Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Everything. Nothing but compliments. Breakfast was awesome. Very nice facility. Convient to Eagles Nest by bus.. Town a longer walk but busses are frequent. We did a day trip to by bus in only 40 min. Did I mention awesome breakfast and staff?

La situation le long des rails de train, et d'une route assez fréquentée, force un passage un peu dangereux a pied un peu dangereux pour rejoindre le trottoirs d'en face. Le centre ville à 15 minutes de marche avec un certain dénivelé (l'hébergement étant situé en bas de la vallée et non en haut comme la ville).

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026У нас был семейный номер, для двоих человек комната довольно просторная. Номер очень чистый и приятный, как и сам гостевой дом. Утром накрывали завтрак. До вокзала 8-10 минут пешком.
В номере нет холодильника, нет чайника. На завтрак только холодные закуски, нет даже омлета с сосиськами. В туалете было окно, которое выходило на соседский балкон. Перед отелем в 10 метрах железная дорога и шоссе, очень шумно от поездов, которые сигналят на переезде. Чтобы попасть в отель нужно, как заяц, перебегать оживленную трассу, пешеходного перехода нет. Сам гостевой дом вне города, вокруг только деревья и дорога (и речка через дорогу).

Leider war der WLAN Empfang zwar kostenfrei aber in unserem Zimmer sehr schlechter Empfang.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden - bis auf die stündlichen Warnsignale des ankommenden Zuges.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Gästehaus Achental und hätten gerne länger geblieben. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns herzlich willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war makellos sauber, das Zimmer gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war einfach hervorragend – frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Berchtesgaden sehr gerne wieder und können das Gästehaus Achental von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Das Gästehaus "Achental" wird von Frau Nagel und ihrem Team mit viel Leidenschaft und Herzlichkeit geführt. Es ist alles sehr sauber gewesen und es gab jeden Morgen ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Die Organisation angefangen von der Zimmerreinigung bis hin zum Frühstücksbuffet verlief im Hintergrund sehr ruhig und angenehm. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Es gab nichts, was uns missfallen hat!

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Friendly and warm owner greeted me upon check-in. The room was very clean, basically like a new apartment. I stayed here on my last trip day, so location close to the train station is a plus too. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with local cheese. I enjoyed my stay here :)
The TV in the next room was on until morning, and I could hear it clearly in my room. But I always travel with earplugs anyway, because this kind of thing happens often in hotels

Room was a bit Warm. I couldnt open the window because its quite near the main road, and next to a Railway line. Air Con would be a great addition.

Damen der tog imod os virkede en anelse knotten. Gulvet i værelset måtte vi bede om at få rengjort. Ingen internet. Ingen wifi på værelset. Virkelig no go. Vi blev så træt af stedet at vi kørte en dag før afsted. Et mærkeligt sted. Alligevel skulle vi betale fuld pris 2500kr for 2 dage. Uforskammet!

Der Bahnübergang vor dem Haus ist nicht optimal da der Zug beim befahren einen Achtungspfiff geben muss (macht aber auch nicht jeder) da ich aber eh mit Ohropax schlafe war das für mich nicht wirklich ein Problem

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage dicht zum Bahnhof war auch toll. Mit der Gästekarte konnte man viele Ziele mit Bus und Bahn erreichen. Die Gegend rund um den Watzmann ist ein Besuch wert.
Der einzige kleine markel in der Unterkunft war im Bad der Lüfter war etwas zu laut.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Diese Pension ist so schön, man fühlt sich dort rundum wohl. Die Menschen sind toll, die Zimmer wunderbar gemütlich und sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. In fünf Minuten ist man zum Bahnhof gelaufen, von wo aus man mit dem Bus zu vielen Touren aufbrechen kann. Im Zentrum von Berchtesgaden ist man in 15 Minuten. Wir können das Gästehaus absolut empfehlen und bedanken uns für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Bohužel naše zkušenost s ubytováním nebyla dobrá. Úklid pokoje nepůsobil příliš důkladně a kamarádka po pobytu odjížděla s podezřelými štípanci, což bylo opravdu nepříjemné. Velkým mínusem pro nás byla také lokalita – ubytování se nachází hned vedle železniční trati, takže nás v noci budily projíždějící a troubící vlaky. Abych zmínila i něco pozitivního, snídaně byly opravdu výborné. Celkově ale pobyt bohužel nesplnil naše očekávání.
