout les conseils géniaux. Je conseille la visite de la région en tuk tuk.

This was a stopover stay for us driving from Battambang to Phnom Penh. It is exactly as it looks, a basic homestay guesthouse that is limited but serves a purpose. The welcome was fine and value for money was very reasonable at $15 for a night for the room.

Electrics were not great standard, we didn’t use the shower as it also didn’t look electrically sound. The bed was fine and a few bits of tape on cracks on walls. Air conditioning unit looked very old and was weak.

Comfortable, clean room, good shower, lovely surroundings in the garden, nice to sit outside our room. Friendly staff, enjoyed our tour with tuk tuk driver for 4 hours too

The guesthouse setting was lovely, peaceful and close to everything we needed. The staff were very helpful with any of our needs. It was good value for money. We would stay here again.

The door frames were very low for some of us who were tall! :D Also you do need to bring mosquito repellent as you are close to the river and there are lots of plants and garden features at the guesthouse.

Very warm welcome on arrival, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, in the center of the city. The room is clean, spacious and has everything needed.

Location was lovely .staff were fantastic .quite noisy at night .dogs barking and inconsiderate guests. However staff there were fab. No food or drinks available on site, but restaurants nearby .

The beautiful gardens and inspirational quotes scattered amongst the trees. Plus they picked us up from our bus for free.

The people in the guesthouse are very friendly, but the accomodation was a little poor. The standard room was small and not very cosy, but it was clean. The hed was not in that good shape. There was not a nice chair to relax in. The small town is nothing for tourists. Because it was Khmer New Year every restaurant was closed, couldn’t have any breakfast, even not at the guesthouse. But the people of the guesthouse where very friendly and cook me some food. Really appreciated that. It’s a town to skip if you are travelling.

Absolutely stunning hostel with beautifully curated gardens and small Egyptian cats wandering around. Would strongly recommend. We had a room with no air conditioning so it was hot during the night but there are options if you want to pay more. The restaurant sells cheap drinks and is managed by incredibly lovely and helpful staff.

Met Vanny on arrival and he turned out to be the best guide ever. Took us to so many interesting places that Kampong Chhnang became a highlight of our Cambodian travels. Room was comfortable enough and attached bar with food and beers was handy.

The place is in a beautiful setting and caters for all your needs. I had accidentally left my coat behind and they delivered it to the hotel where I was staying in Phnom Penh. This was incredible service. They went above and beyond!

Very comfortable room. Small and cozy for 2. A/C worked great 👍 and the ensuite bathroom. Beautiful grounds with loads of lovely vegetation. Even the cat and dog are friendly. The on-site restaurant is is great, good food and friendly service along with all the staff. I always relax and enjoy my stay at "The Garden Guesthouse.

Ok for 1 night. Bed for us uncomfortable. Air con was good. Basic in a good location of town. Helpful staff who sourced me an excellent English speaking tuk tuk driver called Wanny (seen his name on here & definitely can recommend).

Very quiet location, but near the centre. Guesthouse located in a garden full of trees and plants. Very interesting tours with Vanny /tuk tuk driver/. Hot water, A/C, good wifi.

Mattresses in our bed were very soft - it was like sleeping in a hole, unfortunately.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property has real character and was fun to explore.

Best part was quiet location, room away from road, and overgrown with cooling plants and trees providing shade and pleasant "garden' atmosphere. Tour with tuk-tuk driver Vanny. Excellent English and knowledgeable. I don't like tours but floating village worth it as well as local crafts villages. Lots to see once access to countryside made available.

As soon as we stepped off the bus, the owner was there to pick us up (how did he know we were on that bus?). Our room had a lovely patio out front, perfect for relaxing outdoors in the evening after a busy day. Beyond that, the lush green garden offered plenty of other cozy spots to sit and unwind. Breakfast was delicious, not only omelet with bread, but included fresh fruit as well. They arranged the trip to Kampot well, with similar price as we had to do ourselves. Overall, great value for money!
